AwfulI finally got round to using this, I need someone to help me so had to wait until someone was available. It has only covered some of the greys, the ones at my parting are still very much grey. It has not changed the colour on my lengths at all. I ordered a chocolate brown, but my hair has the same reddish brown it had before. My hair feels like straw. Made my hair so dryColour was to light, tried to go back and change my options but it wouldn’t let me. Biggest issue was how dry it made my hair, never had anything like it. Felt like straw while washing out, didn’t like that I could only have the option of purchasing when I wanted, instead was only given the option of continuous purchasing. DOES NOT COVER GRAYSI would NOT RECOMMEND if you have any gray hair at all, I specifically told them I have hard to cover grays when ordering. I colored for the first time yesterday and I’ve gotten better results from a drug store box coloring kit. Sent an email and all they said was sorry we will adjust for next order. Well that doesn’t help me now and the reason for the color was my 50th bday. Guess I won’t be coving my grays for my birthday. Color was great againThe first time there were two bottles of color one for the roots one for the ends. My hair is thick and medium length i had plenty. The second month was only one bottle of color. I have a pretty decent chunk that didn’t get colored properly because i didn’t have enough so that was kind of disappointing. Zu rot geworden.Die Anwendung war einfach, und die Haare fühlen sich nach der Anwendung sehr gepflegt und gesund an. Auch die Farbe ist schön gleichmäßig geworden und wirkt natürlich. Allerdings entspricht der Farbton leider nicht meiner Vorstellung und dem Bild, das ich mitgeschickt hatte. Ich hatte mir einen natürlichen, leuchtenden Kupferton mit orangenen Reflexen gewünscht – ohne Rotstich. Das Ergebnis ist mir zu rot und geht eher in eine Richtung, die mir farblich einfach nicht steht. does not lastI am disappointed in the product because it simply does not last. I think the color is great the first week and by the third week I have a whole new different color which is much lighter than the original and brassy. I am canceling my future orders because it's not a good value for me and I shouldn't have to color my hair every 2-3 weeks to have a great color. Hair like strawI requested an ash blond color for my thick, shoulder length hair. Unfortunately, the end result was dry, dull hair with way too much gold. The shampoo provided dried my hair terribly and the tiny amount of conditioner that was in the kit didn't even cover one eight of my hair. My hair feels and looks like dried out straw. Instead of providing silly extras like stain-remover and extra gloves, why doesn't esalon simply provide a sufficient amount of conditioner like L'Oreal does? Pas du tout la couleur demandée, grosse déceptionJe n'ai pas l'impression d'avoir fait une coloration. Le cuivré n'est pas du tout visible. Je suis simplement châtain comme d'origine, alors que châtain clair cuivré demandé avec accentuation sur le orangé et non rouge. Je vais devoir attendre 2 mois avant de tenter une autre coloration si je ne veux pas abîmer mes cheveux. J'attends de voir les modifications suite à ma demande et mon résultat insatisfaisant. This is not a light brownSomewhere in between chestnut and a darker brown. Definitely not light. My hair was blonde before this dye. It is now incredibly dark with red-orange tones thanks to esalon’s “recommendations.” This has ruined any chance I had of getting a light brown. Super disappointed. Didn’t send what I ordered!I’m a redhead or at least I was until I went gray. I ordered a color that I thought would give me back my red hair. eSalon decided, sight unseen, that I needed a color that was different from the one I ordered. I used that color today and I hate it! It really didn’t cover the gray. It’s not really red and my roots are pink. Did I say I hate it bc I really really hate it! Now I don’t know what to do. Great idea for personalised colour.It is a lovely idea as you can get hair colour adjusted for you and delivered to your door. Nice and easy way to use. However the colour is not holding on my hair for long and it washes away. Also shampoo added contains SLS. Find a boxdye colourI paid for a custom shade that, once done and dyed, was much darker than what I'd selected, looked like a popular brand I could've bought for less than half the cost but didn't because I wanted a lighter, coppery gold shade, not a dark tangerine ginger, But even on trying to own it and be happy with the wrong shade for a while, it started fading on the second wash and looked terrible anyway. Run if you are Blond! My hair is orange again!So I was really hoping last time was a fluke but now I received my second order and I followed the instructions to a t and I am really orange this time. No one responded to my emails so I am trying some other company products to see if I can somehow tone down the orange though my hair will never be the blond I asked for. (I am naturally blond with some grays) I am never doing this again and its back to the professional who actually knows how to mix color. Farbe hat nicht gehaltenSehr enttäuschend. Die Farbe ist beim 2. mal färben nun einfach rausgefallen. Ebenso war es nach dem Färben auffällig hell und rötlich. Dies hatte nichts mit meiner Wunschfarbe zutun. Es lag definitv nicht am falscher Anwendung. Einwirkzeit ebenso nicht zu kurz. Did not like colourI wanted auburn ginger hair, but i ended up with quite a vibrant red. Also, I have very long hair, and there was not enough dye to cover my whole head so I had a large portion of hair undyed. My fear is I will need to keep purchasing and adjusting my colour to get to the actual colour I want, which can be very time consuming and costly in the long run. I wonder if going to an actual salon may actually be the best option when colouring or changing the colour of your hair. Not what I asked for so much darkerThe color is so dark!!!! It’s almost black. My hair was a golden medium brown. My natural hair growing in was lighter than current color. I asked for my color to be lightened. I was told couldn’t be done. What I didn’t expect was for color to be soooo dark compared ro my dyed color; and worst it’s darker than my natural brown hair. To long of a shipping process and wrong color.I waited so long for this to get here I think it took 5 or 6 weeks to here and by the it got here I had already colored my hair. I had to wait a month but I got sick so it was delayed again. So I finally tried it and I was so disappointed.There was no no light copper that I wanted. I sent a photo of my hair clearly showing the color that I wanted and picked it out of you color chart and even told you to make a little redder. I texted you he informed you what had happen and all you said was I'll send you a free shipment of it. I stated that I didn't want it because it was the wrong color only for them to come back with the same answer. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they said someone would be calling me soon. Color fades fast over graysI gave this a fare try with 4 uses, and found that it fades faster than the store box color I use. It's not worth the money to me. Also, I cancel my subscription over the phone with CS the day I received the next months box and got a refund. Then I end up getting another box this last month that I didnt want! Turns out they didn't cancel my subscription like I requested! So, I went online into my account and cancel it this time myself! I haven’t received the product yet and was purchased since January 10.Very disappointed after purchasing a colour for the first time and haven’t get the order yet when I looked at the account and said that I was in flex plan meaning that they will get money from my card no permission I did for this. Color is way offI tried this for the first time… sent pictures of where my hair is and what i (wanted to get close to (extensions that i wanted to wear) I even spoke to a colorist on the phone to be sure we were on the same page and answer any questions. Initially perfect colourI’ve slightly added more red to my copper which I love however when washed off the colour was a slightly different colour to my roots. Today I have washed it for the first time an my roots are now noticeably orange in comparison the the red hair. If I could give 0 I wouldI was excited to try this and save money doing my own hair at home but I never even got my first shipment. When I tracked it, it kept saying it was on its way. I contacted customer service to see if I could get another one shipped since I had an event coming up soon and needed my hair done and it was obviously lost in the mail. They responded by telling me to wait another week since I was not going to get it on time regardless.. I had ready waited almost a month (my next order was being ready to be shipped). A good reputable company would’ve shipped it to me overnight since it had breads been almost a month since I ordered my product and I had been patient about it. You don’t tell your customer you’re out of luck you’ll have to wait some more because we don’t want to spend the extra money over nighting it. Shame on you. Instead of saving money, I ended up spending more because I had to go to a salon at the last minute and I’m sure everyone knows how hard it is to get into a good salon at the last minute. I still haven’t gotten my product or refund since they still have the hope that my product will arrive sometime in the future. SMH and Rolling my eyes. Seriously! Wake up! Shipping is SLOW!!I can’t really review the actual product yet because after 2 weeks it has not been delivered. I can say that I am very disappointed in the shipping. I decided it must be lost and was just going to have them re-send it. Apparently it can take 12 business days from the day shipped to be delivered. According to the tracking the package has not moved in the last 5 days. I can’t imagine a package in transit that long would be delivered un damaged. Not covering my graysUsually, I don’t give low reviews, but after following the directions very very carefully and even keeping the hair dye in my hair for a bit longer for those stubborn grays, I came out of the shower and noticed that my grays are still very visible. This is the second, actually maybe third, time I’ve been using the dye and the last time I thought maybe I’m not doing something correctly. Farbe statt Tönung?Ich muss sagen ich bin mit der Farbe echt zufrieden. War etwas dunkler als ich wollte aber find des ist am Handy auch nicht so einfach sich vorzustellen. Aber mag die Farbe sehr an mir. Leider muss ich jetzt nach über 2 Monate feststellen, dass die Farbe rauswächst. Ich hatte eine Intensivtönung bestellt (COLORATIONSART Intensivtönung, so stets in der Bestellung) und wollte ganz klar keine Farbe. Laut meinen Kenntnissen hält eine Intensivtönung ca. 6-8 Wochen. Meine Farbe ist noch nicht mal wirklich heller geworden. Find ich sehr schade. Wollte meine Haare in naher Zukunft spenden, da sie aktuellen schön lang sind und muss noch auf das Rauswachsen der Strähnchen warten (fast draußen, Übergang aber nicht schön daher Tönung drüber). Falsche Farbe geliefertIch habe in der ersten Bestellung die Farbe Schwarzbraun gewählt. Dies war mir zu dunkel, also habe ich mich an den Support gewandt. Dort habe ich für die nächste Bestellung Dunkelbraun angegeben. Geliefert wurde wieder Schwarzbraun.Ich wendete mich an E-Salon,wurde aber abgewimmelt. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!! Stubborn rootsAlthough the change a a bit darker color did help a bit, the top of my head and sides still don't want to take as well where my roots are whiter. Gut gedacht, schlecht gemachtIch war zunächst sehr begeistert, da man sich wirklich gut aufgehoben fühlt, durch persönliche Emails, etc. Doch leider hält die Farbe nicht länger als eine handelsübliche Tönung und deckt auch kaum - trotz exaktem Gebrauch gemäß der Anweisung. Ich habe mich dann entschlossen, die Haare doch wieder durch einen Friseur färben zu lassen. Ich kann esalon leider nicht weiterempfehlen, da es für eine Tönung, die nicht mal eine Haarwäsche übersteht, dann doch zu teuer ist. Betrug am KundenMit der Farbe im Flexibilität war ich völlig zufrieden. Dann habe ich aber den Conceal & Cover Root Powder als Einzelprodukt bestellt...auf einmal wurde der mir mit meiner nächsten Colorlieferung verspätet Anfang Januar mitgeschickt ohne mein Zutun. Und zack wurden einfach wieder 30 € abgezogen. Schweinerei. Auch nach mehrmaligen Mails und einem Anruf wurde mir die Schuld für die Lieferung gegeben. Retoure nur mit Kulanz und eigener Kostenübernahme, und das nach London. Das ist für mich Betrug am Kunden. Wer sagt mir, dass bei meiner nächsten Lieferung nicht wieder was dazugepackt und berechnet wird. Schade, die Coloration war echt schön. Not what I thoughtI explained that I had highlights and low lights and asked if I could put this system over my hair. They said yes. When it arrived, my instructions stated that only to do the roots! Not to let it get on any of my previously died HAIR. I feel this was not clear at all. And now I can’t find any way to return this. La coloration n'a pas du tout pris sur les longueursLa coloration a bien pris sur mes racines, mais pas du tout sur les longueurs, malgré avoir soigneusement suivi les consignes. My customer color (sad face 😦)Well I asked for light ash Blonde with a hint of purple tint to it. In fact I even sent a note way before my hair color was shipped just to stress the purple tint. I got medium ash blonde with not even a hint of purple. I was very disappointed and sent two messages back to my colorist and I received no reply. So I cancelled my account but then rethought it and decided to try again for a reply to see what my colorist had to say. Product is Fine. Service Stinks. Overcharged.I like eSalon and the color was good. My hair felt soft and wasn't dried out or frizzy after application. However, all the good things are overshadowed by poor customer service. I have attempted MANY times to have the tax rate corrected on my account, but they refuse to make the change even though I've provided detailed proof from the state and county tax authorities where I live. They are overcharging me 5% on every order. Not a lot, but it adds up over time. The money is less of an issue that the fact that they argue back and forth thru messages and absolutely refuse to correct the problem.
