I love the color the stylist mixed for me. It's about the same shade as the salon color that I previously had but it has more highlights. I have some white hair and the color covers it completely and doesn't fade like the salon color did. My hair is also in better condition than it was after the salon color.

I'm really happy with this brand. The first order was adjusted as I requested and I am satisfied that this is exactly what I need. My hair is shiny, full, soft, and as beautiful as ever. My color is perfect!! I'm picky and they've managed to impress me, so I'd say it's a fantastic investment.

I will never go back to box color!! I don’t think i’ll ever have someone else color my hair again...it’s THAT good! At 3 weeks out my hair is still super shiny and feels really healthy. I love it!! 💗💗💗
Well I just got notified today that you’ll be only giving us one pair of gloves with our kit, honestly I wouldn’t have a problem with that but you’ve also not included directions with our kit and I have a problem with that. I have a horrible internet connection so with this last order I had to guess how much time to leave my color on and I’m not ok with that.

I've had light hair for soo long and wanted a change to a healthy brown color. The last time I was at the salon I left with copper colored hair ;(
My only fear about going to a brown was getting "jet black hair" which is the color you usually get at home. I shared this concern with the hair colorist helping me on eSalon and she was great! This formula was perfect and now my hair is dark brown with healthy golden/reddish tones. I absolutely love it and I am saving lots of time and money bc I am not going to the salon anymore! Very excited to have found this ;)

This is honestly the best dye I have ever used, it's such a strong gorgeous colour like I wanted, went on really easy and hasn't ran loads when showering. It was really easy to apply, smelt amazing and overall exceeded expectations! My only criticism would be that for people with really thick hair, like myself, the shampoo and conditioner didn't quite fully cover my hair but other than that a truly amazing product!

My sister helped me color at home this past week and boy were we surprised! After years of salon coloring and the expensive visits every 5 weeks the results I got from Esalon shocked me because they were better! My hair color matched well and afterwards my hair was silky and smooth. This after no hair cut for 3 months. Wow! So, I’m reordering and I probably won’t have my stylist color my hair just do the cuts.

My salon has been closed the past two months so I decided to research on-line products. Based on the reviews I decided to order eSalon. This product was packaged nicely and the instructions were easy to follow. The results were great. The color is perfect! Most importantly my hair feels healthy. My future Salon visits will be for hair cuts only as I am now a permanent customer. Awesome product!

I haven't dyed my own hair for years but couldn't cope with the greys coming through since lockdown. I was dubious about using a dye kit not least because I'm not very good at doing things like this myself. However the kit was perfect, easy to follow step by step instructions and the results have cheered me up no end. The greys have gone, the colour is great and my hair is shiny and lovely again. Thanks

Le colis a tardé suite au Confinement ! Mais par la suite quelle joie d'avoir reçu le coffret avec une excellente présentation et des explications laissées par le professionnel bien explicitent ! Ce qui a de fabuleux , c est que nous n'avons plus le soucis de commander avec la formule que nous choisissons à notre aise pour recevoir notre couleur à temps ! Je recommande !Merci

I was very nervous about doing my hair at home, but wanted it done so bad. I came across this site and took a chance on it. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised! I'm in love with my new color. I went from blonde with hints of purple to dark brown! It's awesome!! I highly recommend color from this site!

Love my hair colour now. After using the supermarket ones and it constantly going a red ish colour I was worried about ordering from e salon but I was over the moon when the colour turned out exactly how I expected it too. Cant wait to get my next order :-)

Wow I am so happy with my color experience. I was a little nervous to touch up my roots with highlights. Often when I try to touch my roots it looks brassy. The custom formulation really suited my hair color and the directions helped me preserve my highlights. I am very excited for my next application.

I received my color that was very well matched and successfully applied it with very pleasing results.
Being able to speak wit one of the expert colorists was as enjoyable as the person who took my order. My hair is healthy and the blond color stays well on my silver roots! I will reorder from eSalon again!

I love how I can change my color. I love how fast I get my color. I do not like how thin the product WAS (see notes below) as it was messy and I had to spend time cleaning up drops of color stains on my bathroom and off my skin for days. Well guess what!? They LISTENED and the newest formula is so amazingly better!!! Very creamy now and although I am still sloppy with it, I had very little trouble applying this time! Now only that but the customer service saved me and was brilliant in helping me get exactly what I had been dreaming of! I am so so so happy now and can only hope to continue getting the same fabulous, gorgeous results every 6 weeks! My stylist tis time, Celine was so great, she even helped me get my light set kit figured out and although I am learning how to do them as its my 1st time, they are still beautiful! The only wish I had with it, is that there was more product for people like me, who have very long and thick hair. I could only put a few strands in 2 sections, when I wanted to add more but had no product left. All in ALL, I will say this is about as perfect as I am going to get from not going and spending a small fortune and an entire day at the hair salon, and everyone who has seen my hair is in AWE!!!!! THANK YOU CELINE and esalon!!!! You turned this girl around! Oh oh oh, also, I noticed with the changed formula, that my scalp was very sensitive afterwards...now that may be me, as I have sensitive skin but this time, it literally on the second wash, peeled my whole scalp. Not sure why, if there is harsher stuff that didnt agree with me or if the 30 minutes of wait time is maybe too long.....?? Still, I am so happy with the results!!! ***Updated 5/2020

Since the lockdown, I was panicking as I did not want to purchase hair dyes from the shops. I had a bad experience a few years ago, hair turned orange hence the reason why I started attending an Salon. So, I thought I would have a look on line to see if I could find a suitable and highly recommended website. So, after reading and reading, I finally decided on eSalon. This will now be my second purchase and happy to say I'm delighted. The item's are presented in a lovely box and you get proper gloves what a difference that makes. I have no complaints, I was really happy with the end result. I would also, recommend their weekly treatment (Conditioner) and the hair oil it keeps my hair soft all the time.
A big thank you to all the staff.

I am so difficult with the colour of my hair.
I have never did at 45 years old a DIY hair colour at home. Always in salons. At this moment in time with C-19, I had no choice to try a new solution.
ESalon is just a dream. Nice packaging arrived very quickly even during that period of time. So easy to follow step by step instructions. Hair colour was more that what I excepted. I will say even better than the last colour I had at my salon, 70-80% cheaper.
I will reorder my next box soon. My hair felt smooth and colour is rich. Sorry but I think some salons’ prices are really over the top. I understand they have to pay their staff and promises but overall too expensive.

First time I have coloured my hair at home. Took quite along time to receive products but once I did it was so easy. Instructions and product itself perfect. Easy to apply if a little messy !! Results exactly as I asked for colour is made up to your exact requirements and you can even send a picture of yourself to help select the correct mix. Defo reordering

I haven’t colored my hair at home since I was in high school. I was a bit nervous that the color would not look right or it would be a difficult process. My worries were completely unfounded. The process was super simple and my box contained absolutely everything I needed. The color turned out perfectly. My grays were covered and my color was even and exactly what I expected. I didn’t provide a photo to my colorist. I merely answered the questions. I’m a busy person and this process was both quick and so affordable. I’m sold!!

I'm a redhead and over the past couple of years as the greys have made their appearance, I've had such trouble finding the perfect shade. I love being a redhead and while I don't mind getting older, I wasn't quite ready to let go of my hair colour!

I have never colored my hair at home. Always paid $200-$300 to have it professionally done in a salon. However, with the stay-at-home mandate and the timing of my appointments, I haven't been to the salon since February and I normally go every 8 weeks. I decided to try eSalon and am thrilled with the results! I LOVE the color that was mixed for me. Kudos to Paul C!!! Excellent job. It is a beautiful medium brown with hints of gold and a violet hue.

This was my first time coloring my hair and I have to say it went very well.
I am very happy with the color! I have always wanted to go a little darker but have always resisted due to how quickly my grays start to show. Now that I can cover my gray roots when they need to be done I am more than willing to keep this darker color. Thank you Jennifer and I look forward to working with you on my hair care needs.

I love the packaging, everything is labeled. There's instructions and anyone can do this because of the ease provided with the packaging and instructions. Based off a photo my color matched perfectly to what is on my hair. I was surprised and amazed at that. The cost is reasonable, especially for the level of professionalism the color and shine is! I love eSalon and will be ordering it every time I color my hair now!

I'm thrilled with my eSalon kit! It came within a few days, and when it did - I was blown away by how everything was so organized and customized (my name was on all items, too!). You get everything - color, activator, gloves, shampoo, conditioner, brush, stain guard and remover. The details are such that they even give you a little sticker to stick your instructions on the wall. Not being a skilled hair stylist - I did struggle painting on the color layer by layer by myself, even after quartering my hair. But it all landed well - and when I rinsed and washed after 30 mins - my roots were covered and matched PERFECTLY. Plus, they are silky and shiny! Shampoo and conditioner are amazing and smell great. They really got it right. I'm going to see how long the roots last, but am definitely subscribing to eSalon! Thanks to Mindy - my personal colorist!

I can’t believe how great my color turned out! It was every bit as good as going to my salon without the expense! The shampoo and conditioner made my hair very silky and the step by step instructions were easy to follow. I left the color on a little longer than the 30 minutes recommended because my stylist always leaves it on for 45 minutes. I tried 40 minutes and it was perfect.

Ich habe recht zögerlich bestellt, weil die Farbe, verglichen mit Drogeriemarktprodukten, relativ teuer scheint.
Allerdings finde ich das Set so benutzerfreundlich und gut und bin von der Farbe so überzeugt, dass ich weiterhin bestellen werde. Ich kann es definitiv empfehlen!

I usually use box dye and thought I would try this for a change. I am so glad I did. It was incredibly easy to use, the instructions were clear and communication about the colour and the shipping were clear. I am so happy with my colour and have recommended eSalon to so many of my friends.

I went from blonde to closer to my natural colour which is a light brown. The colourist called me to make adjustments to ensure I resulted in a warm rich colour and I am so very happy. The condition of my hair is 100% better too

I have always went to a salon but with this health Crisis, I saw this advertisement and tried this and I am totally in love with this product. I love the presentation of the box that arrived and the high quality of everything in the box, I will continue on with this color kit.

My colourist recommended using a separate ends refresher to match my roots better and it worked really well. I've made a few tweaks to my colour over the past few months and I'm really happy with it

The color is expertly mixed each and every time to assure I am getting the same salon-quality coverage each and every time. I like that my new coloring set is delivered just as I need it.

Used for 1st time. Beautiful colour. Took advice of colourist who advised different to what I originally ordered, and they were spot on. Easy to use. Beautiful shine. I bought when offered at half price for 1st time buyers. A bit more expensive than shop bought ones but definitely worth it.

This was so much better than I expected. The color was a perfect match and it colored my roots perfectly. I had a friend help me apply the color and it was easy to use. I do recommend having someone help color the back of your head. I am very happy !!!!

After I placed my order I was worried that it was too light for my darker roots, but I was very impressed by how well the color took and how good it came out. I also had a question just before I applied and was able to call and get a helpful and professional answer right away!

I’ve been coloring my hair at the salon for 30 years. This is the first time I did it by myself (with a little help from my husband). It came out fantastic! The color was spot on and my resistant gray was covered. I’m going to stay with esalon from now on! Also, kudos to Freddie D for a great color!
