Tout est parfaitement expliqué et tout est compris dedans pour pouvoir le faire..... rien à chercher. Le petit guide qui accompagne est bien pratique et permet de ne rien oublier. Mes cheveux sont super doux et même en ayant 7 à 10 cm de racines le résultat est probant. Bon j'aurai du insister un peu plus sur certaines mêches mais ce n'est en rien catastrophique..... et cela fait très bien. J'aurai souhaiter juste un peu plus de "peps" dedans, mais je verrais cela avec mon coloriste.... En résumé j'en suis très satisfaite !

I’m very happy with esalon hair colour it fully covers grey hair and leaves hair very soft and shiny after colour wash unlike normal box colours. I’ll definitely use it again an highly recommend it.

My esalon colorist did an excellent job with my hair color. I am very pleased with the hair color light brown, it was the perfect shade for me. My colorist did a perfect job covering my gray and giving me an overall even tone of color all over leaving my hair so soft...LOVE ESALON, THANK YOU!!

I come from the beauty industry, have owned salons and put a lot of color on my own hair over the years. I have the availability to any kind of product available to try, but this color was one of the best I have ever used. Always the skeptic I thought this would be so much easier than mixing my own but only if it did not dry my hair out or damage it. Always willing to try something new I gave it a try. After about a month into my first color I am still quite impressed, the color has held up great! My hair does not feel dry and there has been no real fading. Box colors from the store are tough on your hair, this product is not. Excellent job eSalon, I'm impressed.

I love the color set! It is so natural looking, and my hair is super soft. Great grey coverage! I’ve changed my color up from time to time, and every time has been so natural looking, and spot on! I’ve tried a bunch of additional care products, and have not been disappointed. I would recommend this to anyone! I am very pleased!

I liked the fact that there was everything in the box a professional would use. Gloves, barrier cream to stop staining on skin and easy instructions. The colour was darker at first I thought but after 2 washes it’s perfect. Definitely buying this on a regular basis.

So after seeing the adverts on Facebook for the last few weeks, I decided to take the plunge on see what all the fuss was about.
Well I am not disappointed...
1 -easy to follow instructions

3- Easy to understand instructions
4- simple to follow and apply
5 - Perfect hair
6- perfect colour
7- perfect covering to all those little pesky silver strands

I am so pleased with every eSalon experience that I have had. I first tried demi permanent, and the color was so wonderful, that my second order was for permanent coloring. Jasmine gave me beautiful color both times. It matches my natural red color better than any salon coloring that I have had. I am thrilled. My hair color is unusual, so I originally sent three pictures and followed up with a phone call. I gave additional information when I was switching to permanent color. ESalon gathers a lot of information, and I am sure that this enables them to deliver an outstanding product to their customers! Thanks, eSalon!!

Overall, I am happy with the product and the result. Great coverage for greys, so long as I put it in the right places. I am going to keep my membership, but maybe ask if there is a modification to prevent the color from getting a bit brassy? I've used it 3 months in a row and it's definitely better than anything I have bought at the drug store, and the beauty supply (as far as consistency and smell, and being less drying for sure). So really 4.5 stars...

I can not believe how good this came out. The color match was perfect, and that never happens to me!! I've never been happier with an in-home color, ever. It looks so natural which is so hard to achieve with my fair skin and brownish reddish blondish (grayish!!!) hair. Thank you so much!!! I am sooooo happy!!! Love love love!

I first turned to esalon whilst unable to get to a hairdresser for hair colour during lockdown. I was very impressed with the thorough nature of the initial questionnaire, the very reasonable price, the speed of the delivery and the ease of application of the customised hair colour. After my initial colouring, I was able to liaise with my colourist online and tweak the colour so that the second customised colour was slightly different & I LOVED it. I am now a happy, committed esalon customer who is not returning to expensive salon colouring even now that hairdressers are open again!

Paid big bucks at salon for this color when they could get it right. Always inconsistent especially when gray was pervasive. So I was leery if this would work since I've never let gray get as overwhelming as now since Covid 3+ months. But lo and behold!! Esalon got it perfect 1st time so EZ! So impressed!! The price is just a cherry on top of this unexpected home solution for a difficult hair issue even at salon.

Pandemic Issue #56 - salons were closed and my gray was showing! Still wanting to look professional on all these zoom calls I needed to do something. I resorted to a drug store color that really dried my hair out and knew I needed to do something different. This color set was so easy to use. The color was spot on. The little touches were so helpful (a sticker to put up the directions so I didn't have to touch them (#glovehands) but could see them). And MY HAIR WAS SO SOFT! Thank you, eSalon, for helping me keep my secrets, even during a pandemic.

Just received my second auto-ship delivery. Showed up on time just as they said it would. The product was sent in a solid box, not just in a plastic bag like many shipments these days. My hair colorist was great. First delivery was a little too light for me, so she sent me a darker shade for my second shipment. It was perfect, just what I wanted and the color looks so natural. My hair was so soft after the application and their shampoo and conditioner is awesome. I just wish that I could order a hair cut as well (LOL). I plan to continue using eSalon.

Anfangs war ich echt skeptisch weil ich die Fotos spontan von meinen Haaren geschossen hab. Aber das Ergebnis total total genau wie ich es haben wollte und nahm überhaupt keinen Übergang gesehen. Ich weiß nicht wie ihr es macht aber ihr macht es super! Und das hat es mir wert. Und mal ganz davon abgesehen total liebevoll verpackt und mit Namen auf der Flasche Wahnsinn. Echt süß auch gemacht. I started using eSalon for my hair coloring when Covid19 closed the hair salon I normally use. I've been very impressed by the color and length of time it stays on my hair without fading. The kit has everything I need in it. My adult daughter has been with us due to Covid, and she's been coloring my hair, a real treat. eSalon has been really good in checking to see if I want to change the color before my next order.

I'm a first time user and haven't dyed my hair without a hairdresser in years. Due to Covid I obviously have't been to a hairdresser and quite frankly I don't intend to go to one for quite a while. So I decided upon esalon. I was pretty scared and used the product with care.....BUT the results were fantastic - really great colour. I'm going to do a regular order and get highlights. This was my first time coloring my whole head and was very nervous about doing so. I previously only had highlights done at a salon. The colorist was great to work with I found the kit to be very easy to use and the step by step instructions were very easy to follow as well. I never thought that I could color my hair and have it look really good, but I have done it twice and I am ecstatic with the results. I now have my hair professionally done at "Salon de Jeffrey" (aka my kitchen). My boyfriend, Jeff does my roots and I do the rest. Its BETTER than salon color at 1/4 the price. Your colorists are always responsive and helpful. I just wish my kitchen had a shampoo bowl. I'm never going back to the salon.

I searched for an at-home color and it's been challenging. My hair is long and it's not easy to apply color effectively. Overall my color kit was very close to the color I needed. I have very almost white/gray roots and it covered very well. It was just a tad lighter than I'd prefer so my next kit will be a little darker. This process was very easy and the color didn't smell bad either. Very light floral scent not ammonia like the the store bought kits. I'll save a lot of $$ not having to go to the salon once a month!

I like the way it covered all my greys. It was an awesome transition, and 100× better than box dye that you get at the pharmacy. It was a little darker than I expected, which I was able to adjust my next order, with a little help from my color specialist, to a lighter one. Thank you so much for helping me find the right color for my hair.

It’s easy to apply, easy on the wallet and the after look is amazing. You don’t have to go anywhere for it cause it’s delivered right to your home whenever you’re ready for it.

I have used Esalon several times now and each time I am so very happy with my hair color. It’s perfect, soft, shiny, beautiful tones. I have recommend the products to friends and family

So happy that the red hue is gone !! I love actually having brown hair!! The color is great. I think I will go to a little bit of a lighter brown. Very happy with my results.

I went from blonde back to my natural color and I love it! The match was perfect! Communication and help form Stylist is awesome! Highly recommend and will not use any other hair color after using esalon. Been using this color for a few months now. My hair is natural, soft, and healthier!
