I’m really happy with my latest color request from Esalon. I went with a more ashy brown with a subtle hint of mahogany. I love that there’s a specific color for the roots and one for the ends. Looks professionally done :)

Ich muß meine Haare schon seit gut 30 Jahren färben. Benutze immer ein Produkt aus dem Drogeriemarkt und war immer zufrieden. Habe das erste Mal die Färbung von eSalon benutzt und bin mega zufrieden! Die erste Färbung,die komplett die grauen Haare färbt. Bin sehr zufrieden. Kann die Produkte nur empfehlen.

Totally thrilled with results of e-salon hair color. Coloring my hair was fun and I love the way my hair looks. I always had auburn hair until recently, and I could not get used to not having red hair. Now I look and feel the way I see myself—as a redhead!

Ja, Ihre Coloristin hatte schon reichlich Mühe mit mir, weil ich ständig (insgesamt 6 mal) noch eine kleine Änderung vornehmen lassen wollte. Nach meinem gestrigen Färben hatte ich aber das AHA-ERLEBNIS, nun ist die Farbe genau die, die mir vorschwebt! Das zusätzliche SHINE SILK ist sein Geld wert und vollendete das Farberlebnis! Danke!!

I was a bit sceptical seeing it advertised on Instagram and with some comments saying that eSalon had paid people to write reviews, but I am completely happy with how my hair turned out. I have used box dyes since I was 16 which had left my hair lifeless but this colour has made my hair look super healthy! It doesn't have that awful smell that most dyes do and there is plenty of it! I will never go back to box dyes!

Mein erstes Mal. War schon etwas im Zweifel, doch das Ergebnis ist umwerfend. Farbe kommt meiner Naturfarben sehr nahe und das aufgrund eines Fotos. Bin fasziniert. Ebenso überrascht war ich, daß ich nicht gefärbt aussehe. Absolut natürlich. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön, auch für den tollen Service und die freundliche und kompetente Beratung am Telefon.
Das war sicher nicht meine letzte Bestellung.

E-salon color will be my go to for all over color I do at home. The price is comparable to store bought, however my gray covered better than it ever has with store bought color, my hair is so shiny and soft and healthy. I love that I receive two bottles so that I am guaranteed full saturation on my long brown hair. Great product.

Ich werde nun zum 3. Mal bestellen und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Die Anleitung ist super beschrieben, und auch die online Farbauswahl ist wirklich gut. Mein farbwunsch wurde erfüllt und ich freue mich sehr darüber mir die Haare selbst färben zu können. Das Ergebnis, wie das Haar danach glänzt, sich anfühlt ist einfach toll. Der Service war bisher auch immer erreichbar und ich habe schnelle Rückmeldungen erhalten.

Thanks for the esalon colour service .It is a much better way rather than going to get a box from the supermarket and not really having much choice.
I really felt depressed over the lockdown and didn’t go out for 3 days as my hair was looking dreadful . Well now I feel and look 100 % better because of my hair colour .

I am 100% satisfied with my color. The colorist suggested going only one shade darker instead of two and it was the perfect adjustment. The kit recommended coloring roots first which completely covered my grays. Then I blended the color out to my ends which created a very natural look. Multidimensional color. Im very pleased!

First time attempting dying my own hair so was very nervous. But the instructions and the progressional products made it very easy. I am so thrilled with the end result too. I just had my colour done and I must say I’m astonished with the result , so shiny and soft , I believe my days at hairdressers are gone ! 😊the presentation in the box it’s absolutely outstanding, nothing similar in the market , I will probably adjust the colour for the lengths with a bit more of copper or golden , waiting for my personal colourist feedback on that . 1er essai et je suis ravi j avais peur de ne pas me retrouvé dans mon roux et au final c'est juste parfait. I wasn’t really sure before I tried the hair colour from eSalon, fortunately I’m so glad after my first colour, it covered my roots fully which was my main concern. Although it was bit darker than the colour I normally use but can’t complain after seeing the result. The packaging was so lush and instructions are easy to understand. I’ve colored my hair for 45 years. I HAVE NEVER had such a perfect product. The color is amazing, I received numerous compliments on the color. The cost is well worth it. I’ll never use store bought color again.

I wanted a new color and changed it to a beautiful medium brown with mahogany. It is such a pleasure to work with the colorist. I knew what I wanted but was having trouble explaining it to them, so I found a picture of what I was looking for and it helped with our communication. They are so helpful. I received my color right after the big Texas Thaw, so I had my husband color it today. I am always so thrilled at how easy it is for him to color my hair following the directions. It’s a beautiful color and my hair is healthy. I am so thankful for the fact that esalon does exactly what it says it will do. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and custom color.

Die Haarfarbe ist vom Farbton genau wie erwartet, weder rot- noch grünstichig, sondern ein sehr natürliches Beige. Die grauen Haare und der Absatz sind abgedeckt. Das Auftragen der Farbe ging problemlos und auch die Verträglichkeit und der Geruch sind super! Ingesamt ein sehr zufriedenstellend Ergebnis! Ich werde bestimmt noch einmal diese Farbe bestellen!

After spending sooo much on salon coloring used box color and was never happy. I saw esalon and decided to give it a try. Well I was pleasantly surprised. The color was beautiful the colorist really listens. I have Andrea and I am currently working on changing up the color a bit. She is fantastic and doesn't ever do anything drastic. I can't imagine ever going back to the salon for color again. Esalon is the best. And the color rinses are great too. I just ordered the hair silk treatment and can't wait to use it. I have total confidence in esalon and believe ill be a happy customer until I decide to go completely natural grey. But I'm sure I can even get a color for that as well...

Meine Haare fühlen sich wie Seide an und haben exakt meine Wunsch farbe.
Das Set ist komfortabel und großzügig gepackt, einfach anzuwenden und einfach perfekt.
Nie nie wieder werde ich für eine Coloration einen Friseur aufsuchen. Mit dem gesparten Geld durchs selber machen gönne ich mir etwas schönes.

First lockdown I made the mistake of using box dye which dried my hair out so much I had to cut off alot more than I wanted at my last hairdresser visit.
As I haven't had my hair coloured since end of November I had to try something else and I am so glad i found eSalon. Easy to complete customer hair colour survey and not disappointed after my first use. Greys covered perfectly, colour is exactly what I wanted and my hair feels amazing! just like when I have been to the hairdressers for my colour
I went for light brown ash and it's perfect. Upon application the dye goes on very dark, almost black which made me panic slightly but when washing off after 30 min the colour is a lovely brown with no hints of red. Just what I wanted.
Thank you eSalon I can go grey free and know I wont be runing my hair!

I am so so pleased to have found this system! So easy to set up and I loved the details they look for so that they can personalise my colour. Easy to upload photos too. I was contacted prior to receiving my colour to check some colour details. My colour is great and it definitely feels salon quality.
My only 1 slight niggle, for which I have knocked off 1 star for is the excess packaging. It's simply not needed and I really didn't get the point of being sent a sticker to put on my instructions which says 'Just for you', when the instructions are already personalised with my name on. You could make a huge impact on packaging savings by cutting it down, I counted 5 bits of cardboard/plastic that could be completely avoided.
Otherwise, I won't be going anywhere else from now on! Thank you!

I've been using drugstore box hair color for years. Last year I had a serious color correction done in the hair salon which costed me a lots of money and also left my hair in a bad shape. Recently discovered Esalon and decided to give it a try. After first coloring I was pleasantly surprised. Haircolor didn't hurt my scalp and the color was nice. I am going to continue using it. It's definitely worth it.

So,hier mein Feedback: der Kontakt war super und sehr persönlich,auf alle Fragen bzw.Änderungen wurde direkt eingegangen und auch eine Empfehlung zur Farbänderung ausgesprochen,der ich gerne nachgekommen bin. Am 11.2.21 bekam ich die Info,dass meine Farbe auf dem Weg ist und ab dem 16.2. zu erwarten ist. Am 18.2 war sie da👏 Heute ,19.2,habe ich mich ans Werk gemacht und das Ergebnis ist sehr zufriedenstellend! Ich hab,da es das erste Färben war,eine 2.Farbe für die Längen gratis dazubekommen ,die etwas anders als die für den Ansatz gemixt war,super! Für die nächste Färbung bekomme ich dann nur noch Farbe für den Ansatz.
Meine Haare sind weder kaputt noch strohig,sämtliche Pflegeprodukte (Shampoo & Spülung) waren im Set dabei und die Anleitung ist super geschrieben und auch per email sind diverse Videos dabei die sehr erklärend sind. Super ich freue mich auf die nächste Ansatzfarbe,wo das Färben nicht mehr so ausschweifend sein wird 🥳 vielen Dank

These custom made to order colour are amazing. The instructions are super easy to follow and covered all my grey! Next time I would leave it for longer than 15 mins so the colour was more vibrant.

Loved the new colour blend of mid brown mahogany and copper tones just used it and I’m totally impressed with good grey coverage rich tones and easy application plus little wipe and gloves and brush was very impressive and beautifully packaged

I am 2 weeks into my second esalon colour. After the first application I sent in a couple of concerns and my second one was adjusted and the colour is beautiful. I am so glad my daughter talked me into trying esalon. I will be saving many $$$$$'s.

Because of covid and not able to go to salon I didnt want to buy bog standard box dyes from the supermarket as I've spent alot of money on getting my hair colour to be the way it is and didnt want to risk ruining my hair. Buying from esalon was a great decision. It was surprisingly easy, even doing the back of my hair. I am so happy with the outcome. Love the shine aswell.

I really liked using my custom colour set. The colour was customised for me by my colourist, and it was spot on! The product itself is very effective on my hair yet, gentle. The shampoo and conditioner supplied with my set left my hair cleansed and smooth. It 110% Worked for me and the instructions are great. Easy to follow and fool proof. It made colouring my hair a pleasure! Everything is thought of in great detail right down to the satin cover to prevent staining of your skin while colouring your hair. The box is well presented and personalised, which is a lovely incentive!

Since lockdown I cannot go to Canada to my beloved hairdresser. He gave me my formula which you created so well, and I gained confidence coloring my own hair with your excellent videos. I find that when coloring the back, I tug the slice of hair a little to feel exactly where it is. I am a pandemic Rapunzel, but love how pretty and healthy my long hair looks, thanks to esalon!
