The color was absolutely perfect and came out great! It was a very painless process and it was nice to be able to be in contact with someone throughout to make sure that I was getting the right products.

I decided to budget more and stopped going to my hair stylist. I do not have highlights but i have gray in my hair. I filled out the color I was looking for then you custom answer questions. I received all my supplies and when i was finished I was really surprised. You can tell when someone uses the box it is too harsh and does not look natural. This mixture of colors looks just like when i finish from my stylist. When i went back on line to just change it up a bit they called me so it was better understood what i wanted. I was shocked one on one consultation over the phone. So I am staying with it. If they could only come out here to cut my hair i would be set!!!! Very happy and pleased

I’ve struggled with unwanted red undertones on light brown hair for years. I stopped coloring my hair because of that. Esalon color keeps the hair natural and it has vivid tones. You can wish for exactly what you want and I got a beautiful golden color without ANY red undertones. Really clear instructions come with the color. It has taken me from ordering in March until December to pluck up the courage to use this after disastrous colours in the past, I wish I had started sooner! It is so easy to use with everything provided and the colour is so natural, massive thank you eSalon.

I really like how well you matched my roots over pictures! It still hasn’t faded! I am hoping to never have to dye my hair again! Thus was my goal match my roots for way less maintenance!

I love your product. The key to its success is following directions. I noticed in some reviews people didn’t pull the color through toward the end of coloring. They also left the color in their hair way too long before a rinse out!! You have to leave on for the specific right amount of time. And a great leave in daily conditioner is awesome. I love my hair. Thank you!!

I am very much a fan of this hair color company. Its so much affordable then the hair salon, plus with my job I just don't have the time to sit in a hair salon for an hour or two getting my hair done!! It works perfect for my busy life.

I have been happy with the overall customer service. They are friendly and professional. I was super happy with the product. When I first got it, I really didn't think it would be enough to color all of my hair. I was wrong. Actually had some left! I would never know what to get in the store & even had gone shopping with a hair dresser. It was all just confusing to me trying to figure out what color/number/etc. So this is the Perfect solution. I am obsessed with the color (my boyfriend loves it too). Along with the reasonable prices, I am hooked.

I joined eSalon in 2013 and love love love the product. I use both the custom hair color as well as the gloss and even my stylist has had to admit the coloring is great on me and has a very professional look.

I am pleased with the hair color that I received with special instructions made for me. I had asked for cool brown and the color is great. I have a lot to learn when applying the color, but with practice I should get better.

The custom hair coloring is perfect. I have had better results with eSalon than what I have had at a salon. It took me a bit to get used to coloring my hair myself and I would recommend getting the clothing drape for anyone who has not done an at home color before. I love the color and having my own go to specialist who will help with any adjustments that I need to make. Amazing product!

I'm going to use bullet points to make this shorter...
1. The first (and subsequent) conversations with my colorist (Jenny) were SO friendly, informative, and I felt like she actually really cared about every single thing I said.
2. Beyond conversing, Jenny took extra time to let me upload further photos of my hair is various colors to show how it had taken those, including what I was ordering this time.
3. Delivery was SO fast!!!
4. The eSalon Team included a FREE complimentary entire second kit for my hair (due to length and thickness, as well as having color in it already).
5. I almost wish I could do this every week JUST to feel the kindness and care and above and beyond help that the company provides.

I coloured my hair I was so happy on colour and it made my hair feel! The colour has covered my gray hairs and it’s lasted longer than other colour I’ve used.. Very happy customer

the adjusted color was fine tuned perfectly. It gave me that little extra oompf I was looking for. Red tones were warm and rich with the copper picking up the blend. Brown under notes blended in perfectly. All around great job on a color I will use for a long time! Thanks Nicole!

this is the best company and has the best prices. I have been coloring my hair for 30 years and discovered that professional hair dye last just as long as the boxed dye. So instead of paying 70.00 to 100.00, E-Salon has a great price of 25.90 (includes shipping). They worked with me until we got the perfect color for me. It was an awesome experience and I tell everyone about them. I have never had this great of an experience with a company. They deserved to win the award for best online business. I always get compliments about my hair color. My hair is always shiny and looks natural.
It's much better than the box hair dyes from the drugstore. If you have any questions, you can
ask your colorist. They always get back to you. They're very helpful.

Tried the ESalon pack for the first time. Hair is colored beautifully, greys are completely gone and my hair is so amazingly soft. I'm definitely gonna keep using this kit. Oh and the scent was great--not chemically. 😁👍🏻

Natural looking dark brown color for gray hair coverage

I've used esalon to cover the gray in my dark brown hair for several years. I've gotten better at applying my color only at the roots every 5-6 weeks. I'm about 50-60% gray at the temples and less at the back and crown. I think my color is more multidimensional than my friends with dark brown hair that is color treated at salons. I just used lightlab this week with noticeable yet subtitle results. The bleach step did not lighten more than a few shades and the result after the toner is really nice color and a safe bet for first time use. If you enjoy doing your own hair, saving money and time, and having control over the results- esalon and lightlab are for you.

I can't tell you how often I get compliments on my hair color. Most people think it's my natural color and are amazed I color my hair. I've been using this product for years now. My hair is extremely healthy not at all dried out like it was when I used cheap boxed color kits. I love uploading my picture and having the professionals at eSalon select the color that best suited me. I've referred many friends to eSalon.

Thank you! I used my new custom color two days ago and I love it! I followed the technique in the directions to produce more shine and it worked. Adding the pearl makes my hair shine and there is a sort of silver glint to the color. Thanks so much, I love it.

Love this product, I usually go for colours with a lot of red in, which tend to fade quite quickly. I find that this product keeps the colour right through to when I need the roots doing. Would definitely recommend, worth the little extra money than other shop bought hair colouring packs.

I was always hesitant to try to color my own hair but was so tired of paying the high costs in salons.

My hair was a mish mash of everything from dark blonde to pure white. I got great coverage and wonder of wonders, it lasts! Love the warm blonde color.

It’s the best hair product I ever bought and used. The color is bright and stays that way or weeks. The coverage is better than anything out there on the market that I have used. I get compliments all the time about the color. I will never go back to another coloring system

I decided to try something slightly different and chose copper pearl instead of my usual medium ash blonde. I was slightly wary when it came to actually using it in case my hair turned a fiery red. But I was thrilled with the resulting colour and instead of my hair feeling like straw straight after colouring, this time it is really soft and shiny. Even my husband noticed!!

I spent 2 1/2 decades on a medicine (chemo) for my RA that completely changed my hair. I use to have beautiful red auburn hair with a slight natural curl. Now it is darker, duller, thinner and straight. Thanks to eSalon, I have beautiful color again! It really boosted my self esteem! Also, the cost is very reasonable. There isn't a salon in the world that could do this, for that good of a price! #LOVEIT
