I really love my hair color and how my hair turned out to be so silky & shiny when all was done. A lot of times when I used store bought hair color my hair seemed dry and brittle in the end. This product is different, give it a try and you won't be disappointed! I truly loved it!

Hello there,
Since you adjusted the formula (developer) as per my previous issue the color is wonderful! I colored on Sunday, February 3rd, and I don't see any grey hairs! Previously the color did not take completely and even after coloring grey strands were still poking their little heads out.
Thank you so much for doing whatever you needed to do to make this work and of course make me happy! ☺

I was surprised at the amount of product I received. I had plenty to cover all my hair from scalp to ends! It’s great. The color was perfect and easy to apply. Highly recommend.

I did not expect the results I saw! Rich color, shiny hair, bouncy, alive, and a perfect color match for my skin tone! I have stubborn grays, but it covered them so well! My colorist customized my color one time and has continued with the same blend for my roots originally at 6 week touch ups and now 8 week intervals. Not once since I’ve been using esalon have my roots turned black. I had no idea she had brought out my natural hair color with natural highlights and lowlights. Thank you Jennifer!! You saved my hair after so many years of frustrating box color!!!

Never thought I would have the courage to color my own hair! I've been going to the same hairdress for 15 years, but lately have not been happy. Something about the introductory ad and info on social media that I clicked on for eSalon sucked me in. eSalon made this easy all so easy, and economical. And, they listened and thought about what would look good on me. A professional colorist even called me to steer me in a different direction. I'm glad she did. I'm very happy with the shade of blonde made just for me, and everything that came in the kit to my home. It was a huge accomplishment to color my own hair, but I could not have done this without eSalon. The best part: Getting in my own shower to rinse out...on my schedule! I already love the convenience of being an eSalon customer.

Love this colour it stops in hair for a long time and is so vibrant. Love the waY the box comes with everything in, including things to prevent dye from getting on skin and remover. 2 pairs of gloves, shampoo and conditioner

I’ve been going to the salon for years. This time around I just did not have the time to spend 3 hours there, so I went with eSalon. So pleased with the results. I’ve had tons of compliments. I did the all over color and then lightener kit. Everyone is stunned when I tell them I did the highlights myself. I loved that the highlights were not bleach blonde and went with my hair color to a sun kissed caramel tone. I will continue to order and explore other colors. :) thank you!!

Absolutely delighted with the colour provided.
I was worried the colour would be too dark but it came out rich, bright, shiny and luxurious.
The product arrived beautifully packaged.
I love the personal touches. Easy directions.
Great stain guard.
The product itself has minimal odour.
I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to rinse out. The shampoo and conditioner supplied was great quality. The stain remover worked perfectly.
My hair did not feel damaged or processed. My hair is low-porosity and very difficult to absorb colour. This provided excellent coverage.
I’m thrilled with the results.

Ok first of all, a shout out to my colorist! You r the bomb! I have very color-resistant gray hair, It seemed like my gray roots were growing in faster than before, so I mentioned this to my colorist, Danielle, who suggested going a shade darker. I went with it, and it has been so much better, I'm really pleased! She changed my color from medium to dark blonde, which doesn't sound like a big change, but my gray coverage lasts longer and my color is a bit richer too. Thanks Danielle!

I have never colored my hair at home. Every month or so I go to get a few grays around my hairline touched up. I decided to try esalon which was a great decision. I love it! It was so easy. I have used this product once twice, but I have another one ready to use within the month. I really like the results. I had proper hairdressers to administer it and they were impressed. I loved the presentation of the product, with my name on the box, and everything is labelled so you know what is what! I will keep buying my eSalon dye colour.

I purchased this after complimenting another woman's hair and finding out she used the eSalon service. I have been extremely impressed with the product as it was necessary for the colorists to "fix" a botched salon job on my naturally auburn (but greying) hair. As my hair is growing out this botched job, the colorists are continuing to tweak the color for the best results and are doing an awesome job. I couldn't be happier.

When I placed my first order with eSalon I had just purchased two boxes of my usual product at a local grocery store. Since I had just used one of them and planned on using the remaining one before I colored my hair again I had to wait several weeks to try my new product from eSalon. I was skeptical while my hair was processing as it looked like I had chosen a color too dark for my skin color. Needless to say it was darker than what I had been using and I immediately received glowing compliments from everyone in my friend and family circle. The BEST thing however is that the gray hair that usually shows up after only 2-3 weeks with my old color now doesn't surface for about 7-8 weeks. So I am now only coloring my hair half as often as I used to. The color is rich and vibrant. I am very happy using this product!

I ordered this custom color kit & used it for the first time a few days ago. WOW! The color turned out exactly as I had hoped for. Absolutely love 💗 Love 💓 LOVE 💕 the color developed just for me! I've gotten many compliments on the shade. The color and the customer service are A-1, Top Notch, 5-Star! This product makes my hair shine and it seems to be fuller as well. Sad news is the ammonia odor is very strong and difficult for me to endure so coloring my own hair makes it impossible to avoid the fumes. Only other option would be to switch to semi-permanent. 😕 IF/WHEN an ammonia-free permanent color becomes available, I WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the initial contact and follow- up. I found the process for choosing a colour very simple and appreciated the follow up text. The products arrived beautifully packed with easy to follow instructions clearly laid out. I did have a moment of panic wondering what I was doing using a hair colour from the internet and again when I saw dark brown streaks all along my forehead but these were easily removed by the products provided. I had stopped having my hair salon coloured because my hair had become very dry. I was delighted with these results. Not only was my hair colour perfect but the condition of my hair, using the products provided, was also excellent. My hair is coloured , moisturised and shiny. I will certainly use these products again and am happy to recommend them.

This is my third time ordering my custom color. The first two times I colored my whole head, but this time was just roots. My golden red tones tend to fade faster than other colors so I was slightly worried that my roots would come out darker than my ends, but that wasn't the case at all! The steps are easy to follow and the last step makes sure your roots blend perfectly with your ends!

This color is beautiful! It looks as good as when I get my hair professionally colored. The kit was great (I especially love the "stick up" instructions that I can put on my bathroom wall while coloring).

This was the first time of using esalon home hair colour. I was really impressed with the colour, the coverage and both the shine and condition it left my hair. I will definately be using this from now on. It also covered my white hair really well and kept its colour.

You can go thru the site and choose a base color that is perfect. Base color is not normally what you can change in at-home hair color. Any time you have a concern or question they answer your email quickly and offer solutions to the problem. The Temporary Root Touch-up is Awesome!! It covers completely and stays on until you remove it. It takes a little practice to get the amount of touch-up right, but once you have a technique it's great!

I’ve used the usual drug store hair color for about 5yrs mainly to color grey hair. It was destroying my hair and irritating my scalp. The e-salon hair color product is so much better. I am so happy with the results of eSalon’s personalized at home color set. It was easy to use and I have never colored my hair before. The result was exactly the color that I had envisioned. I love my hair color and saved a ton of money. Definitely recommend this set!

I've been a customer for a while and this is my first review of the products. I have experienced the consistency of these products never wavering from what they offer. Thank You all for the Work and Knowledge that you put into making me feel secure in the use a color that works for me. Recently ordered your Shampoo and Creme Rinse.
