I have never colored my hair by myself before. I don't do complicated color so I thought that I could save money and do my hair color at home. It was so easy! I have a few grays to color and I like to go two shades darker than my own color. From mouse brown to a richer darker brown. I love it!

It took a pandemic to make me venture outside of my hair salon. When my hair colouring set arrived not only was i pleased with how lovely it was packaged but the colour created for me turned out absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend their wonderful colouring products.

I am naturally a redhead. A more Copper red. Since getting older my hair has faded into a lighter blonde color. I LOVE the intense copper, red shine this gives me! It brightens my complexion and brings life back into my hair. Its almost identical to how vibrant my hair color was before it started fading. They nailed my color. I won't use anything else.

I was very skeptical of the at home color thing. But to my surprise, it wasn't that hard. My hair color is perfect and I missed one little spot in the back of my head. Def recommend.

My first time trying E Salon and the color is a perfect match! Colored all of my grey and did not cover the highlights I wanted to keep. I will be using E Salon from now on! Ok- I had my 12 year old volunteer to do my hair. I’ve never colored it on my own and have only had it colored 4 times in my life. I have stubborn grays on probably 25% of my hair. First of all- the color was perfect- I still can’t believe it’s EXACTLY what I wanted. I was just touching up roots so I was really worried the color would be different at my roots and not blend in. It looks and feels amazing and I have Auburnish hair with golden highlights so it’s not an easy color to find- my regular stylist gets close to what I want but it’s never exactly right. THIS is exactly right so yay for Paul C. - that’s the name listed as the colorist. So I have one more hope and that is that it lasts and my grays don’t pop out. Will see but so far I am beyond ecstatic with my hair. So is my 12 year old- I promised to pay her for her work😜

The color kit and instructions are complete and clear. The color paste is thick, so is easy to apply. The stain remover works on skin. The whole process is straightforward and works well. This is a high quality product.

Not a harsh colour in fact I was worried about dying my own hair but due to the virus I had to , it covered my highlights but didn’t make them disappear all together which was great . My hair is very soft too x

schon alleine die Verpackung war erstaunlich schön und auch gut gerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was zum Haarefärben und zur Nachpflege gebraucht wird. Die Anleitung war leicht verständlich. Das Farbergebnis hat meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Ich bleibe dabei :-)

I was totally Happy with the color, and I get a lot compliments on it as well and where did I have it done. I will not go to another salon until I have to. One thing I've notice my hair has a silky softness about it.

My Esalon order came on time, was fairly close to my color and was easy to use with the instructions provided in the kit. The color is very good considering I ordered online. Just reordered a slightly darker color with a highlight kit! Overall, it's better than the drugstore guessing experience and the quality is higher as well. Coloring your hair takes patience and practice. I recommend.

Just used this for the first time. The color is PERFECT, the shine is great. Best experience self-coloring ever. The kit is great and everything is high quality. My hair feels thicker, the gray is covered, and I am a happy camper. Will absolutely continue to use this.

This is the first time that I have colored my hair by myself! I've always gone to a colorist and I am so exceptionally pleased with the matching of the color (for my roots) and how easy the color is applied! My hair looks perfect! I actually would advise people who are coloring their hair for the first time to watch all of the videos that are recommended before they color their hair. I only watched one and later went back and watched them all and I think it would be best to watch them all before coloring! So happy with my eSalon color and have scheduled to continue to receive the custom color set every four weeks!

Then goodness I found you! I've struggled with liking the tones and coverage of box colors and professional stylists. So I decided to try eSalon. I just answered the questionnaire, picked out the color I was looking for, and explained what I was wanting on a color. Within an hour my colorist emailed me asking specific details as to what I wanted in a color. After I got my box I was apprehensive at first but (after 2 weeks) I did it. WOW! I am so impressed! A big thank you to Freddie for my colour which is just perfect! I have been unwell for the last week and my root re-growth was making me feel even more miserable. I had tried a well-known home colour kit from a local drug store but was really disappointed with the result. A couple of days ago my eSalon colour arrived and today, with the help of my husband, we coloured the re-growth and WOW I love it!! The roots were covered really well, no sign of grey so I couldn't have asked for any more. I love the golden blonde which is much better than the colour my hairdresser has done over the years! I never colored my own hair before. My daughter read the directions and applied it for me. The process took about 20 minutes. My hair looks great! All grey is covered. I will definitely purchase again.

This was my first time colouring my roots myself, found the ordering simple but felt sure I would need to experiment before getting the best look. Wrong, it’s perfect, excellent coverage on my very strong grey and I am thrilled with the whole experience/adventure! My hair looks just as good as if I had been to a professional salon with the bonus of saving money too, hubby very impressed especially the monetary aspect!!

I knew as soon as I mixed it that it was salon quality. As I'm used to colouring my own hair (box dye) i found it very easy to use . I was very impressed with the results and will certainly be recommending it to friends.

OK so here goes, this is my first time coloring my hair since at the current time all the hair salons are closed. I was really nervous at first and I know I’ve missed some spots but they’re not noticeable to other people but I was really impressed with how the color went on and how it blended very well. This is a great product. The color that was picked for me was very accurate. Loved all the items that were included (two sets of gloves, stain guard, etc.). The only reason I took off a star is that it didn’t cover my gray completely unfortunately. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I just colored my hair myself for the first time in many years. My hair has always been colored at a salon. I have lots of gray and my hair was previously colored with addt’l highlights. I was pretty worried about everything turning out correctly without looking like a speckled pup! I am ecstatic to report that my hair did beautifully! If we ever get out of social distancing, I will only visit my salon for haircuts.
By the way, I will be 70 in 2 months. If I can do it, you can do it!

I love my first box. The color is wonderful. My colorist recommended a different shade from my description and photo. They also sent an ends refresher to ensure proper shading, for free. It was perfect. The color covered grey beautifully and shows as a light red within the brown. My Mom was surprised to see my natural brown with red highlights returned. She is now looking into the product. It is just what I have wanted from salon but couldn't afford $200+ color session to get all over color with highlights. Looking forward to next box.

Habe etwas gezögert mit meiner Färbung .Hatte ich ja das erste Mal gemacht.Die Farbe hab ich in einer Plastikschüssel angerührt,dann mit dem Pinsel aufgetragen.War schon schwierig ,da ich längere Haare habe.Aber hat ganz gut geklappt.Bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Farbe.Die wenigen grauen Haare sind gut abgedeckt.Werde es jetzt mal in 12 Wochen wiederholen.

This is my first time using this color, and I love it!. Easy to apply and excellent results!. The only thing that I would like to suggest in the kit if you can add extra stain remover and a color bowl this would be helpful. When you have dark hair sometimes extra stain remover is needed. I am a licensed hairstylist and because of the pandemic to have this service is extremely helpful. It is nice to know if I ever need color in the future this service is available and convenient. Thanks for giving me beautiful color in a very trying time.

A massive thank you to the eSalon team. My hair was brown at the roots, red in the middle and blonde at the ends....a nightmare! Somehow my ordered potion has blended all three colours to one natural, yet vibrant colour. I am now no longer avoiding video calls with friends and colleagues. Thanks again

I am so fed up with salon results. I was getting a dye with highlights every six weeks, and I became so annoyed with the lack of consistency. My hair color was all over the place! At one point my over-zealous stylist actually made me almost blonde, without permission, because... "It's Summer, Girlfriend!" I have used this three times, and I love it. I picked a color that is by far the closest I have ever seen to the hair color of my twenties. The grays end up a lighter shade, which gives the appearance of natural highlights. A bonus to this is that the gray regrowth that usually stick out like a sore thumb tends to blend into the lighter shades. I am getting consistent results, in a color that I love.
I have incredibly sensitive skin, so anytime that I dye there is a day or two of itchy skin... this is no exception, but it doesn't have any reaction that is excessive for my skin type.
While home dye kits are messy in general, this has been a far better option for me. I have also been saving quite a bit of money... nobody is going to complain about that.

Crystella did an unbelievable job of determining and mixing my hair color from a couple of pictures. Due to the fact that I'm not getting out much due to the virus, I put off coloring my hair for a week or so. I colored my hair this morning and was a bit concerned (it's just hair) when I saw the product first on my hair. It seemed VERY light. Yikes! Oh, well. It was easy to apply and when finished, it was my hair color! YEA! Great job, Crystella! I'll review again when I see how well the color lasts. Typically, red hair fades fast.

I think my hairdresser is going to lose a few appts from me in the future. Just tried your service for the first time and I’m in love. Stephanie was my colorist and I added pictures to my order. I was concerned about losing my highlights but that didn’t happen and the color is spot on! Super easy and I feel a thousand times better! I was worried what I’d look like after this pandemic and e-salon resolved that! I’m telling everyone I know about e-salon! Thank you!
