Drying muddy colorUsing salon color safe shampoo and cold water the color almost completely washed out and what was left was a muddy color. The color is unevenAt first I thought the color was great. But after two or three washes I noticed I had spots of lighter color in my hair that I absolutely know I covered with great care with the color they gave me. Na ja..... 1 Stern ist fast zu vielAlso.... das Paket kam Anfang der Woche an... innen war es aber verschmiert.... die erste Flasche war wohl nicht ganz dicht, cremig weißer Schleim im Deckel und an der Flasche, nicht schön! Heute habe ich die Produkte, beide Flaschen-Kombis, angewendet.... Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis nicht zufrieden. Bestellt und erwartet war ein kupfer-, goldton. Jetzt bin ich dunkelbraun, mit gutem Willen vielleicht dunkele Kastanie. Schade. Wirklich schade. Beim Friseur wäre ich natürlich mehr als enttäuscht gewesen und es hätte kein Trinkgeld gegeben. Sent me a root color only instead of all over colorVery disappointed. I ordered an all over color and rec'd a root only coloring. No one even called me to let me know and when I called customer service they stated I ordered a root only. I ordered an allover color since I have multiple colors in the length of my hair and natural color and grays about 2 inches from roots. I have ordered previously several times under my previous name and the 2 people with customer service were not the least bit willing to correct the order issue and even told me I ordered a root only. I ordered it through a facebook advertisement for a discounted price since I had not used it in awhile and wanted to return since previous experiences were good, but not now. Wrong ColorThe July and October 2020 shipments were way to brown and didn't even show a hint of mahagony or red. So when I received the January shipment I returned it unopened as I was instructed via chat (I have the transcript if you need it). That was about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Haven't heard anything from you all since, nor have I been given a refund or any other kind of acknowledgement or an offer for a replacement. Also the July 2020 shipment did not contain any shampoo/conditioner packets and there were no gloves in the April 2020 shipment. I haven't said anything until I my chat about 2 or 3 weeks ago. And so far the color adjustment I made at the same time has not show up yet either. If I'm going to pay that much money for hair color I would like to get the right color, and if you can't handle that I'll need to cancel any future orders. Wrong colorI just down loaded two pics the light brown is our color. The red hair is what I always use. I thought I’d get my color plugs some honey high lites. So I’m canceling my subscription. Well that sucked.Definitely not customized color. They just sent me brown. I will never EVER use this again. I just wasted so much time and effort on a color that was a total flop. I don’t understand how this was customized to me at all????? My hair was very bright, fun red, I just wanted to darken my root and cover greys. No advice or contact from stylistI was a bit disappointed in the overall service, I have troublesome hair and chose ESalon as I thought it would be the next best thing to a salon during lockdown, however, I was never contacted by anyone and my colour was sent out with no real consultation which I thought was part of the service. Not satisfiedI was looking for a light ash brown, dark ash blonde. My color turned out too dark and ORANGE, golden/brassy. I even used the toner rinse. This is the WORST hair color I have ever used. I didn’t even have enough color to saturate like I would’ve liked. I’ve honestly got better results with box colors. It didn't even really color my gray. The more I look at it, the worse I feel! This is going to be expensive and time consuming to fix. Never ever again would I use this brand.I would upload a pic to show how awful it looks but I don't have the option. Good original color, doesn't lastI've been dying my own hair for years, with a variety of products. The color this product achieves is great. However, I would place it more in "semi-permanent." no root coverage!I followed each step and when I was done with the rather lengthy process, my roots still had barely any coverage. I typically use satin hair color in a 1B and with the description of your product I was expecting an actual blue black color. This was not the case. When I was doing the questionnaire there wasn't an option to order a darker blue black color. I'm very frustrated because this process took so long and the pay off was VERY DISSAPOINTING. Good, but too red.The instructions and set were great, really easy to follow and got great coverage from it. There were two bottles , one for the roots and one for the length, I'm not sure if it was the colour I selected combined with my old balayage, but the top came out pretty much as expected and the length of my hair was very aubergine/red which is not what I was going for. I wanted a light brown/dark blonde with a red tinge, which I thought is what I had selected. I would also like a picture of the colour you've selected on the receipt, just so you can remind yourself what it's supposed to look like prior to dying. What an awful customer service!I finally purchased this product, after so many adverts on my Facebook feed saying how awesome iit is. Result is so much darker than any professional hair dyes that I had to remove the colour. I placed another purchase with a different colour, a lot lighter. They sent me the first colour again. When I reached out, I was told I had done something wrong. dissapointedI knew my color would never look exactly like the picture (medium blonde, golden pearl). But with lots of grays in the roots and pale blonde hair I figured I stood a good chance of getting pretty close. My hair is now medium blonde with gold tones, the gold is mainly in my roots..but the warm, unusual violet tone from the picture just isn't there. I followed the instructions to the tee but no luck. Turned my roots orange!Disappointed. Whilst the packaging is really high quality and the product has left my hair in great condition I'm really unhappy with the colour. I sent photos of my 'before hair and was sent colour for my roots. I was after a pale ashy blonde to colour correct and blend with my outgrown highlights but what I now have is a very brassy/ ginger/ orange top and pale blonde highlights which were there to begin with. Never againI was very skeptical about this, but don't feel as I can safely see my hair stylist right now during the pandemic. They insisted I needed a light brown instead of a dark brown, and just as I suspected, it's too dark. I had specifically asked to speak to someone before they did the color, which I had thought was an option, and they ignored it. I also found it impossible to only do the two inches of gray while getting coverage all over--and so I no longer have any highlights. It's a dull boring light brown--oh, and my scalp is pink and it feels like I lost a TON of hair, something that's never happened to me before. I kept it on for exactly the 40 minutes recommended. So... bottom line extremely disappointed and can't wait to go back to a salon (safely) to get it fixed. In the meantime, I have to live with the worst hair color I've ever had since I started coloring my hair 25 years ago. (Please don't suggest a new color. Didn’t touch my greysA bought a colour a shade darker than my natural colour. I have no colour already in my hair but I do have a few greys coming through at the roots. Being new to ESalon I followed the instructions to the letter but to my surprise when I had finished styling I noticed that my greats were still shining through and my hair doesn’t really look much different. Medium blonde turned my hair orangeI asked to tune out the red/orange/brassiness of my current color and my roots are now orange! The rest of the color turned out more of a medium blonde (the second bottle of color only left on for 5 minutes per instructions) but the “root” bottle failed miserably. DéçueSi je dois attribuer des étoiles je ne le ferais que pour le packaging qui est au top et super bien travailler. Mais si j'ai acheter ce produit c'est avant tout pour la promesse d'une qualité et d'un résultat, hors la a part le mot déçue et perte de temps je ne sais quoi dire d'autre, ah si perte d'argent aussi. J'ai suivis scrupuleusement les instruction à savoir que j'ai scotché (grâce au petit autocollant offert) la notice face à moi. J'avais déjà lu la notice une 1ere fois puis je voulais bien faire exactement comme c'est écris dessus. J'y ai passé du temps même un peu plus que prévue. Résultat mes cheveux blancs sont toujours là au taquet et bien visible et ayant pris un châtain cendré irisé je m'attendais à ne plus avoir de note cuivré sur la tête. Ba c'est louper aussi c'est cuivré a souhait. Donc je ne continuerais j'ai tester et cela ne m'a aucunement convaincue. Disappointing Customer ServiceColour “shipped” Jan 21. Package has not moved since that date. Contacted eSalon and they did nothing. Just told me to wait. Checked my order again Feb 13th and still has not shipped out of their warehouse. Understand it’s covid but my roommate ordered after I told her how good the colour is and she got her’s in 7 days. THREE WEEKS and my order has not been shipped. Cancelling my subscription. Very disappointed. Would have been so easy for someone to care just a little and make a call on my behalf to see why my order isn’t moving. Maybe spend less time on convincing me you care by printing my name on a card and actually care by making sure I get my colour. Color isn’t quite what I wantedThe overall color was just ok. I like the shade I had previous much more. Can’t really see any purple now which I had wanted to keep. Grey hair coverage was not like as beforeThis is the 2nd time i colored the roots of my hair and this time my hair color is not even covered even on the tiniest bits- it is still grey! Great colour. But didn’t last long.The customer service was amazing. Packaging brilliant. The colour result was the best I’ve ever had. But 2 weeks later my greys are back and colour on my lengths has washed out. Really disappointed because the colour is lovely. DisappointedHi I ordered a warm beige and extra colour care shampoo and conditioner. The packs that everything came were promptly delivered and well presented and everything that was needed was in them. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the colour and the effect the colour had on the condition of my hair. The colour was much darker than I anticipated even though I followed the instructions exactly. I have never had as dark hair and it makes me look pale and drawn. The only thing it did was remove my greys. Regarding the effects of these products on the condition of my hair: I keep my hair well hydrated with Redkin hair products from my local salon. The hair colours they use are very gentle on hair. I have used the hair colour from esalon once and I have used the esalon colour care shampoo and conditioner twice. My hair has become very frizzy and dried out. Did not even colour my hairI tried do colour my hair from a medium brown to a mahogany colour and it took an hour to put in, and take out. A bit sadMy first try and, sadly, the product didn't live up to expectations. I followed the directions perfectly, however lots of my grey hairs are still grey! Some didn't take at all or have a slight tinge. The colour on the rest of my hair is a good match, but has no shine to it. Not goodI was so exited to start using this hair color hoping to cover my gray hair. I only have gray around the hairline area, unfortunately it didn’t fully cover my gray, the color ended up not even.
