2. Versuch leider noch schlechter als der erste!Ich hinterlasse ungern negative Bewertungen aber hier geht es um meine Haare und mein Aussehen also muss ich ehrlich sein. Ich gebe 2 Sterne wegen dem Kundenservice und der gratis Farbe aber für die Farbe selber nur 1 stern. Nach meinen ersten Set wurden die wenige aber sehr auffällige grauen Haare sehr schlecht abgedeckt. Meine Haare wurden auch sehr dunkel. Meine Farbe wurde angepasst und ein gratis Set zugeschickt, was ich toll fand. Diesmal habe ich eine Freundin gebeten mir die Farbe aufzutragen da es kurz vor einer Hochzeit meiner Nichte war und ich sicher gehen wollte dass alles gleichmäßig wird mit meinen super langen Haaren. Das set kam mit 2 Flaschen für Ansatz und Spizen. Wir haben alles genau nach Anweisung gemacht. Beim Waschen kam der große Schock. Nach dem Waschen war mein Ansatz extrem heller als der Rest mit einem krassen roten Schimmer (ich habe Mittel bis dunkel braune Haare). In der Sonne sah es aus als ob ich seit Wochen meinen Ansatz färben müsste, nicht als ob ich gerade frische Farbe aufgetragen habe. Meine Haare waren alle eine Farbe vor der Färbung, außer die paar nervigen grauen Haare die wieder mal abgedeckt werden mussten. Der Farbunterschied war so extrem auffällig und ca 4 cm breit dass ich mir Ansatz Spray für die Hochzeit auftragen musste, da ich Angst hatte so schnell nochmal die Haare zu färben. Nach 10 Tagen konnte ich es nicht mehr anschauen und habe mir für €6 im Drogerie eine Haarfarbe in dunkel braun gekauft. Tatsächlich sind meine Haare jetzt wieder eine Farbe. Mir viel auch auf dass die Farbe vom Drogeriemarkt viel weniger gerochen hat und die Farbe vom eSalon sehr stark und aggressiv roch. Ich habe auch eine email an das Team geschickt aber leider keine Antwort erhalten. Ich werde nicht weiter Kunde bleiben und für meinen Ansatz ist die Farbe vom offensichtlich Drogerie ausreichend und ergibt bessere Ergebnisse. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Do not recommend! Waste of time and money.Answered all introductory questions for “my color” as closely to my natural hair color and what color I usually get done by my stylist to cover grays. I have naturally dark brown hair and usually get just a shade darker of all over (roots and ends) color. This kit turned my roots a terrible orange brassy color! Now I have to get a work in appointment with my stylist ASAP! :-/ It also took about 25 minutes of continuous rinsing to get the color rinsed out after the application process was done. Odd CombinationI followed the instructions to the letter, using the roots colour and the main colour as described. But the two colours provided were too different to each other. This means I now have brown roots and red hair - I could have done that without having to dye it! Also, the red wasn't as vibrant as I was hoping. some mistake somewhere?????There is no way this is the same colour i first ordered. Initially i had wanted 'sparkling ginger whisky'. Custom Color SetI have tried eSalon's coloring 3 times and not happy. I believe esalon products are not for my type hair. The coloring kit dried out my hair so badly. Roots were not covered.I loved the color and the pachaging is beautiful, but I was disappointed. I followed the instructions very carefully put my roots were not covered. The back roots were only blended and the hairline gray was pretty obviously still gray. I need either instructions on longer timing or another formula. Wrong colorI sent a picture of the color I wanted and after coloring my hair it was no where near the color I requested. I sent an email with pictures of what I requested and how my hair turned out and I still have not heard back from my colorist. Dried out hairMy hair felt great after the first two times and then it started to have that really dried out, hard feel to it. My ends split and really soaked up the pigment and became too dark. I needed almost 2” cut off and I’m letting it grow! There is also a really strong odor of ammonia with this color, thus the drying out of my hair issue. I don’t blow dry my hair and rarely do I use any type of heat styling. I have naturally “beachy” type waves. Ne tiens pasLe concept est top, malheureusement la couleur dégorge encore après 4 lavages et au final ne tien pas. Je vois toujours mes cheveux blanc après le 1 et lavage. J’avais pris violet comme couleur, je ne vois pas du tout le violet .. trop peu de dose malgré qu’on m’en ai renvoyé une, on m’a renvoyé la même dose donc je ne l’utiliserais même pas si non je dois en recommander une autre pour pouvoir faire tout mes cheveux. Be CarefulI recently had an awful and scary moment with this hair dye while touching up my roots. This product not only heat up so that it was very warm by the time that I was on the tail end of my root touch up, but it exploded while I was waiting for my hair dye to set, and my scalp got burnt in the process. Not only did the product not dye my roots, but it lifted my natural hair color and left me with an irritated scalp and horrible hot roots. When I called customer service and spoke to two different women, they each refused to acknowledge that their product was faulty and didn't seem interested in seeing the pictures I have; they didn't even acknowledge that I had mentioned pictures. They kept repeating that they'd never heard of such a thing and wondered if I'd had an allergic reaction. The product exploded for heaven's sake! They never even offered a refund, just a new mixture that was "more gentle and darker, to fix my hot roots." So I am now left with hot roots and a mixture that is not my normal hair color, and I'm supposed to navigate and fix this situation on my own? This is completely outrageous. After leaving customer feedback, I never heard anything back. I would never use this dye again or recommend anyone else use it. It works okay, nothing special, but you will be on your own if you have a real issue. This company does not stand behind its product. Too dark, and hair is dullMy color was supposed to be a dark brown, but came out black. The copper corrective color was supposed to be lighter, and my hair was JET black when it was done. Needed more dyeUnfortunately one bottle wasn’t enough to cover my ends. Plus, my roots seemed lighter. And it was more of a soft black than a blue black on my ends, for the parts of my hair that got some color. Bad luck with this companyThe color I received was not close to what I asked for and it took ten months to get back to a normal shade after that brassy disaster. One thing I will give them is their color has staining power! I specifically had not checked autoship because I wanted to check out the color first and I also knew I would be moving to another address. They shipped the next month anyway to the address I had already left. By the time I was able to retrieve the package it was too late to return it. While I was very annoyed, I didn’t want to bother writing a bad review but did call the company and tell them I was unhappy with their product. Despite that, they’ve continued to bombard me with emails asking me to come back. Gave me hot rootsI was very disappointed with eSalon colour. I gave all the details of my usual root touch ups but this product was too light and gave me hot roots. I used the online system to get advice and someone supposedly adjusted the colour for next time but there was no refund or apology and it didn’t look like the colour had been adjusted properly so I was likely to have hot roots again. I have also used the Tints and contrary to the claims, these products are very harsh on my fine hair and eSalon has trashed my hair! Thanks to eSalon I have joined the ranks of Lockdown hair disasters. I wish I hadn’t bothered. If you regularly use harsh chemicals or styling irons on your hair and suffer with breakage/ splitting anyway then you will probably find these products fine but if you know how to care for your hair and have a hairdresser that knows how to protect your hair during treatments you will regret going to eSalon!!! Absolute disasterI highly regret even trying this. My hair was one solid color - i ordered a color almost exact to my current color which was a very dark rich brown. Only ordered it to even out the tones from being in the sun surfing. I was sent two different color combinations - I even emailed and asked about it before using. One was for "roots" which i didn't have and the other for "ends". The "darkest brown chocolate" somehow bleached the top half of my head into a red/copper color and the bottom half is a completely different color. This is going to cost hundreds to correct. DisappointingI had high hopes for this after seeing all the 5 star reviews, but the result was not as good as the one I buy from supermarket. It didn't cover all my grey roots and had a golden tinge to it which I was trying to illuminate. Not like the colour I was shown in picture. So, back to old faithful. 2nd bad color set receivedThe first few orders I received were wonderful but the last three were off. There was a double set I received sometime back and the 2nd set didn't have any color of brown in that set. I figured it was a mistake, it happens. This last set was very bad like it was an old or a bad batch. I mixed the color & developer together as usual, waited 30min, and when I went back to the bottle it had explored all over my sink and floor. I'm discontinuing from ordering from you. This was the 2nd time the color didn't cover my gray strands. The cost is reasonable but too expensive if each set I receive I have to hope it will be a good set once I receive it. At first Yay, then....At first the color was beautiful and vibrant! I was amazed and in love with my new color. Wash after wash though red dye continued to wash out my hair (No I do not wash everyday) Now My hair has brown roots (normal), red (the dye), and the bleached blonde (middle to end of my hair). Grauhaarabdeckung ist super die Farbe ein FlopDie Grauhaarabdeckung hat super funktioniert und auch die Anwendung war total easy. Meine Farbe (mittelbraun) ist allerdings viel zu dunkel geraten. Dazu ist die Farbe total rotstichig und sieht überhaupt nicht natürlich aus. Jetzt sind meine Haare fast schwarz mit Rotstich, wenn Licht darauf scheint. Ganz schrecklich und gruselig und ich bin wirklich enttäuscht, da ich meine Haarfarbe sehr gern mag aber das Grau um mein Gesicht herum unbedingt loswerden wollte. Weiterhin sind mir während des Ausspülens ungewöhnlich viele Haare ausgegangen und ich habe vier mal shampoonieren und conditioner verwenden müssen, bis die Haare nicht mehr staubtrocken waren. I had to cut my hair to start newProduct is too rich in ammonia. In my opinion this product is perhaps too strong to be handle at home and I doubt to be handle in a hair salon. After two times that I used it, Ian’s reading all the reviews, the product left my hair all a dry and burned looking. I had to go to a profesional to cut it very short. I want to warn people who is using it. Does not cover your roots entirely either even if choose I darker tone on your roots. Frankly speaking they should remove this item from the market. The advertisement keeps popping out for me to get one free after the purchase of 10. Well, if I would have done that I would had probably would had lost all my hair by now. Depressing experience. I will take this formula to an expert and see if there is someone I could go to escalate this matter and see what happens. In the meantime I will keep cutting it short and wait a few years to regrow. Color is good.The color in the bottle was barely mixable. It was so thick....almost like it was very old. It was difficult to squeeze it out of the bottle - it kept clogging up. I shook it many times but it just would not mix with the peroxide. There was globs of it in the bottle.....when I got to step where I filled bottle with water to massage into my hair, I did it 8 times. First timer - didn't do a good job on coloring my Grey'sDidn't color my Grey's well at all. I'm going to have to do a touch up in 2 - 3 weeks. Also the color is more like dark brown than dark blonde. Still no natural red color. It is either too brassy or none at all.I have not been happy with the mix of color. This current order left my hair a mousy brown...no red highlights at all. Same color!I talked to my color specialist and explained how I didn't like my first color, it wasnt dark blonde like I wanted, it was more of a ugly rusty burnt orange. She apologized and said she would adjust my color well Guess what COLOR WAS THE SAME! Im not going to pay $30 for color I hate. Good customer serviceThe customer service is good they try to fix what is wrong but the Hair Care does not work for me. I got the wrong developer two times and the color did not stay in my hair but it lightened my hair when I was supposed to go almost black. My first & second shippment was the perfect color.The color are fantastic, but for some reason my last order contains much red in it. I was disappointed after the coloring. Good hair color, Horrible customer serviceI have been using e-salon for about a year now. For some reason I did not get my order sent to the same mail box I have used for a year now. I called e-salon and they would not re mail my order. Instead told me to go to the post office because it could not be safety left at the same mail box it was sent to before for a year. This never happened to me before. Chewy.com just re sends the product and does not make you feel like a criminal. It is one box of hair dye...they have lost me as a customer due to being treated rudely and because I can’t depend on getting my order from them now anyway. If you live at an apartment, save yourself the trouble and do not use e salon bc you may not get your order.
