Nice colorI really like my color and it is easy to change when I want a bit more red or want to go more brunette. My only complaint is that it is so difficult to get off of the scalp. Easy to work with - phenomenal resultsI am not a hair person! I just don't know how to do all that stuff but I'm telling you this was almost as easy as washing your hair, the results though were well beyond what I had ever expected, my Daughter who does know what she's doing had dyed my hair red I didn't want to do the upkeep of it so wanted to go back brown, well I've done this before at the salon and it's never easy because they can't take you from red back to brown in one process. Well shame on them because eSalon took me there no problem! I have a lot of grey now that I did not have then as well. I recommend this very much. This is an unreliable product and unsatisfactory serviceI have a 6 months customer history with eSalon, time in which I was in awe of them (at start) only to be let down by both quality of product (had dye sets not covering grays) and service (unanswered outreach, delays in order processing and delivery). I have just cancelled my order and subsctiption because of delays in both order processing and shipping. I am so disappointed! Z.Zt. schlechtes FarbergebnisIch verwende schon einige Zeit das Colorset und war immer zufrieden. Jedoch nach dem vorletztem Färben werden die Grauansätze nur ganz schwach überdeckt und der gesammte Farbton ist blasser und schimmert grünlich. Was mir auch von meinem Frisör bestätigt wurde. Doesn’t cover grayThis is my second order in the last 30 days of these products the first order i left them on for 45 mins and it didn’t cover my gray so i ordered my next batch early and applied again but this time left it on my hair for an hour and it still didn’t cover my gray. Did not cover gray well 😔I wanted to love this, but unfortunately it did not cover my grays very well at all. It’s definitely better than before I dyed it but you can see the orange-ish color instead of dark brown on the gray. Did not do muchApplied hair colour like in the videos and left it for a while, after washing the hair it did not cover the grey hairs and there wasn’t much of a difference on the rest of the hair, also it came with little amount of colour, for thick long hair it wasn’t enough. Bin enttäuschtMir ist wieder die falsche Farbe gesendet worden. Ich hatte die Farbe von BG-2 vor der letzten Lieferung wieder auf BG-1 geändert, hatte aber trotzdem die falsche Farbe bekommen und ein paar Tage später kommentarlos die richtige. Diesmal habe ich wieder die falsche Farbe bekommen. Das sehe ich erst, wenn es gefärbt ist, da es nicht auf der Flasche steht. Es ist weißgrau geworden, von Blond keine Spur. Customised colorAt first I was happy with the product and it seems to last longer than over the counter hair dye. I made some changes to the color and for some reason I started having an allergic reaction from it after applying I’d get a dry itchy scalp and red spots. Damaged my hairWhen my first box arrived it was missing items and, most importantly, instructions. I followed a friend’s esalon instructions, which didn’t mention that you shouldn’t overlap with previously colored hair. I had a chunk of hair professionally bleached over a year ago, Feb 2024, and my hair was still very healthy, no breaking. However, since using the box and applying to the bleached section of hair, it’s become dry and brittle. I didn’t know there were instructions online as they are near impossible to find. confused with optionsGreetings I was befuddled to receive 2 different colors in the box (remember I am a layman not a salon worker) The first was for the roots which matched my natural color-which i havn't been since I was in high school, Im 51; then, there was a more coppery tone to wash thru the length of hair. In the esalon defense a color chart was supplied to recognize the difference but why would I use two different colors? Anyway I used the 1st color, my more natural root color and brought that thru my hair which is a lovely tone however not the color I was hoping for. Color didn't lastI really loved the initial color- but now that it has been a couple weeks the color has completely faded and my hair is left lighter and brassier than before. I wanted an ash brown to take the red out, but now it seems worse than before. Didn’t change colour as requested at allFollowed instructions to the letter, my hair looked the same as before although it did cover my roots/greys, my old highlights were literally still there - gave up and caved in to a shop bought box dye, very disappointed as this was the second time after being unhappy with first colour outcome. Noch nicht so wie vorgestelltZuerst hatte ich mich nicht herangetraut da ich befürchtet hatte, es wäre zu dunkel oder zu rot. Dann war es eher das Gegenteil - einen Rotton erkenne ich gar nicht und das Braun hatte ich mir dunkler vorgestellt. Die Grauabdeckung ist ok, gerade am Haaransatz zum Gesicht würde ich mir da noch etwas mehr wünschen. Die Anwendung fand ich eher schwierig, die Haare fühlten sich auch nach der Maske stark verklebt und schwer zu kämmen an und die Dusche brauchte nach dem Ausspülen eine Grundreinigung da die Farbe stark an den Fließen haften blieb. Was die Haltbarkeit angeht: dazu kann ich noch nicht viel sagen da das Färben erst 6 Tage her ist. Très déçueJ’ai spécifiquement écrit et envoyé une photo de mes racines pour dire que j’adorais ma couleur sur les longueurs mais que malheureusement elle était trop flou sur mes racines blanches. J’ai reçu une nouvelle couleur. Non seulement elle ne correspond pas à ce que je veux ( la même que précédemment) mais elle n’a ps fonctionne du tout sur mes racines. J’ai donc du acheter un spray pour colorer mes cheveux blancs. Donc j’ai dépensé de l’argent chez vous et aussi au supermarché. J’aurais mieux fait d’aller chez le coiffeur. Enfin… je n’ai pas du tout apprécié le contenu de cette seconde couleur. Pas see de produit. Pas de différence entre couleur racines et couleur longueurs. Did not cover grayI have grays around my forehead and my biggest issue is covering them. Well this didn’t work either. And my hair has a very red tint to it when the color was brunette. Leider enttäuschendIch wollte einen kühlen Braunton. Hab es extra ins Feld an den Coloristen eingetragen und ein Foto meiner Haare mitgeschickt.
