I love the whole experience. My colorest helped me choose the right color and then it's delivered by mail. It's been great during this pandemic. It's so easy to use,all measured and the results are wonderful, I get lots compliments.

This is really like having your colourist at home with you. Was really impressed . Although its always lovely having a pamper at the actual salon right now thats just not possible and I have to say Ive never been truly happy with my colour until now and thats without me even having to leave home. I had a great chat with a colourist and I sent a pic of what I wanted my colour to be and within 3 days everything had arrived. So Im going to save myself some cash staying safe and stick with esalon . Thankyou all at Esalon

I received so many compliments about my hair color. It looks like a professional hair stylist did it. This product is great. The colorist designed the perfect color for me and the process so easy. I also like the beautiful packaging it comes in. Highly recommend it for others to try. You won’t regret it. Also you can’t beat the cost anywhere!!!

J'adore recevoir ma "box" coloration avec mes instructions à mon prénom, le produit est simple d'utilisation, les conseils precis et le resultat est simplement parfait mes cheveux sont soyeux, doux et nourris. La couleur couvre et tiens parfaitement. Et pouvoir faire evoluer ma couleur en écrivant a ma coloriste personnelle c'est genial! I have been coloring my hair for 20 years, and have used everything from fancy vegan stuff to drugstore color. THIS is the best. the color profile fits me perfectly and my stylist (whom I have never met) knows my color better than I do! The coloring products aren't stinky or harsh, but the color is so saturated and beautiful, I get compliments from EVERYONE, no joke, EVERYONE I know. I highly highly recommend. Cannot beat the price, cannot beat the quality!
I just want to update this review:
I have been using eSalon for two years now, and I am still being impressed by them! I just got a new box of color, and wanted to take my hair a little darker... I thought it might be a little risky, since i am telling a stranger what i want and they are mixing the color without having met me in person... but this it the most perfect color i have ever received! It is actually better than I had even imagined! I still highly highly highly recommend!

As a redhead I worry about the colour of my hair, not an easy match. eSalon knocked it out of the park, even my mother commented on the great colour! Now that says a lot! Super easy instructions taped to my mirror and in no time at all my hair was looking and feeling great again!

Loved my first kit. I have to admit, I was a little nervous about doing it because the kit had a color for my roots and a color for the rest of my hair, but the color turned out great! I loved the extras like the color guard, stain removing wipe, and the shampoo/conditioner.

Esalon is a very good protect. I was pleased with the results and also with the staff. I’m not the type to go to salons, I do my hair at home. My only issue with esalon is the price. When compared to the drug store price, it’s double and the results are almost the same. If they reduce the price or not charge delivery cost I will reinstate my subscription.

The color mixed for me is wonderful and I love it . My hair has stayed a really nice brown and hasn’t faded to an orange specifically the gray roots, thank you Carissa

I just finished using my Custom Color Set for the first time, and I am super impressed! It looks like I’ve just been to the salon, and I did NOT have to spend $100. What’s more, it was easy to do. The easy-to-follow directions and all the needed tools were right there, I am making a permanent switch to eSalon.

Erste Haaransatz färben

Heute habe ich es endlich geschafft meine Haaransätze einpinseln zu lassen. Damit ich meine 1.te Rezession schreiben kann.
Zuerst möchte ich Euch mitteilen, dass die Verpackung und die Einteilung der Mittel, richtig schön und Ansprechend sind. Dickes Lob!
Nun zur Farbe: wir haben nach Anleitung die Farbe gemischt und aufgetragen. Nach der 30minütigen einwirke Zeit habe ich die Haare angefeuchtet und aufgeschäumt. Danach mit Shampoo und Spülung gewaschen. Nach dem Trockenen der Haare haben wir festgestellt, dass die Ansätze mit den Grauanteil nicht richtig abgedeckt hat. (Bilder folgen morgen) Deshalb nur 4Sterne. Nun meine Frage: was war falsch??? Könnt Ihr mir für die nächste Ansatzfarbe eine Empfehlung geben??

It took a few trys to get to exactly what I wanted, but we got there. If your trying your color for the first time do a strand test before applying it all over.(they have a how to video on here to help) The stylist helping me listened really well and was really patient with me. I have to say im pretty picky about the right shade of copper. Im really excited about my color and will be sticking to it every 5 weeks!

My color is a little darker than I was expecting, but it's better than I hoped and I love it. I shared my concerns about brassiness and uploaded a pic giving my colorist power to adjust the color I chose based on my pics and goals, and I absolutely love it. My new color looks great with my coloring. I am thrilled, thank you. My colorist is Celine.

It's lockdown and I can't get my roots done. So I decided to give Esalon a try based upon a review from Angie Hot and Flashy on You Tube. Everything she said is true. The color match was great. The quality is great and it really hides my grey roots. The kit comes with instructions. Follow them and your all set.

Love this company! Stylist called to speak with me about a note I made that I didn’t want red in my color. I’m so glad she did because the original color I chose had warm undertones, but the one we decided on had a green neutralizer that was exactly what I wanted! A little more work but better results than last time I went to a professional!

Thank you! My most recent color kit included adjustments and a second bottle to compensate for my longer hair and previous faded color job. I love it! The color adjustment was very close to what I wanted originally, and it was so subtle, but at the same time enough to 'correct' my old color.

I can't fault the kit or the customer service. Hair colour came out beautifully but unfortunately faded faster than I'd hoped. Got in touch with e-salon who couldn't have handled it better and have formulated a new colour to help me. New colour arrived and is perfect - they listened to my feedback and changed exactly as asked. Considering how busy they must be currently, it's the best customer service I've had. Would definitely recommend.

Really beautiful glossy rich golden blonde colour. My hair is in great condition despite not having had a trim for months. Product arrives well packaged and on time, according to the schedule I set, with very clear instructions and gloves. It really is a foolproof process and I am delighted with the results. I recently started using eSalon when the hair salons all closed during the pandemic. I get better coverage that lasts longer with eSalon than I did at my salon. Even my stylist was impressed when they finally reopened and I went in for a cut. I will continue using eSalon and do my own color at home. I save a lot of money and can work around my schedule!

eSalon perfectly color matched my hair! I uploaded several photos in both artificial and natural light, and I typed up a few sentences about what I was looking for. I loved that I was able to provide input about what I was looking for versus checking a few boxes and hoping they sent me the right color. It’s ultimately why I chose eSalon over other sites.

I love the new color that arrived june 20th. I just colored on June 28th so I'll see how long it works on the grays. But so far I'm pleased with the color. I go back and forth with likeing and wanting the deep burgundy and then the violets. This color is the burgundy so I'll probably stay with it for awhile then maybe switch it up!

The color is long lasting ,and vibrant; it is the exact color of my skin tone. I can see the difference from my store brought vs. eSalon, it last a lot longer,and still I see no gray is peeping in the front of my head in my most resilient area .

After not being able to get my hair done professional due to closures, I had to try something else. My dark hair has gray roots and it was making me look awful. I tried eSalon and loved it. So easy. I loved it so much that after my salon opened I still decided to color my own hair. My hair stylist that I've been going to for years asked how my color could look so good. Even she was impressed and that sold me on just doing it myself from now on. Less trips to the shop and more money in my pocket. Win win!!

I was nervous using color bought online. I went for it and love my hair. My color is the lightest blonde and I did also tone my hair after color, but this color was not as brassy as the store bought bleach blonde kits.I was pleasantly surprised!!!

The entire process from setting up my profile, speaking with a colorist, receiving my custom order that was all personalized, and applying the color with the very easy to understand and follow instructions was great! I don't think I will need to get my hair colored in a salon ever again!
