While the color covers great the first week after that the grey is back.Not only does the color not last on the grey/silver it also leaves a brassy tone to my hair that's even worse than normal store brands. Farbzusammensetzung wurde geändertEsalon meinte, mir eine "schmeichelhaftere" Farbe schicken zu müssen. Das Ergebnis war katastrophal! Ich habe nun eine viel dunklere Haarfarbe, die auch noch rötlich ist. Das passt überhaupt nicht zu meinem Teint und macht ihn rosa und bleich. Ich bin total enttäuscht und frage mich, warum ich nicht gleich geschrieben habe, dass sie mir die Farbe nicht ändern sollen. Aber ich hatte darauf vertraut. Das mache ich nie wieder. Disappointed on hair color productThe color that was sent did not take to my hair. I had to go buy Loreal which did a great job covering my hair. My daughter who is a licensed cosmetologist did my color, and it looked great when it was processing, but when I rinsed my hair the outcome was very disappointing. I don't like the stripe lookYesterday, 2 Dec 24, I finally had a chance to use the newest color {Medium Brown (Golden)}. This is the 3rd color I have tried per the colorist Jennifer, and the 3rd fail…for lack of a better term. I feel like I’m back to square one with the “stripe” look on my roots. Granted the 2nd color was off, but better than the first and third. This recent color gave me pause when the color looked so light in the bottle when it first arrived, but it did darken up a bit before using it…whew. When mixed, it did darken up as well, and I left it on 45-50 minutes just in case. But alas, I have that stripe look. I thought it may be the lighting, but today I look like it’s time to color my roots and it was just done yesterday. My husband says it doesn’t look “that bad” and he mentioned that I do have spray to cover it up until we do it again…ho hum. My roots look “tinted”, but not colored and I am far from looking natural with the stripe down the middle of my head. I don’t like spending money to look goofy and I’d like to get away from using the spray on color to look halfway decent, but here I am. I have used all your recommendations, but I don’t see my hair getting lighter to ever match the color/s you recommend. Perhaps others like the stripe look, but it's just not for me...I don't like it. Does not workTotally disappointed, unfortunately. The dye didn’t work at all. After following all the instructions, I applied the dye to my roots, waited 35 minutes, and the result was incomprehensible. I ended up with slightly lighter roots but no color at all. Zero Gray CoverageWe even left the color on for longer than 30 minutes. It was so awful. It just rinsed right out and left all the gray. Went down to Kroger, bought Schwarzkopf Keratin color in Onyx Black and it covered all the gray and delivered amazing hair color. Root and Hair colorMy roots took however, my hair is still too light. I don’t know if it’s because I’m only suppose to work the diluted color on my hair for few minutes. The color is light and dull. Oozing colorWhile I was applying the color to my hair the bottle got really warm and started oozing out of the bottle on its own. When I rinsed The color as directed the color did not take to my hair. Called customer service on 11/20/2024 and was kept on hold for 10 mins and then was told their offices were currently closed. Opened chat and explained the situation and was told a confirmation for a free replacement had been emailed, however, the confirmation email only stated that my 'question' would be forwarded to the colorist. I don't have a question. I would like the defective product that I paid for to be replaced. My chat specialist then told me to contact the customer service number that had told me their offices were closed. I explained that I had already gone that route and their offices stated that they were currently closed. This is a simple fix. Be honest. Don't patronize your clients. How could esalon get it so badly wrong?Wanted medium golden brown and sent pictures of my current hair to ensure that the colour would be accurate. I was really excited to try this. I've used box colours successfully many times so I felt confident enough to colour at home. I followed the instructions step by step but the outcome was a very light golden brown. Customer service offered me a call with a colourist but I declined, I wasn't going to risk paying for another box when this one was so wrong despite sending pictures. I've bought root spray to cover until I can get this sorted. SO SAD.......So, I was really excited about finally dying my hair, since I have been a bit down on myself and have not dyed it in over 3 months... It took me about a year to get my copper color exactly where I wanted it... I saw the combination that the colorist here made me for and it looked like it was going to be just what I asked for! I died my hair as soon as I got it yesterday! I was tracking it! Washed my hair Saturday so I could be ready for it Monday... After doing everything and straightening my hair, I am so sad to say my hair is so dark... It is literally brown... It is not copper, it is no where near close to what I asked for, nor the picture I sent for comparison... I will probably have to lighten my hair AGAIN to get it to where I want it, which I am so sad about because my hair is finally healing and not I have to add damage to it... DisappointedThis is the second time I give your product a try. First time was not at all what I was expecting. I was in the process of moving city when my personalized product arrived. I packed everything and couldn't find it until now. The color looks extremely faded and I just colored my hair today. So I guess I will redo it in about 2 weeks using the product I buy at Walmart. My hair is orange like a clownI've been a redhead my whole life. Their color made my hair turn blonde, so I wanted to cancel, so they asked if they could send me a free color. I just used the free one, after bing charged for yet another, and I look like a clown, I specified natural light auburn. I look like Ronald McDonald. I'm livid. The color was also full of ammonia. Disappointing grey coverageThe set is nicely packaged, and the hair colour goes on easily enough, but this is my second attempt with eSalon to find a colour that will provide adequate grey coverage, and the colour is still leaving my roots with too much red. DissapointedThe most greys I have are framing my face, and the nape of my neck. I pay special attention to those areas when I colored, but the results were disappointing. My greys are all intact, though the ones on the top of my head were taken care off. I will wait to see how the next round goes. No blue or black in this pearl blue black color!It’s red and brown, roots are now red, rest is a mohogany brown. My hair was dyed blue black previously. Way darker than what I requestedI don't know what happened, but the color that eSalon sent me is not what I requested at all. I wanted a nice, natural looking auburn color, and after dying my hair, it's *really* dark with hardly any red at all. I'm feeling really disappointed, as now I just have to wait 2-3 months for the color to wash out. Many reasonsAbsolutely no grey coverage. I picked a color darker than my current and it lightened my hair to the point of having roots within a few weeks. Did not work on rootsSpent 3 times the time dying my hair that I usually do, in order to make sure that I followed directions exactly to get the results advertised. Now that my hair is dry, I see my roots are very light brown where my grays were and my ends are a lot more black than they usually are. For 38 bucks a month or whatever this is insane. If you have gray or white roots , I do not recommend the product,as of now. . I've had better luck with cornsilk for $3. I'm so disappointed, More disappointed with the fact that , I waited for several weeks to try the first kit. As I have another kit on the way for $38 . I'm hoping that I received the package soon as I can try it just on the roots right away , maybe it'll work better I don't know. For now I'm cancelling my subscription, You just need to go to the salon for my kind of hair situation. At least with the inexpensive box dye, I could afford to do it every 2 weeks. The cheap stuff doesn't cover for very long but it actually did dye the roots. I'll try again when the root kit gets here, maybe I did something wrong , hopefully is the case. The first kit, I did the introductory offer, which was pretty inexpensive and I paid $10 for the alligator clips, cape and color bowl and brush so, not terrible. Hopefully the $38 I spent on the kit to just dye my roots is not as big of a bummer as I think it's going to be. Careless company with exploding products!I ordered black hair dye for all my hair. I was unknowingly sent 1 black bottle & 1 golden light brown bottle. So a week before my vacation i ended up with golden brown roots & top of head with very black waist length hair. Wanted it all to be black. & this was not my first time coloring before. Also before I could even finish getting all the color in, the roots bottle explodes all over my bathroom wall, counter, door, floor & myself from the waist down. Der Geruch der Haarfarbe beim Aufschäumen war extrem beißend in der Nase. Davon abgesehen ist das Ergebnis wie folgt: Der Ansatz ist nicht mehr grau, sondern blond - von rot jedoch keine Spur. Modified formula for better gray coverageThe root formula seemed the same but the ends formula was VERY STRONG SMELLING. I feel like the gray coverage was the same as last time (not ideal) but I can tell effort is being made to cover the stubborn gray in my root area. Farbton passt nicht wie erwartetIch hatte die Seite von einer Freundin empfohlen bekommen. Ich passte an, machte alle Schritte und freute mich auf meine Farbe. Aus meinen roten Haaren sind nun Braune geworden. Sehr ärgerlich. Wäre es nur um ein/ zwei Töne abweichend, hätte ich nichts gesagt und abgewartet. Incorrect color descriptionMy natural hair color is light blonde. I purchased the Dark Blonde 7.1 color. It looks like a light brown. The color I received and dyed my hair with was the exact same as my natural hair color. I had people even ask if I lightened my hair. Ein Auf und Ab der GefühleNach dem Färben war ich zuerst zufrieden, dann wieder nicht, weil meine Haare viel zu dunkel und wenig karottig wirkten und jetzt, ein Tag später, nach erneutem Haare waschen bin ich immer noch nicht zufrieden. Ich werde das Abo beenden. Auch stört mich der 20% Entwickler. Der ist ganz schön heftig für meine Kopfhaut. Ich denke mir, dass es auch mit weniger geht, weil der Friseur es ja damals auch hinbekommen hat. Nunja, kein perfektes Erlebnis ganz schrecklich auch nicht. Definitely not ash blondeTurned my roots a coppery orange. I had indicated in my order that my hair pulled red. That was either missed or not taken into consideration when compounding my formula. I did report this and customer service issued a credit for another kit. Nein dankeMan bekommt nachts um ca 3.00 Uhr eine Email mit der Bestellbestätigung des NachfolgeAbos... und sie Möglichkeit die Bestellung telefonisch zu stornieren. Am Telefon sagt der Mitarbeiter am selben Tag, dass die Sendung schon verschickt wurde, man das Porto für die Rücksendung aber selbst tragen muss. Ich denke, dass man dann vielleicht ein Zeitfenster vorgeben sollte. Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.
