Updated my hair color to remain dark brown with red highlights and my stylist did not disappoint. It is perfect! I now feel more comfortable requesting changes with specific details. I LOVE the customer service and how they work with you to change the color tone to your desire. The product it self has held up. I would Love it more if they had an offer of double the amount because of the thickness and length of my hair I need more than the average sent and I'm sure there are others that would appreciate a continual SPECIAL rate with more quantity to cover such needs.
However I do recommend this product.

Looks so much better than store bought, costs so much less than salon. I asked to have my color adjusted and they made the changes right away. I love it!

I had highlights all over the place and dark roots 3 inches thick. I didn’t think there was any way possible that I could make my hair look normal. My esalon stylist created the perfect formula for my roots and ends..my hair looks amazing and I’ve gotten so many compliments!! Thank you for making my hair beautiful again at a fraction of the price!!

Took me a few days but I did my hair today and wow! My. Hair looks awesome. I got colirfir my whole to hidemy roots. My daughter help me do it. It took longer than my last color at home butworth it once it dried itlook like I spent a few hours at the salon. Irs also soft and the color is down right awesome. I look forward to using it again

I loved the color that I chose. Once I was done it was the same actual color I did choose. My hair was not brassy and it has lasted even longer than normal.

Post chemo in my 40's..total grey...and curly, which I loved, but the color made for me was super awesome (!m not calling my hairdresser out at all) it looked nice. For those with post chemo hair....try this product. I've been a customer since I had 1/2 inch grey hair. Now I look normal with the color.

At the beginning I didn't like the color because it was to dark for me. But my colorist suggested dark brown because I have a lot of gray hair, she was right the color is dark for my liking but it did covered my gray really good!! This product is great!! It didn't burn my scalp, it Covered my gray, left my hair shiny and soft!! Thank you eSalon!!

Kit was wonderful - everything you need is in this package. Solution did not smell bad at all, no strong chemical smell. eSalon was in contact with me consistently to make sure my custom color was exactly as I wanted. They volunteered to do any adjustments to lighten or darken the color for next month. I really like the online auto-ship where I can add products to my regular monthly order to save me time. I normally just buy my color from the drug store, but I must say, I am very impressed with this company and will be a long time customer for sure. Receiving an actual "color expert" from eSalon to discuss exactly what my expectations are with this newly created color was so nice. Thanks Jennifer @ eSalon !

I am always skeptical of beauty products- especially when all the reviews seem to be too good to be true. This product really delivered- not only is the color perfect but my hair feels so soft and is very shiny. I uploaded a picture and it was recommended that I don’t go ask dark as I indicated. I trusted the specialist and I’m happy that I did!

I had looked at this before and thought No but then I change my mind, so today I just did the roots, but I love the color and the way it turns out and I even talked my twin into using it as well and we both colored our hair today and love love it.

Thank you e-salon! I absolutely love my color! From roots to ends it looks flawless and together! Usually you can see the difference in roots and end color but this time it all looks the same! I just put it on so Im hoping it doesnt fade too much! But I love it!

I've been using eSalon color for a few years now, to match the natural brown of my youth & cover my new dull & grey growth/roots that I just can't tolerate. The eSalon color consistently colors my hair perfectly, not a single grey escspes it! & as the weeks go on it always looks natural, never fades poorly (I only need to refresh my color every 8-10ish weeks usually). I'm very glad to have found this company.

I have been coloring my own hair since I was 15 when I started noticing grays! That said, I was no expert, did several colors that corresponded with my mood or season, discovered a decent color, (or so I thought), but I realized that I wanted to try something new! I am a natural strawberry blonde so it is super hard to find color close to my natural color that doesn’t look fake... After having my daughter my hair has gotten dull and drab. From then on, it was a never ending battle of pricey salons and terrible box dyes until I found esalon! Thank you for giving me my natural color back!

I've been using Esalon's light matt brown for about 2 years and love it. However, I fancied a change. I decided to darken my hair a little but after an unfortunate salon experience where I emerged looking like vampire I've have been really nervous about it. I need not have worried. After a quick email to the colourist, my hair is now a gorgeous chocolate brown shade and I absolutely love it. The colour looks natural and vibrant and doesn't leave a flat matt finish like some box dyes do. I'm so pleased and feel like I have my natural colour back; only better! Thank you Esalon!

Perfectly blended custom color for my skin tone. The color takes really well and lasts for a long time as long as you use sulfate free shampoo and wash with cool water.

Excellent hair colour, exactly as I requested. Easy to apply and comes with everything you need in the kit. Quick shipping. Only reason it is a 4 star is because my hair felt very dry and frizzy afterwards. Would recommend for anyone colouring their hair at home.

This hair color has worked on stubborn greys that have been unreachable by everything else. We love the easy instructions, the attention to detail with convenience items like gloves and color guard, and the exceptional ability of this hair color to work on stubborn greys. I have used this custom color set for three (3) years now and I absolutely love it. I am thrilled with the fact that you can make adjustments whenever you want and still receive a great product. The service has been wonderful. I also like the fact that I change my delivery schedule whenever I want, I can delay it or speed it up. Can't beat the service and the price.

I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting much. I was really surprised! The color was exactly what I wanted and the coverage was excellent. Even after a few weeks I haven’t seen the color fade! No greys poking through! I’m a customer for life!

I had a few annoying white hairs but was dreading the flat, unnatural color of box products or the time and expense of a salon. eSalon was a perfect match for me. The site was very easy to navigate. My kit was beautifully put together, and my custom color is fabulous! I've received many compliments at work about my hair - they love the copper tones and hint of violet mixed with the medium brown. I have used eSalon 3 times now and I honestly prefer the results way better than when I get it done at the salon! At the salon it always turns brassy or orange no matter how much I tell them that I pull those colors and need ash put in...eSalon color has been spot on!

I'm going grey really fast (I blame my genes also) and I was spending a fortune in salon visits every three weeks.

I colored my hair today on mothers Day and I am so impressed not only did I get to customize my color the way I wanted to , but the different tones and highlights that are in the color absolutely better than I expected I could not achieve this by buying my color in a box like i always did before 😞 Thanks so much i love my hair now.

Thanks for adjusting the last order sent on May 1, 2018. The addition of the blue and pearl in my formula made a definite difference in the amount of brassy tones, the roots took a nice beige tone, it’s so much better. I also enjoyed the Mother’s Day e mail.

I really like how personalized the ESalon product is. It is easy to use and everything is provided for you. I also love my custom color. Just upload your picture and answer a few questions and you’re good to go. They will also check back with you to see if you like your custom color and will make changes for you if needed. Very easy company to work with if you have any questions or concerns.

I had been going to a salon for color but due to a medical issue, I had to stop.
