I love this color. It is easy to put on and use. It is easy on the skin. I was paying to have my hair colored. This has no harsh chemicals no scalp burn or blisters. The smell is not horrible like so many colors, I have found that it has minimal skin staining. What is not to like about all of that. The price is definitely right. Post coloring my hair is soft and smooth. The shampoo and conditioner that come with are great as well.

At first I didn't know if it would match my color because of the chart they sent, I was amazed how it matched not only did it give the perfect color it covered my gray up until the next coloring. I love this product no going back. Thank you

As most of us, I have tried salon and OTC hair color-NEVER been happy with either. eSalon has given me the best "personalized" hair color and it covers my gray perfectly. The application instructions and videos are very helpful, as is the ability to "tweek" your hair color by communication with the knowledge eSalon staff. The ability to add highlights, though I have not tried this, is another option as I have never been happy with regular salon visits (let alone the expense). Much better than competitor which I have also tried.

cela faisait longtemps que je voyais ma pub sur les réseaux de e-salon et j’ai sauter le pas et franchement je ne regrette rien du tout la couleur et parfaite tout est super bien expliquer sur la notice avec en plus on pourrai croire qu’on a acheter notre couleur dans un salon tout y est les produits pour les racines pour les pointes la crème protectrice pour le visage en cas de teinture les gants (2 paires) le shampoing et l’après shampooing et même la petite serviette pour enlever les restes éventuels sur le visage franchement rien à redire juste parfait j’ai jamais fait une teinture aussi nickel que celle la je recommande à 100%

This was very easy for me. I do recommend that you use a bowl if you are only going to areas. Easy to mix. I do recommend that you get plastic hair clips to hold your hair up or away. I just went to the dollar store and got a package of clips.

Bei der Anwendung der Tönung kann man eigentlich nichts falsch machen, denn die einzelnen Schritte werden in der mitgelieferten Gebrauchsanweisung genau beschrieben (diese ist personalisiert)! Allerdings habe ich für mich herausgefunden, dass ich es wie beim Profifriseur mache und die Mischung mit Behälter und Pinsel auftrage. So kann ich besser dosieren und die Farbe gleichmäßig auftragen! Funktioniert sehr gut, wenn man wie ich seinen Mann als Helfer im Hintergrund hat und der den Hinterkopf bearbeitet! Das Ergebnis spricht für sich!

This color does not fade at all. I’ve done two colorings thus far and am very satisfied. When I noticed the grays did not get the coverage the first time, my colorist Jennifer gave me suggestions and options. After making the requested suggestion my hair is beautiful!

The color was exactly what they said it would be! I have very hard to color grey.... I've tried sooo many over the counter colors and they either didn't cover, as advertised, or they faded really fast. I also tried salons and they were expensive or just didn't do what I wanted. This turned out natural looking, not metallic looking, but natural, and covered everything! It's not expensive and does a great job! Thank you!

I was colouring at home during pandemic with products bought at pharmacies.
My hair was terrible but this colour is salon quality - does not wash out and looks healthy

This has changed how I colour my hair, looks salon done lovely high and lowlights. Fantastic customer service you can alter deals or colours and you have personal colourist who keeps in touch. 10 /10

I have been very happy overall with my custom color sets. Colorists listen to feedback, concerns, and adjust formula accordingly.
Packaging is nice, though quite a bit of waste. Comes with everything needed, including clear, concise instructions.
A huge improvement over typical box dye, with all of the convenience and cost savings.

I asked my colorist to adjust my color because with my white hair my color tends to fade rapidly. My colorist responded with a darker shade with which to color my roots. It was perfect. I love it.

My hair is dark brown with blonde balayage. I needed to cover grey in my roots and stick to my natural color. It covered the grey completely and the color was perfect. My hair felt healthy and was so shiny after. Also the packaging is the cutest.

Die Farbe ist wunderbar leicht zu verarbeiten und sieht gut aus. Sie ist immer individuell und nach jedem Färben sieht man keinen Unterschied bei Ansätzen. Ich bin total überzeugt und begeistert, selbst ein Lockdown kann mir nicht die Laune verderben, weil die Frisur immer sitzt und passt.

Absolutely loved the whole process. The colourist listened to my requests and advised me perfectly. The colour is amazing and I love the personalised box. Cant wait for my next colour which I've slightly adjusted to darker shade. I wouldnt have known where to start if I'd bought a box from a shop. I highly recommend.

I decided to try e-salon due to covid . Normally I go to a salon to get my hair dyed, and I have been managing using root touch up box dyes that are harsh on my scalp. I was delighted with the parcel that arrived, and even though I was nervous about trying the product, the instructions were easy to follow and I am delighted with the result. I would encourage anyone to try it.

Never going back to the salon for color

I'm 54 years old and have my share of grays. During the early days of the pandemic when salons in my area were closed, I resorted to drug store color which was just okay. Even after the salons opened up, I was not totally comfortable going so decided to give eSalon a try. I've used it 4-5 times now and could not be more pleased. It blows the drug store color away. The results I am getting are equal to if not better than what I was getting at a high end salon. I love being able to do this at home, on my schedule, and save money to boot! Never ever going back to the salon! Thank you eSalon!

I was using a color for many years which was very similar to my natural red. This color was discontinued last year. Since that time, I have had many color mishaps trying various colors. Even tried another online service and ended up with purple tones instead of auburn. Love eSalon color, it was exactly what I was going for and looks like my natural color. Just colored tonight so excited to see how it wears over the next few weeks! Thank you for getting it right!

Tried this product after seeing it advertised on Instagram. I didn’t want to start going to salon to dye my hair to cover greys as I just wanted something as close to my natural colour as I could get it. The colour matches great. Felt my hair looked a lot shinier in comparison to using standard box dies. I will definitely be keeping up with my subscription.

I was so surprised and pleased by the professional quality of this product. Also the contact your colorist maintains through email to make sure you are happy or just checking to see if you need any special improvement with your color...such as more gray coverage !!!! COMPLETELY AMAZED !!!! The shampoo and conditioner they send you with your first purchase is awesome !!!! I will not go back to a drugstore brand. Definitely less expensive than the salon and easy to use...LASTING POWER !!!! Hey... my boyfriend dyed his first head...MINE !!! That's how easy it was !!!!

I had two colours, one for the roots and one for the rest of my hair. I can honestly say it came out like I had been to the hairdressers only my hair don't feel dry and feels nourished. Would highly recommend.

The color I received was chosen by the hair colorist and not by me. I followed all the simple directions and just loved the color selected for me! My hair was soft and manageable and smells great! Will use again.

I like this new ingredients. The mix is thicker and does not drip at all. After washing, my hair is softer than before. I like the hair color too.
Overall, I can tell the quality of color set has improved.

I was born a redhead and as I reached 60 my hair turned blonde. Although it was pretty, I have longed for the red color back. It took a few tries but they have finally come up with my forever color. The eSalon colorists worked with me and adjusted the color for free until I was satisfied. It's beautiful and I LOVE IT! Thank you eSalon for doing the impossible!
eSalon customer service is there for you. When you call, a live person will assist you and connect you to a colorist who will help you right then. Their packaging will make you feel like a queen! The directions are clear and there are loads of videos on the website to guide you as well. Try it! You will not be sorry!

Having used lots of different home colouring before I was pleasantly surprised with e-salon. Not only do the tutorials help amazingly ... the colour and condition of my hair since I have used it has been great. Slightly darker than I would usually go it’s been a real success - even hiding those pesky strands of glitter!
