Love this product , being a natural ginger.. I find it really hard to hone colour. In times of austerity and the freedom to do when you like the n your own time... perfect for me . Hair glossy & natural healthy looking. Not used my tint rinse yet .. will review product when I have .

Honestly im at school. 2 hours before a supper with a headmaster i dyed my hair. 4 girls that had never dyed hair before were doing this, and it turned out amazing. Even if i did spill some on the floor. Extremely satisfied!!!

They say the third time is the charm, and it sure was the charm! I tried the custom color set twice and asked for color adjustments both times. I messaged my colorist and included pictures of my results each time. I just used the custom color set for the third time and they Nailed it!! I am so happy with my color and I am so glad I stuck with eSalon to make my adjustments and help me find my perfect color. Each time I’ve used the set I’ve become more comfortable with the process and now coloring my hair doesn’t seem so daunting of a task. I am very pleased with my results. Thank you eSalon!

I was skeptical about purchasing hair color online but I am amazed by how my colorist Mindy was able to match the color to what I was looking for. I was also pleasantly surprised that I didn't get the usual breakage following a color treatment on my thin/fine hair. Instructions were easy to follow and although I did not receive the color application brush it was still easy to apply using the bottle technique.

Got my kit yesterday and loved everything about it.
Love the package, love the poem inside and the love and care put in it. Applied today and love the colour and how it makes my hair shiny.
I just feel that it doesn’t cover the greys. I applied a lot on top of my head, kept it on for the time advised and it didn’t cover my greys at all.
I am willing to give it another try though because the colour is really nice and the shampoo and conditioning that came with it are very good too.
I will give it a 5 star with 1 suggestions and 1 warning to canadian customers.
Suggestion: something to cover the greys easily
Warning: it took a little over 2 weeks to arrive in Ontario. So, if you are buying in Canada, be patient. The colour may worth your while.

Super, je suis très contente du résultat.
Mes cheveux étaient décolorés par le soleil sur les longueurs et Sabrina a pris le temps de me téléphoner afin de prendre tous les renseignements nécessaires à la création de la couleur et des sous tons qui sont présents dans celle ci.
L’application s’est faite facilement, et il me restait largement assez de produit colorant pour la partie émulsion avant shampoing.
Mes cheveux blancs sont pour l’instant bien recouverts, la teinte choisie respectée.
Je ne peux que vous conseiller ESalon et attends avec impatience ma deuxième livraison pour voir l’évolution de la couleur dans le temps !
Suite à ma deuxième livraison, toujours très satisfaite ! j'adore et mes cheveux sont en très bonne santé !

I have to say I was very wary of doing this. I have had my hair professionally colored for many, many years. I was looking for an alternative to spending time in the salon and the cost. It took me 3 weeks to get up the courage to "do it myself". I must say my colorist was spot on with her recommendation and blending. Very happy I took the plunge and tried this.

After 3 previous tries (my trust issues rared it's ugly head), SUCCESS! I'm leery to color my hair often because coloring tends to damage my super sensitive curly hair.This demi color is perfect and as it fades I can already see where natural highlights are taking form. Très jolie couleur, très bien renseignée et surtout le plus est la personnalisation de sa coloration commandée, tout en pouvant la modifier lors d'une commande ultérieure selon ses envies. Nos conseillères sont là pour nous aider.
Quant à la coloration elle est facile d'utilisation. Enfin lors de l'application fini d'éclabousser les murs car plus crémeuse que les colorations achetées dans les grandes surfaces.
Coloration qui dure plus longtemps que celles des commerces voire de certains coiffeurs.
Je suis fan à 100% et je ne veux plus que celle-ci ;)

I was hesitant to sign up for anything w an auto delivery but I was shocked at 3 things. The color and conditioner were fabulous. Cancelling (due to thinking of letting my hair go grey) and then changing my order frequency was easy. Resarting my order was easy. I love this product and their customer service!

I've been an esalon customer for over 2 years and I totally recommend this product for people like me who don't have a ton of money to spend on hair. I'm Asian-american and I get the darkest brown and I'm always really happy how it turns out. It's very easy to apply and rinse out. I love that the package includes gloves and stain removers. Also, it's great to manage my own account easily on line, so I can customize my shipments. That's a really big plus for me.

Totally sceptical, after I’d coloured and my hair was wet, I’d already planned my complaining email!!! Once dry I am amazed. The colour is fantastic no greys at all no demarcation lines and my hair shines. Admittedly my hairdresser told me the colour to go for and I needed help with the back of my head but this stuff works!!!

Couleur reçu rapidement elle est exactement celle que je voulais agréable parfum application parfaite.
Si vous connaissez pas e salon je vous le recommande vivement plutôt que de vous la procuraient en grande surface en plus elle est adaptée pour vous et à votre longueur de cheveux . Par des coloristes qui n hésité pas à vous téléphoner si il le juge .

It was a little more red than my natural, but it was pretty close! Hardly anyone even noticed I had colored it! The grays were gone for sure. I was very pleased.

Habe meine haare mit einen mittelaschbraun gefärbt, meine haare hatten schon einen rotstich. Durch die färbung wurde es minimal abgeschwächt. Ich werde es aber, definitiv alle 2 bis 3 Monate mit der färbung weiter probieren meine Friseurin meinte rotstich aus den Haaren zu bekommen ist halt sehr schwer auch mit den Farben vom Friseur, da ich immer mit drogerie Farben gefärbt habe. Dennoch bin ich sehr zufrieden. Die anwendung ist,sehr leicht und danach hat man ein schönes haargefühl. Bin gespannt, ob ich meinen rotstich auf dauer mit dem mittelbraunaschton endlich weg bekomme.

Easy directions, all supplies enclosed, and the color turned out beautifully. The color has not faded and it’s been over a month since I did it. I love how esalon will send an email if they think you are going to dark and give their suggestion. Great company and I will continue to use them.

I only did my roots but the color came out exactly the way I wanted it to. It wasn't too dark, which tends to be my experience when I color my own hair. It covered my grays very well and lightened my dark roots. Basically, it did everything I wanted to achieve. I get compliments on my hair all the time now.

I was a little skeptical when I first tried your product, I thought 'it's going to be one of those things where I'm over charged for an item I could find at the Dollar store.'
I was wrong and I've gotta tell you, your product is worth every penny. Not only does the color hide all the gray but it's also very close to my natural color. I've tried many other hair coloring products before, but your formula leaves my hair feeling soft and silky. Other brands had too often left my hair feeling dry and hard. Thank you esalon.

I shaved my head to honor my sister-in-law. My hair grew in all drab grey. This second custom color is perfect. My hair looks as though it has been done professionally - the lighter (white) hair looks blended with the new blond. It's beautiful.

Mit der selbst erstellten Haarfarbe bin ich sehr zufrieden, sie lässt sich gut auftragen, deckt hraue Haare ab und hält länger als die Haarfarben aus dem Drogeriemarkt.

Couldn't get the exact colour I wanted from a box dye and gave up paying a fortune in salons until I tried ESalon, Tamara my colourist helped me from start to finish and I'm delighted with the results, my hair looks so shiny and natural and the roots and ends are finally the same cour after years of trying. They Thought of Everything

From the moment I opened the box I was impressed! ESalon thought of everything! An extra set of gloves, a sticker to hold the instructions up on my mirror, a great conditioner for after the color, a brush to help with application... not to mention the root and ends color treatments!

Habe die erste Bestellung meines Abos erhalten und die Anwendung war sehr einfach. Es ist kein Färbe-Rand sichtbar, sieht sehr natürlich aus und meine Haare fühlen sich gut an. Bei anderen Farben hat man immer noch nach ein paar Tagen Färbe-Ränder an der Kopfhaut. Der Geruch während der Anwendung ist zwar recht streng nach Ammoniak, aber bei gekipptem Fenster kein Problem. Die Farbe ist noch schöner als ich es erhofft hatte, freue mich schon auf's nächste Färben.
