Für mich leider nichts :(Mein zweiter Versuch mit eSalon war leider wieder nichts. Mir wurden zwei Farben geschickt, eine für den Ansatz und eine für die Längen - komplett umständlich, so wollte ich das nicht. Und leider auch dieses Mal: Die Grauabdeckung hält kaum an, vielleicht 3-4 Haarwäschen. Not what I was expectingMy hair is medium brown and I asked my stylist for as much copper/red tones as possible for my hair as I wanted to look more natural red-head. I knew since my hair was darker that I wouldn’t be able to achieve anything too bright/lighter but somehow the color I used made my hair super SUPER almost neon red. It looks very unnatural and I was shocked at how it got lighter as if there was bleach in the formula? I would have been more prepared and careful about applying the color if I’d known it would make it so bright and the color came out streaked and uneven despite following the instructions carefully. I definitely don’t blame the product for that part (again, I expected the color to come out darker than my natural hair since typically you can’t go from a dark shade to a light shade without using bleach so I wasn’t as careful as I should have been) I just wish it had come out more natural red/ginger but instead I look like marvels Black Widow and not in a good way. Not for meI really wanted to love this entire experience. I love the idea of a personalized color mixed & sent to me esp when I can't get to the beauty store to buy color or I don't have 4+ hrs to sit in the salon while my color processes. My big issue was that they sent me 2 different shades for roots & lgth and the end result gives me an ombre fx where the roots are more rosewood & the lgth is red. Maybe this wouldn't be such a big deal but I hate brown hair on me & I'm likely going to have to have the roots bleached so that when I recolor it will be 1 consistent shade. The formula was also extremely drying & left me losing copious amts of hair for wks. My hair was actually very healthy, all new growth & it's req frequent hair masks & conditioning. The other issue was the odor, it reminds me of hair color 20+ yrs ago, the fumes were so overwhelming I had to put a fan bc it made my eyes burn so badly, I almost just gave up bc I thought it would blind me. Does NOT fully cover graysWish I could show a pic in this review to prove that the color doesn’t initially get full gray coverage. I was extremely focused on really slathering the color around my hairline, where the grays persist the most, followed directions to the T, and made sure no human-error was made. But, this color product just isn’t strong enough for dark brunette, 40 yo, hair. I love the concept of saving money, having good customer service, and easy at-home delivery, but after two separate tries of dying with this color = conclusion is it’s a weak and poor product. Can't get this color back to normal now?!I ordered my very first box in January I finally received it after some time and it seemed to be the very perfect color when I did my roots! I was so surprised until I realized it didn't match with the other bottle first . My roots are actually orange-red instead of being the blonde they should be they don't need to be a bleach blonde I don't understand how I got so messed up from the very first one being spot on my roots and then everyone after that has been wrong please fix this!!! I actually liked the products but I really need it to be the right color!! Otherwise company seems legit and if we could get everything right I'd really like to try different products from them but if they can even get my color right then why waste my money on the highlighting kit..... Otherwise it's really convenient that they send all those special little things on the side that makes me want to stay with them as well. DisappointedMy hair is dark brown, but had a lot of grey in it. I wanted to get rid of the grey and change the color to Auburn. The stylist chose a Copper color. It wasn’t as bright, but definitely had red tones in it. Instead my hair ended up being dark brown like my original color. No change. Very disappointedI hadn't colored my hair in over a year and a half so I decided it was time to go back to red. When I received my order, it became very obvious that nobody had read my color goal notes. I received 2 bottles and was told to do my roots one color and ends another color which seemed a little scary since (like I said) I had no color in my hair so it wasn't as if I was coloring previously colored hair. When I emailed them I got the response of "just use the root color on all the new growth" with no other instructions. Ok...so use one bottle over my whole head for how long? Do I still put it on the roots, time it, then add it to the ends? Called eSalon and was told what to do but the color is completely lackluster. Barely even looks like I colored my hair. Orange brassy burntThis was the most upsetting experience I've ever had with dye. Looks nothing like the picture I sent. NO grey coverage. No change to current colorI was very excited to try this product, however it was quite disappointing. I sent in multiple pictures and gave a description of exactly what I wanted. Everything seemed right when I received my box as well. I followed the directions completely but unfortunately the color came out almost identical to my current color. There was almost no change at all other than a very faint tint of what I wanted. I was in the hopes of going from a light/medium golden brown to a rich auburn shade and unfortunately did not get that. Problem with the color containerI’ve never had a problem like this before, the container containing the color was the hardest thing I’ve ever had problem unscrewing. My husband tried it and I tried and it won’t budge. We did everything we can think of but it still wouldn’t open. I had no choice but to cut a hole under the container and dispensed it upside down. I was frustrated! I have photos if you need it. I’ve been a customer for awhile and never encountered this issue. Otherwise, I am very happy with the color, timing of delivery and the service. Beim 1. Färben alles gut, beim 2. Mal KATASTROPHEIch habe Schokobraun bestellt, hatte beim 1. Färben ein wirklich schönes Schokobraun und war zufrieden. Beim zweiten Färben: Absolute KATASTROPHE, sie sind KUPFERROT in der Sonne fast ORANGE, bis zum Schokobraun vom letzten Färben. Was bedeutet ich bin ORANGE-BRAUN gestreift: OBEN ORANGE, so gut 10 cm UNTEN BRAUN, ca. 30-40 cm. So etwas ist mir mit der günstigen Farbe aus der Drogerie noch NIE passiert, ich müsste eigentlich Schadenersatz verlangen, denn nun hab ich ein Abo für diese teure Farbe am Hacken und muss zum Friseur um diese KATASTROPHE zumindest ansatzweise in den Griff zu bekommen. Bad gray CoverageI didn’t like anything about the color kit. First of all, I was told that a colorist would call me to discuss my color. I was excited about this and instead I just got an email saying that it has shipped. Next, I requested a vivid red with cool tones that would cover my gray. Instead, I got a very drab orange-red that did not cover my grays at all. In fact, my roots ended up kind of yellowish. They definitely don’t blend into the color, they stand out like I still have roots, just a different shade. Also, as soon as I started putting the color on. It stung my eyes and made them water. Love the Color, Not the DripsLast two shipments have been very drippy during application. I went with a drug store brand last time I colored my hair and the process was much more favorable because there were no drips. I have to cover my bathroom walls with plastic when I use eSalon color, but drips tend to be found on the tile on the shower curtain and on my skin. I like not having to go to a hair salon or making a trip to the drug store, but I can’t deal with a drippy, watery formular. This is my second try with eSalon coloring and my last. The first time I ordered, after the initial order, the color formular shipped was drippy and I canceled future shipments. Turned My Hair OrangeMy hair hair is currently orange instead of the shade of medium blonde it was supposed to be. It also fried my hair. It’s frizzy now. I warned my colorist that I had had bad experiences in the past and that I pulled orange. I am now going to have to pay over $100 that I did not have in my budget to get my professional hairstylist to fix it. You might as well spend the five dollars on the drug store box dye to make your hair look bad. Also, my roots are lighter and redder than the rest of my hair, which looks weird. I will say, though, that the marketing was fantastic and that the colorist did reach out to me in the beginning with a few questions. So I appreciated that I was actually talking to someone. Don’t do it!Wish I could give a zero star. Attempted coloring my hair with this, didn’t even get half of my head covered before I got in the shower as fast as I could to get all of it off me. Smell was so strong that when it got anywhere near my face it sent a shock through my nose to my whole body and then a burn sensation. Fades to odd orangy colorI liked the way it looked fresh. Within a month I was not as pleased. I think I need it a bit darker. I have 2 unopened boxes. I thought I cancelled the automatic shipments,! I had surgery and stayed with friend afterward who would not allow dye in her shower or kitchen sink. I had to go to a professional this week to even get to wash it. DisappointedMy goal is to not have to color my hair every 2 wks to cover up new growth of gray hair. I wanted to go a little lighter in color in order to do this. However I was told this can't be done on previously colored hair. An option I had was to go lighter on roots. So I did. I followed every instruction down to every detail. I was so disappointed to get out of shower after coloring only to find either the color is way too light to cover my gray hair or that the color just didn't work because it looks as though I didn't color my hair at all and I see nothing but all over gray roots. Worst colour ever!Gets one star only for nice packaging and decent quality gloves. Other than that, the worst hair colour I have ever used! I asked for ginger - real carrot copper - I got browny, pinky purple. Avoid this product like the plague. Go to a professional or buy a well know brand that understand colour. Not the sameI’ve been using esalon color for 9 years, over the last couple years the color has changed. First it seemed that it would fade/washout very quickly and not color my white hairs, then I started to notice how red my hair seemed after the color had faded. As I have become less happy with the color I have been using it less and less. I now have 4 boxes to use. I hadn't been able to place it for a while but after coloring tonight I realized that my soft black color is actually more of a coppery brown? Don’t risk it!Utterly devastated by the result. Had a professional hairdresser apply the colour for me, following the instructions to the letter. Pas efficaceBonjour, J’ai fait ma couleur jeudi et j’ai laissé le temps qu’il fallait, j’ai rincer, et n’a pas fonctionné du tout, c’est comme si je n’avais pas fait de couleur. En plus le produit sentait très fort, le shampooing piqué les yeux, franchement très déçu. Je préfère encore prendre mes couleurs dans le commerce et je vais continuer, au moins elles sentent bon et y a un résultat . Difficult and not as describedThis was a hard application. I needed my husband to help. I won't use this versus the other all over coverage. I sent a message to Esalon about my concern, and they acknowledged my email, i still have not received a response. First time userI really wanted to be impressed. I followed the directions to a T. Gray coverage was not good on the temple area. Overall coverage was ok but not spectacular. Tried for timeI did my color on Friday, May, 17, later on that same day I can see grays. I followed the directions allowing for 30 minutes and adding water to the left over set and putting it on my hair as I rinsed off. Did not cover the graysI put the color into my hair following the same directions as before and the last application (done the same way) over half the grays were not covered. So unhappyI set my account up and advised my natural hair colour. I wanted a bright,copper colour for my hair and I now have dark, dark browny red hair!!! nicht die richtige FarbeSehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich melde mich hiermit bei esalon ab. Ich möchte k e i n e Farbe mehr von Ihnen erhalten. Das ist mir alles zu viel. Die erste und letzte bestellte Farbe hat überhaupt nichts ausgelöst. Damit war ich nicht zufrieden. Und ich möchte meine Haare auch nicht andauernd färben. Leider muss ich die eventuell vorgesehene Farbe zurückgehen lassen. Seien Sie mir bitte darum nicht böse. ich bin 87 Jahre alt und kann meine Haare nicht dauernd selbst färben. Bei der ersten Bestellung wollte ich nur den "Rotton" aus meinen Haaren waschen, das hat aber nicht geklappt.
