The delay in receiving my order prompted me to call to cancel. The CSR informed me that day my order had shipped. I received it Tuesday, April 14th and opened it to proceed on Wednesday, April 15th. The kit is beautifully organized and classy. The personal touch of adding my name and custom color was really nice. The cute poem set the mood for me to feel confident in doing the base bump myself for the first time ever. The instructions are easy to follow. The results are better than the salon base bump color I get done every four weeks. Loved the experience and am going to restart my subscription for every four weeks. Now if I can figure out how to do my highlights myself I will be over the moon thrilled. Thank you for making a expert quality color kit available.

Excellent produit, couleur comme je l'espérais, cheveux doux, très bonne couverture des différentes strates, et aucun dégorgement aux shampooings suivants, ce qui ne m'était encore jamais arrivé.

I have always been to a salon for my hair for many years but when the U.K. lockdown started a few weeks ago I was recommended to try your colour!!
I was so impressed. The whole site is easy to use and the consultation really useful as you put up a current pic of your hair and everything is considered before one of the colourists makes your colour up. It all arrived on time, beautifully packed and easy instructions. I was nervous to see my result but I needn’t have worried. It’s amazing!!!!

I would just like to say I was very dubious ordering my hair colour this way. I’m not one for taking chances, especially with my hair! Lots of things can go wrong....., As I’ve found out over the years. However, I am very impressed....The colour has blended in With my original hair very well. My hair has a tendency to be dry after colouring but the condition after colour, wash and blow dry was fabulous. It’s not covered my grey completely but I’m sure that’s something I can rectify with the colourist should It become a problem. I’d definitely recommend e-salon. I was impressed with the presentation of the box and how the instructions were personalised to myself. What can I say one happy customer. Thank you.

Ich habe zum ersten Mal die Ansatzfarbe bestellt und mich über die Hotline mit einer Coloristin verbinden lassen, da ich mich mit meiner derzeitigen Haarfarbe zwischen zwei Farbtönen befand. Sie hat mich optimal beraten und von einer individuellen Farbe überzeugt, die zwischen mittelbraun und dunkelbraun liegt. Das Farbergebnis ist perfekt, die Anwendung war mit den entsprechenden Tools gut machbar. Glanz und Geschmeidigkeit sind optimal.
Ein Sternabzug, da ich doch länger als erwartet auf den Versand warten musste.

Since this was my initial coloring it was not exactly the shade I wanted but I know I can change that with my second order. The supplies were more than adequate, the instructions detailed but simple to follow. I am surprised and very pleased that the color is as strong and true after 3 weeks as the day after coloring (I shampoo every 3 days).

Like most people in lockdown, my hair was looking very drab with grey roots appearing and making me feel depressed.......a friend recommended esalon, but I was dubious.....however having used it for the first time, I am very Impressed with the results .....easy to use, no itching afterwards and a professional looking result.

My custom hair colour package worked extremely well at matching my hair and covering my grey roots and my hair is very soft having used the shampoo and conditioner that was included with my "kit".

I had chosen a darker shade but given my complexion, they thought the transition may not be the most flattering. They were right! They developed a slightly less sharp color && it looks great!

I’m now on my 5th order of eSalon and I’m not going to stop. I’ve never been so happy with a colour. My hair usually goes reddy/ brassy and I put that in my request and behold- I’m a brunette but more ashy than red- exactly what I wanted. Easy to use, gorgeous packaging and wonderful customer service. The contact you have with your colourist is second to none. I’ve got fine curly hair which I’m trying to leave curly and grow and this product has helped my hair stay in great condition.

My hair stylist recommended that I try eSalon as I have been using drug store color for many years and my results were starting to diminish. I could not have been happier with the results of switching to eSalon. The process was very simple...I uploaded a couple of pictures of my hair and the product that I was currently using and the color specialists listened to everything I had to say, gave me recommendations and mailed me my coloring kit with specific instructions...it was a very simple process and I love that they auto ship so I don't have to worry about remembering to order my color each month. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have use this product and have been impressed at how well it has covered my hair to clear the grays have found out I need to leave it on a little bit longer for my roots then estimated but overall very happy with the product.
I’ve had my hair colored professionally and I’ve colored myself over the years and this is the best product I have used yet!
I highly recommend..

After requesting a slight change in my color, my colorist NAILED it. I love the color. And the feel of my hair is incredibly soft and silky. Now, if I could only get into my stylist to get my hair cut.

I have never colored my hair before and due to the virus needed to find a solution I could do at home to cover my roots. Esalon was perfect! Their questionnaire was detailed and the colorists were both responsive and experienced. They told me that the color I thought I would need didn't match the photo of my hair color. They were right! The color they formulated was perfect and blended seamlessly, as well as my hair salon would have done! The kit came quickly and was easy to apply. I may not return to my hair salon after the virus passes!

Ich war erst etwas skeptisch, wurde aber positiv überrascht. Dank der Anleitungs Videos/ Gebrauchsanweisung die super beschrieben sind/ ist, ging alles reibungslos.

Ich bin total überrascht und begeistert von meiner Haarfarbe! Sie passt super zu mir, wirkt sehr natürlich und das beste... keine Flecken oder ungefärbte Stellen! Einfach nur Klasse! Ok, so I broke the rules and didn’t color roots only as my instructions recommended. I LOVE how my hair came out. I was so tired of all the colors in my head from previous colors and highlights. This blended my hair and gave me a rich mahogany that I feel complements my skin. Thanks Esalon! ❤️

With "shelter at home" rules in effect, I could not see my stylist for my monthly touch ups. My darker roots and gray were weighing me down on top of the rest of COVID19! I sent a photo, and received my match according to my "virtual stylist, Paul." He did a TREMENDOUS job of matching! I can not imagine that is easy to do, just from a photo and the bit of input I gave. Thank you so much. I would absolutely recommend. Honestly, what is the worst that could happen, as long as you test a small patch first? LOVE!

After hearing all of the commercials, I broke down and tried this product reluctantly since my salon is closed due to the quarantine. I am truly in shock at the results! My hair looks better than when I pay over $200 to have my highlights. There a multiple shades of blonde which not only look very natural but also looks extremely healthy! I could not be more pleased! I was really nervous having always used a salon. I no longer will be at the mercy of my salon, this is such a great service! Amazing products, clear instructions. Loved that I could add the cape and full size shampoo and conditioner. Autoship is an amazing feature. I was getting my roots done every 2 weeks and now I can do it at home for a fraction of the cost and have the support of colourists to make sure my colour is perfect. Coverage was 100% of grey, no issues at all. Love, Love, LOVE!

I don't know how they did it, but from my answering a few questions, they came up with a formulation that is the exact match for my hair color. It covered the grays completely too! I could not be more pleased!!

Thankfully, my colorist recognized that I had made the wrong choice to cover my gray outgrowth. The match is perfect, the color is so nice and I got great gray coverage! I am looking forward to my next treatment now that I think I have the hang of it. This quarantine has nothing on my hair looking its best thanks to Madison Reed!

I love e salons hair coloring, for the first time all my grays really did get coverage. The color itself is great, although I am going to change it a bit this time. That is one of the great things, you can tweak your color everytime you order. The price is awesome for the personalized service you receive! This is salon quality color at home.

This is the first time in my life I colored my hair on my own. I started to grey very young. I was very nervous but it actually turned out pretty great. My colorist at eSalon did a great job of matching my current base color and my highlights survived my amateur-ish application. You have really helped me survive one depressing aspect of self—quarantine times. I could have left the color on longer for more complete coverage, but overall I am pleased (I am very silver on top of my head).

I received my package in the mail and completed my root touch up yesterday. I'm very pleased with the color and will definitely be doing this again. My daughter in law applied the color and things got a bit messy, but overall a lot cheaper than going to the salon. Will have more experience next time lol

I was shooting for a more smoky blonde but was so thrilled at how this color turned out, that this is my new go-to!
I love it!!! My hair not only looks gorgeous and healthy but feels that way too...and the color is perfect!!!

This demipermanent formula covers my gray really well and leaves my hair soft. The color comes out more like my original color than the salon color I've had for years.

This was my first time coloring my hair at home. I was petrified but since I didn't really want the "skunk" look that I was getting from sheltering in place, I figured "Why not??" I was really pleased with the color and it covered my grays (actually they are stark white) perfectly. I used a comb to pull the color through to my ends and it helped me get complete coverage in the places I couldn't see. I have already ordered another kit! THANK YOU!!!

It was so nice to be able to talk to a color specialist. I sent pictures to try to match my hair color. The fists batch didn’t color my grays and I left it on for 45 minutes. The second bath they adjusted and it worked! It comes in a very nice box with very easy instructions. The presentation is beautiful!Thank you.

The color match was perfect! I was very skeptical since the picture I sent wasn't very good ... so I called the salon for extra help on the application. One of the color experts was immediately available and both reassured me and gave me a few tricks to make sure it all blended in properly. Couldn't be more pleased.

I am an ex hairdresser who has been in quarantine for about a month and a half!
My friend and I always do each other’s hair. I ordered and used your hair color product! It was beautiful! Thank you so much. Just perfect if you don’t want to go down that isle of hair color and don’t have a clue! Your questions were perfect to formulate a perfect color! Thanks you very much Pat B. From upstate NY.

It is with pleasure that I say I couldn't be more pleased with the results of my first order. The color was perfect, the 'how to' videos turned my husband into a 'professional' color applier, and we had many laughs as we turned office butterfly clips into hair clips and a swivel/adjustable height bar stool into a salon chair. Thank you so much for all your help.

I was nervous about coloring my own hair because I have always had a professional do it, but when it became impossible to go to my stylist due to the coronavirus, I decided to give it a try. The kit arrived, and I just finished the process which was surprisingly straight-forward and easy. I read the instructions, watched some videos on the eSalon website, and then started. The instructions are so clear that it is nigh on impossible to screw this up. The kit contains absolutely everything you need to color your own hair, including items I had never thought of before. I followed the instructions, finishing the process by washing and conditioning my hair with the products in the kit. When I blew my hair dry, I was stunned. My hair looks shiny, the curls are bouncy, and I feel ridiculously pleased that I did it myself. I am now a huge fan!

I’ll start off by saying this worked way better than I had expected. The color came out almost exactly as esalon had predicted and it doesn’t have the horrible chemical smell most hair dyes have. It covered all my grey no problems. I have already referred it to my mom and plan on buying in the future.

Easy application. Pleasantly surprised by how easy to achieve the results. No unpleasant odors. Easy clean up. Will definitely reorder. Much cheaper than salons!!!! I love it!

It may have taken longer to do but it's the best color I've ever put on my hair. I mean period, I've done both over the last thirty years and this turned out the best I've seen. I am very happy with the color and while it did take a little longer and attention to do myself at home, it's better than any salon I've ever been to. Thank you so much! I will not use anything else ever again and have recommended to all my friends- who love the color too and I promised to do theirs if they order esalon... LOL! I'm not a hairstylist by any stretch but using this sure let me feel like it =)
