First time to color my hair

I am 49 and had a few grey hairs. My hair has some sun damage. I wanted my hair to be the same color it was when I was younger and that's what I got on my first try. I was a little reluctant to try it at first because I had never colored my hair before, but I am so glad I did!

eSalon has nailed it! I just received my second shipment. I changed my color slightly trying to get a color I have been looking for. It was perfect and my hair comes out so conditioned and shiny.

Tried many different brands but E-salon colour stay unchanged until regrowth of the new hair. I like everything about it especially packaging with all necessities in it, bottles with my name printed on them, …i recommend e-salon to many of my clients!!!

Started with a darker brown first time. It was dark. But it looked great! Mom liked it! Then I got the light brown a while back, it's a little dark at first, but lightens up perfectly and my hair looks like I have highlights! I get a lot of compliments! Great work team! No gray! Love!

I have been doing my roots myself for years and I always had different results. I truly love the color mixed for me. It is very natural and not too harsh.

This product is brilliant. I've had my hair coloured at a salon for years and this is just as good for far less financial output. It looks very natural and my hair is very soft.

eSalon is a very easy and pleasant way to get customized hair color. It's easy to change the color from one order to the next. You tell them what you want for an end result and they work with you to customize a color for you. Fine tuning is easy as well. I was afraid to color my hair, but the stylists at eSalon reassured me. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone. I love it.

I didn't know home colour could do this. There is a lot of online hype surrounding this product. Believe it best home colour I have ever used. Love the service I was concerned over the colour but was called back by my personal colourist to talk me through. The colour is gorgeous. Love the fact you can email to tweak the colour.

I love this product and get compliments on my color almost every day. Two different hair salons where I got haircuts asked if it was my natural color and when I said no they said to keep doing what I'm doing because it is beautiful and looks very natural. Thank you and it is so easy to apply.

I think this is better than any other DYI color. You tell the salon what you want and don't want. For me I was concerned about my hair turning brassy but this color didn't do that. You can send a picture of yourself and answer the questions before they make a color special for you based on what you tell them. I think it's better than salon because you have control over how much coverage you want. I don't think I'll do a regular salon ever again. This way is better and more affordable!!!!! And convenient!

Sent in picture of myself and E-Salon selected the color that was best for my thinning hair, color of hair and my skin tone. A must for everyone who wants to color their hair, even gray hair. I chose to apply my color with the brush to make sure I got every strand at the root. The color and coverage is superior to any other color I've ever had - including salons. That is saying a lot, because I've colored my hair many times.
AND I don't know what is in this stuff, but I had been steadily finding wads of hair in my shower drain. After I colored with eSalon color, I have lost no hair at all. This is amazing to me. I would continue to use eSalon products only for this result, but the outstanding color and coverage are simply the best I've ever had.

I found out about eSalon somewhere on the internet and thought of giving it a shot because the price was nice and so was the review...my first experience with eSalon has been great. I was sent a box with all the stuff i knew I had needed along with stuff I didn't know I was going to need. The kit was cute and the instruction manual was very helpful and I loved the result. My hair looked great The color was perfect. Quantity was decent and it did not start to come off from grey strands in ten days like it usually does when i get my hair dyed from the Salons or when I use the commercial brands like Lore** or even schwarzk**** and Rev****...tried em all and never was as happy as i have become with esalon's product.

I love this hair color, it doesn't stain my skin and lasts for about 6 to 8 weeks. The shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling soft and manageable. Also, the packaging is chic and gives the feeling of a personal luxury service.

I love this product. My first delivery was nearly perfect in color, the second month it WAS perfect. esalon does a great job matching the color I wanted, and I can't tell you how many compliments I get! People are actually surprised when they learn I'm not a natural ginger. It looks SO natural!

After the first color was okay, but didn't give the gray coverage desired. The second one was right on with wonderful gray coverage and the color desired. After 4 weeks plus color and coverage is wonderful. Thank You eSalon !!

Thanks for fixing this! I loved it! It has only been in my hair two weeks, since I was away when it arrived. I will see how well this stays in my hair. So far, so good. My eSalon Custom Hair Color is the best at home hair color I have ever used. The color is perfect and it covered my hard to color gray hair. The color has lasted even on my gray hair areas much longer that my previous hair color!

This was my first time coloring my own hair and I was little nervous...but the process was very easy and I love the results! This product made my hair really shiny..and I also liked the shampoo and the conditioner. I'm glad I tried this products!

I work with a a retired hair stylist and today she asked if I gotten my new color yet. I said yes can't you tell, no grays. She was surprised, the color looked so natural. I told her the colorist take good care of me at eSalon. I tell everyone, YOU ARE GREAT

I get great coverage and the result is so natural. I was used to coloring my hair and having people notice that I had...e-Salon makes the change fresh without being obvious that I just colored my hair. And iys so gentle. No more watery eyes

My colorist Estelle created a color blend that is just stunning! So many compliments on the color. It doesn't fade however my grays tend to pop out at week five. Thank goodness ESalon offers auto-delivery!!

This color is perfect and I got all the gray roots. It wasn't pretty me doing it myself but I got through it and the best thing I like is the fact that my scalp doesn't burn. Thank you so much.

I love E Salon. I'm not going back to color my hair to an expensive hair salon. Since I've been using your product I noticed that the color in my roots last much longer than the ones I used to get in the hair salons. I recommended this product to my cousin and she loves it too! Thank you E Salon!!

I get compliments all the time on the color of my hair. It is so close to my natural color no one knows I color...not even my hair stylist. Easy to use and gentle on my hair too.

I loved this colour, with some hair colourants they can be quite potent but with esalon i did not have this problem. The product was a dream to use and i found i did not have to scrape the bottle clean to get every last remnants of serum out unlike with some other companies colourants. I was able to get a complete coverage with ease and would recommend this to anyone.

I love this service and color. I thought it was a bit too dark the first time and it was modified right away. I wanted better grey coverage and again...Bam...done!!! Now I have perfect coverage and color and not paying a fortune or spending hours in a salon.

Have been using the custom color for over a year. Great gray coverage. Love that the product is delivered to my door every three months. I don't have to worry about the store not having my color or that the manufacturer isn't making my color any more

Whenever I get that email saying your hair colour has been dispatched I get really excited!!!
For years I have been using top brands from the supermarket but I have never had results as good as what Esalon has given me!
Nothing beats the smell of their shampoo and conditioner either!!
I will continue to use Esalon for my hair colour for as long as I live!!!!

After a second adjustment they nailed the color! It is shiny and vibrant, full of body and covers grays amazingly well. The only thing why I don't give them 5 starts is because, no matter how hard I wash my hair after applying the color, my hair always stains my white robe in the collar area. Fortunately that robe washes well so no harm on that. Lesson learned. First time washing my hair always always use a dark towel to prevent it. Other than that... I love it! =)

This hair color system is great. The color is perfect for me. The kit arrives with everything you need and is personalized. The product does not have the strong odor that store bought kits do, it lasts without fading and after you set up your account, it arrives in the mail right when you want it to.
