As a novice to coloring my own hair I approached this with trepidation . Certainly I’ve been paying someone to do it for me because it’s difficult and a professional was needed. Don’t risk it: it’s too important. Boy was I surprised! It was so easy and turned out every bit as good as my professional. The virus pushed me to try and I’m so glad I did!

I have been going grey for ages. I have tried all sorts of hair dye (supermarket / hair salon). It's been a long time since I was really happy with the results.
I too the plunge and tried esalon. It was the best hair dye I have ever used. People in work asked if I had been to a salon (despite Covid lockdown). Was chuffed to say it was a home dye).

I tried the other widely advertised mail-order home coloring system and then eSalon. eSalon is so much better than the other. The color was better matched to what works for me, it colored my grey, and my hair feels healthy and feels like it will last longer.

The color matches the color the hair salon uses perfectly. The directions are easy and the kit is well defined and the packaging mirrors the high quality of the product. My hair is the perfect color. Its soft and healthy feeling and looking! The product comes to me in the exact time I requested!

I have never self colored my hair before. I have been going to the same hairdresser for over 18 years and due to Covid-19 there is no telling when her shop will reopen. I went from a sandy red color to a soft blue black & I love how soft & shiny y hair turned out. The process from picking the color to applying it was easy & barely any mess. Plus no stains on my skin @ all. Will definitely use eSalon in the future.

This was the easiest process to color my hair. I was nervous about doing it myself but e-salon made it easy. From answering the questions for customized color to ease of application with the brush, I was extremely happy with the experience. The color is just beautiful. I will absolutely do it again!

Custom color set was easy to use, very simple directions to follow. The quality was excellent. Coverage was good but I had some grays that did not cover well. Next time I will use some tricks i learned. Overall this is a great custom product.

Over all I like the hair color & I will use again. The color turned out a little more warm then I prefer. I’m sure my colorist can fix that. My hair felt soft and healthy. I’m sure that I will get better at the application. I hope I will 🤔

In my 61 years, I have never colored my hair myself until this pandemic craziness. I went about 10 weeks with no visit to my colorist and I could not take looking at my hair any longer. Saw eSalon on Faceback, read the reviews and decided, "what the heck, it is only hair and nothing can look worse than it already is". I ordered my kit and set to work. Easy application instructions and everything I needed was supplied. I did the application on a Saturday afternoon and went back to work on Monday and received several compliments. I will return to my colorist as I like to be pampered however I would not hesitate to use color from eSalon again.

This was the first time I‘ve colored my own hair. My naturally auburn color hair has been salon processes with blonde highlights. In recent years seeing more grey, so choosing a color that could accommodate grey coverage and still make my hair look vibrant and natural? I've used boxed color in the past and they were pretty good but this system is incredible. Ladies you need to use this. The color was perfect, spot on, easy to use and my hair felt so good afterwards. I am very pleased with it. It will definitely save me money in the salon.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service and ease of application. My hair would be completely gray if it wasn't colored. Due to COVID closing the salons, I needed a professional quality product that I could apply myself. The process was simple and the coverage was complete.

The Cover gray was perfect , and left the hair too soft. Definitely it is a very good quality and doesn’t damage the hair. I am going to Continue using it.

Amazing color & consistency. My hair was died copper red prior to this & the new color, covered everything so well.
My hair is waist length... so dying it is always a challenge... expecially with being able to cover everything thoroughly. The color has made my hair really glossy.

This was my first time dying my hair at home. I was quite nervous. My hair is medium blond but has natural reddish highlights and I was concerned my hair would come out very one dimensional. My hairdresser has worked very hard to get a color that works for me. I really questioned how a virtual salon could get it right. The color was near perfect and did not hide my natural highlights. I have tried drug store color in the past ,very disappointed with the results. I go to the salon every 4 weeks for a color and trim,budgeting about a $130. + tip.. This is my second use of my esalon color. Couldn't be happier. Love the color, the feel and the look. Highly recommend this product.

Als ich es bestellt habe war ich sehr skeptisch, mein Paket kam schnell an. Ich habe es dann 3 Tage angeschaut, weil ich schon Respekt hatte erst den „Ansatz“ und dann die „Längen“ zu färben. Heute habe ich mich getraut und bin genau der Anweisung gefolgt. Ich finde das Ergebnis toll. Ich bereue es nicht nach 2 Jahren zur Farbe gegriffen zu haben. Mein erstes Mal rot und ich liebe es. The box arrived and I was so excited because I had not done an all over dye In years and I need to cover the few grays that no one notices 😁. The box is very organized, there were boxes for gloves, shampoo, conditioner and also little packets of prep to stop stains on your skin then one to remove stains if you did get some. I was very impressed so far 👍🏻 I read my directions and began mixing by pouring the color bottle into the developer, shaking slowly to mix and separated my hair and started applying which was very easy. Waited 30min and got in the shower with the remainder of my coloring, following the directions I added the coloring and massaged my hair for three minutes. I rinsed until clear and used the shampoo & conditioner. My hair felt so soft and the color is pretty, I am asking for a step lighter for my next shipment but I have no complaints at all! Great product and perfect for doing your own coloring. Love it & have been telling everyone to give it a try!

Never done anything like this before. Used it for lowlights on my ash blonde hair and to cover grey and so pleased with the outcome. Would thoroughly recommend. Think my 2 daughters need to recover from the shock first as I have suggested a full head of lowlights next time! The whole service has been so professional - I am a convert! Thank you.

i was a bit nervouse when i got my first hair color kit. i thought it would be alot to do but i truly wasn't. it was simple to do . usually after coloring my hair my husband never notices but this time he actually gave me a compliment. he loved and said it looked great and the color was dead on to my normal color. i am a believer and will remain as a client.

I ordered my colour back in March, I had an e-mail from e-salon saying they’d reviewed my photo and thought the colour I’d chosen would be too dark, so would be sending a lighter colour .
I have just coloured my hair with the recommended colour sent , and I’m delighted with the results ! Must admit I was very nervous to see the results but couldn’t be happier.

I am so impressed with the product that you sent me. Not only did the color brighten up my hair beautifully but the additional items sent made coloring my hair so easy that I let my 13 year old daughter assist! I have dyed my hair at home for awhile but have not been super happy with the color. There was a special so I thought I would try. I like red hair and the color that was made for me was so rich and vibrant. I love it. I always use a bottle but will start using a brush to ensure coverage for the stubborn grays- I read it works better. Great experience!

I tried this product out of desperation while not being able to go to a salon. This is much better than the drug store hair color kits. Liked the color, liked my consultation and feed back. Would have given 5 stars but for my hair being thicker and needed to go out and buy hair clips. Love the product!

J'ai testé plein de teinture de marque et j'arrivais jamais à tenir cette teinture plus de deux semaines à cause un épi mèche blanche que j'ai depuis mes 30ans. La impeccable la teinture la recouverte et j'en suis heureuse. Pour ça je continue l'aventure le mois prochain et encore et encore....

My daughter did my hair for me, and this product is amazing. I didn’t want a block colour, so we cut up strips of foil and did what they do in the hairdressers and it was fantastic. Quick, easy and will definitely buy again. Maybe I can request foils with my next order?

I was skeptical at first but my “consultation” and creation of color were perfection! Color went on beautifully and matched to me skin tone and preferences! Will definitely be using again, and again!

The custom color is wonderful. Often with boxed colours I must get my ends trimed within the week as it does a harsh number on my hair. My colour is even and soft and the roots match perfectly.

Je suis conquise. La couleur est magnifique, les cheveux sont doux, et je réalise une sacrée économie par rapport au prix payé chez le coiffeur : j'ai fait le calcul, je gagne 700 euros annuels. Ce n'est pas rien !
