The directions were very easy to use. You will want some help for the step of adding water to left over dye and rinsing your hair out. After using the dye, my hair felt very soft and had very little dye smell! I would highly recommend

Perfect match! This is the perfect color, rich and true to my natural color which is usually hard to find. I love that my hair keeps a rich color between root touch ups. I know it is gentle on my hair because my hair's overall condition has improved since I started using eSalon. Thank you!

I asked for a slight change in my color to more beige and Danielle did a fantastic job. The color is perfect. The product does not strip a perm I have in my hair since it is so thin and covers the gray best of anything I have ever used. Love it, Love it, Love it.

I've been coloring my hair for over 30 years. I've tried pretty much everything. This color is exactly what I was looking for. So easy to use and delivered right to my door on MY schedule. My colourist is great at making subtle changes to my personal color. I've been so happy with my results. Even my hairstylist has complimented me on my color!

What can I say; when even my French hair stylist is impressed with the colour, I went in for a hair cut and she was all compliments so I don’t think I have anything to add! The finish is so pretty and I get so many faltering comments! It’s easy to apply and doesn’t smell. And the styling products are of good quality and don’t weigh the hair! Overall I am a very happy customer who is here to stay ! 🥰

Can't say enough wonderful things about this product!! Its very forgiving if you apply it somewhere other than just roots. Doesn't dry your hair out or damage your hair.

A friend at work told me about trying this new hair color. I was retiring so I just thought it looks great on her but I’m growing out my gray. Fast forward about 5 years. I wasn’t happy with my gray so decided to try eSalon. I am absolutely an amateur at doing my own hair color, so I watched all the videos and then was ready to color my own hair. It turned out beautifully and will continue doing it myself. Directions are easy to follow and results are beautiful!! Very happy with result!

I have tried Beauty store color and it was a step up from box hair dye. But being a redhead the color tends to fade fast and I could never find MY original hair color until now. The custom color set is AMAZING. The questions upon setting up my profile allowed me to really narrow down the color I was looking for. Its beautiful and long lasting.

I was so impressed with the outcome of my order! My mom and her friend have used eSalon for a while and their hair color always looks great so I thought I’d give it a try and I’m so glad I did! I’ve always bought my own color from Sally’s and I never could get it to turn out quite right. I’ve had it done professionally once but that broke the bank and even though I had great results, I never went back. I can honestly say that I’m sticking with eSalon from now on! I was hesitant at first because my hair ALWAYS pulls a red tint, no matter what color I try but this time I didn’t fight my natural redness and reluctantly, I just went for it. I tried the mahogany and the results were amazing, my hair was so soft and shiny and the color was perfect! I wasn’t left feeling like my hair was too red, I had the perfect combination of brown and red tones! I’ve had so many compliments on my color and for the price, people are always shocked, myself included! Not to mention, the kits are the cutest!! I love how everything is personalized and it comes with everything you need!

My colorist is great but I would spend over two hours in the salon from start to finish to apply color to my roots every 5 to 6 weeks. Over the past 3 years I have spent thousands of dollars. After using e.salon, I will never go to my colorist again to color my roots. This product not only saves tons of money but more importantly I can apply this color at home and save hours of time which is more important to me at this point in my life. Thank you so much,

The quality of the colours are just fantastic. I had two red tones of colours before going back to a dark brown and I am just amazed at how beautiful the result is even with an addition of the three in the course of 9 months. I have become a show off thanks to eSalon colours ;)

Love it, it is a great quality product. The box comes with everything you need and more. And don’t even get me started on the costumer support, absolutely OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! They go far and beyond to make you happy and satisfied. Best of all, store bought hair color used to give me the worst allergic reaction, itchiness beyond belief to the point of scratching until my scalp bled. Esalon color: NOTHING! So thank you for an amazing product!

Eine Haarfarbe die eine tolle Konsistenz hat und dabei leicht anzuwenden ist. Das Ergebnis sind geschmeidige Haare. Selbst bei einem sehr hohen Weiss-Anteil, gute Abdeckung und brillante Farbe. Und falls gewünscht ist auch eine Anpassung der Farbe ganz einfach per Email an den Coloristen möglich. Das Abo ist prima, endlich kein hinterherlaufen nach "meiner Farbe", die dann mal wieder aus dem Sortiment genommen wurde. Jetzt fehlt nur noch ein Farbspray, ebenfalls in der selben Farbkombination für zwischen den Färbungen.

I loved this color!!!! Perfect mix . Esalon has amazing customer service. The first red I ordered was too brown for me and not exactly what I envisioned. I called them and they talked to me more about what I wanted. Once they sent the additional brighter red it was perfection. Loving it

This is just absolutely amazing. The instructions make it so easy and even had tips I hadn't heard of before! The color was exactly what I was looking for. So so so glad I got this. Best results I've had from at-home coloring. First round was lighter than I wanted but still gorgeous, planning to go darker next time. Didn't dry out my hair at all, and looks like I went to the salon!

The new formula for coloring your hair is AMAZING!!!!! I love love love loved this stuff!!
In the past I always had to wash my hair 3-4 times, just to get all of the coloring residue out of my hair. This time, it was all out in ONE wash!!!!

Heute kam mein eSalon Set. Die Verpackung war sehr schön, alles wurde personalisiert bedruckt und ordentlich eingepackt. Die Anleitung war sehr einfach zu verstehen und das Farbergebnis spricht für sich. Ich bin absolut begeistert und wirklich froh, dass ich nun regelmäßig genau "meine" Haarfarbe bekomme.

I used to spend so much time and money in salons, sometimes only to be mildly satisfied or worse. But I can honestly say that my hair color through Esalon is beautiful. It looks better than it has in a long time. Also seems to make my hair very shiny and healthy.

Colored my hair for years and the results of this product are wonderful. There are highs and lows so that it looks naturally highlighted. Beautiful! The only negative is the smell, but it's worth it for the end result!

All I can say is I have never found a natural copper blonde like this. No Ruby tones, just pure soft natural copper blonde. My hair has never felt so healthy! Love this company. Great job supplying beautiful results! Thank you!

I changed my colour to a darker one and I got a set to the roots and to the ends. It gave me a great, smooth colour and enough product to cover my thick, long and strong hair.

I really was skeptical about doing this from a web site. But the color I wanted was exactly what I picked out and the consultants were helpful and got me the right color. It was easy to do with everything needed included in the kit. My hair feels soft and clean and looks great. I will be a return customer for sure!! Thanks E Salon !
