Not as good as expected...The service to get my colour organised and sent out to me was fantastic and all done much faster than I expected. However, one of my concerns was stubborn greys that weren't being covered by the supermarket brands. The colour match was great, but sadly, despite following the application instructions, most of my stubborn greys still remain. It is also a very messy and fiddly experience (that I may have gotten better with practice over time) - having applied home hair colours for years, I struggled to apply it in the way suggested, and the final colour rinse step absolutely covered my bathroom in the colour (I am still finding it to clear up today). Blasse Farbe , stinkt unerträglich beim mischenLeider ist die Farbe nicht zu meiner Zufriedenheit ausgefallen, sie ist eher ein Kupferstich, Eigentlich wollte ich einen Roten Ton Ich habe mir die Haare ganz genau nach derAnweisung von einer Friseurin machen lassen damit nichts falsch gemacht wird , leider hat der Ansatz nicht so gezogen und ist deshalb auch noch blasser als der Rest der Haare, leider, schade! Roots OnlyColor really poorly done: very, very brassy and red. Wish I had gone to the salon. I wanted to darken my hair from light blonde to medium blonds - closer to my natural dark blonde color, but they sent a roots only kit. Not what I wanted at all. Color did nothing!I applied my color and it didn’t change anything. Very disappointed since it didn’t even color my grays that were coming out. Very much disappointing. I ended up putting a L’Oréal color on and it colored my hair as I wanted... Not sure what happened with the E salon color. This was my first ever order, as well. Struggling getting it right!After 3 attempts and adjustments for my base root color, I finally had to go into my stylist, spend the $200 to have her do an all-over color-correct to bring it back to the ash blonde that I've been trying to achieve using your product. I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to get the color right... At first it seems right, then as it fades it turns very orangy and brassy... Love the shampoo & conditioner which I'll continue to use. Their signature product is just okayFirst the good - nicely packaged. The color comes on a little thick so it doesn’t run. The okay - everything else. I’ve gotten better coverage for my grays from the store. I’ve used eSalon now a few times and feel like it just does an okay job of covering grays (even after adjusting the formula for grays). Poor customer serviceI initally got a end and root color bottle. The roots made my hair more of a reddish/copper color., than the ends color. I called a few times and asked for the color to be the same. A few weeks ago I called, asked about the reddish color I see immediately when I put on the color. No response. I asked to speak to the colorist who helped me months earlier. I was asked if I wanted to talk to someone else. I replied no. I explained 1 bottle that was last sent was not enough to color my entire head of hair. (at first it was 2 bottles). I waited for the colorist to contact me. I then had to leave town to take care of someone. I returned, found a few calls on my landline from eSalon. No emails, as I would have seen on my cell phone email.. Now I get a box with ONE bottle to color my entire head of hair. The follow-through is lacking. Because of the lack of communication I am returning the product. A call or email to eSalon should get a person to listen and help the customer to find a resolution AND it would be nice to follow-through, especially if there was a concern. Not even close to the colour pictured.The colour was described as dark brown with warm tones. I now have a hideous red/purple hair colour which is closer to black than brown. I’ve compared it to the photo online and there is no resemblance. Please just go to the salonI have a hard time believing eSalon personalizes dye mixtures. I specifically detailed what I did not want from this dye and what I got was exactly that. Déçue par la composition.Je n'ai fait que la première coloration sur cheveux longs et malgré la fenêtre ouverte j'ai eu beaucoup de mal a supporter les vapeurs (d'ammoniaque je pense). Kit looked really goodPleased with items in kit, decent gloves for a change! Good instructions However this product produced a good colour but at the expense of the condition of my hair. I have used many colours in the past and none have left my hair completely dry and parched like this one. I have tried various conditioning treatments since using the colour but to no avail. Wrong color for the 2nd timeMy first hair color left me with orange hair. I wanted a medium blond and it came out very orange that only got worse as the days went on. I was offered a free color change and decided to do so, and was assured it would not be orange/ red. I specifically asked for no reds in it at all. I tried the new color and my hair still has a lot of reds in it. It is very coppery and brassy looking. I’m very disappointed with my color again and regret dying my hair. I was really just hoping for a little fresher look when I started, and instead I now have hair I’m embarrassed about. The hair dye itself did not damage my hair at all. I do like that about this product. My hair still feels very healthy after dying it twice in a row. I’m also glad there weren’t any strong odors when mixing and applying the dye. Little effectThe dying process was very time consuming. In the end, I still had straggling grey hairs at the front over my face as well as stragglers throughout. It was too dark & it didn’t last past 10 washesThe color was darker than I wanted so the colorist has adjusted it. The solution was hard to get to come out of the bottle & was hurting my wrist squeezing it & it would come out in clumps so that part got really messy. I will just make those clothes my coloring hair clothes. But I had to cut the end of the bottle to get it to come out easier. Not a huge deal -but was a bit frustrating. The color between roots & the rest of my hair turned out well. My hair felt a bit dryer after the color- will try again to see if that is dry damage (more harsh on my hair than Clairol) or just a fluke. I would like to see how long this color lasts to see if it’s worth the cost. It didn’t cover the gray around my face & temples like it should have & I saturated those areas. Will try it one more time to see if it’s a much better experience to justify the cost over clairol box that I normally use. I’m hopeful that this turns into a partnership but just not convinced yet.- I plan to cancel - stylist said I must go darker to cover gray but drugstore brand lighter shades cover better at a fraction of the cost. I want to love itMy roots took the color beautifully and are the gorgeous copper color I wanted and grew up with. My ends didn't take any color and are the same brown with red showing through in the sun that I was trying to cover. NiceLoved the little pink box. It could be my hair but the color result should have had an ash tone to it. It turned my hair an auburn brunette. The kit said it was for roots only but that was not my intention. I wanted an all over ash blonde. The kit was nice. The result, not so much. I probably won't purchase again. ColourI put in the colour two weeks ago and followed the enclosed instructions carefully and am very happy with the colour - but I am seeing re-growth and a couple of grey hairs - should I be seeing this after only 2 weeks? the colour is very dull and darkthe colour outcome is very dark and dull compared to the picture of my hair I uploaded of what is is always like after I leave the hairdressers. Not recommendMy hair is coming out in clumps after using this!!!!! Cancelled immediately and do not recommend. Update: to make the extreme hair loss even worse, the color (which looked great afterwards) has no faded into some awesome hot roots!!!! Even using the tint rinse, it did nothing. DisappointedDissatisfied I order a bottle refresher along with my root touch up and the refresher did not do anything for my hair and I end up with a hot root and yes I did follow up the proper steps this is not the first time u use e color although I was offer a credit for the refresher that did not work for my hair I end up having a 2 color tone on my hair that can only be corrected professionally because e salon couldn’t do any formula to match my hair 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Way too messyI wasn't happy with a 2 step color treatment, but I was willing to give it a try. Worked ok but I was using Madison Reed and it's all 1 step and that is so much easier. The worst part was the final 2-3 minutes when the instructions say to put water in the bottle with the leftover color and massage it in. Well, the color got all over the bathroom vanity and into my eyes and nose and it burns. Can't do much to get the color out of my eyes since my gloved hands have color all over them. So bummed!I wanted to love this color, but unfortunately it is just BAD. I sent pictures of my current hair, a picture from their page of the color that I loved, and included a message stating exactly what I wanted. What I received yesterday is not even close. In fact, it’s not a color that anyone would want their hair to be. It’s so dark, muddy, and almost appears to be more gray! Did Not Cover GrayFirst, the color on the non gray hair was beautiful. It was warm, rich, and multidimensional. However, the gray roots did not cover well at all. They were various shades from gray, ash brown, and golden brown even though I left the coloring on my roots for 30 minutes as directed. If it had covered my gray roots I would buy again. DisappointedHello, I'm pleased with the kit, instructions and also the sticker that helps hold instructions. I'm disappointed because the color did not cover all my gray hair around my face, though it was saturated. I followed full instructions (20 minutes and 5 minutes) Step 2 instructions does not indicate to wear gloves, however shouldn't gloves be worn to color ends or are we to keep our gloves on while waiting for 20 minutes? I recommend to add a 3rd pair of gloves to kit and to add wear gloves at step 2 Instructions. To fix the gray around my face area, may I receive a free touch up kit, asking for small amount to fix area, not a full portion. Not what I was hoping forThis is not the colour I was hoping for at all. It was a lot darker than I hoped it would be. I have pretty much juts gone back to my natural colour and that is not what I had in mind. It may have been a miscommunication so I will try again and hopefully we will get it right next time.
