Horrible Outcome.Based on the color chart and pictures I sent in, I ordered this color—medium Copper Blonde. I did as instructed and the color was less than appealing. It left my hair dry and dull. In my notes, to the colorist, I specifically asked for more of a strawberry medium blonde than copper plus with the photo it should have been closer to what was requested. I am totally disappointed and now have to go back to my stylist and spend the $120 to get the shine and luster my hair once had. I do not recommend it. Did not cover grayI have not had good luck with eSalon. My Colorist contacted me and wanted to see how I liked my color. I was able to say how I was not happy because the gray hairs were not covered. They sent me another formula to try and it did not cover again!!! I can go buy Clairol or L'Oreal Root Touch up for $7.00 and I know it works. Rep lied to me about the ingredientsIncredibly angry right now, esalon. Despite what I was told by a rep, the ammonia-free formula is NOT PPD-free. The email assures me that while it's made in the same facility as your products with PPD, the 0% formula is PPD-free. Based on that email, I ordered the product. I just did a patch test, because I always patch test, and I developed a giant hive where the product was applied 10 minutes into the test. I removed the solution, took an antihistamine, and then Googled the product and found out that - guess what - it *might* contain PPD. WHY ON EARTH WOULD ANYONE ADVISE THAT YOUR PRODUCT IS PPD-FREE WHEN IT IS NOT? Do you realize that people can end up in the E/R or die? I carry an epi-pen because of my allergies. First try…This was my first try with eSalon, and I was so very excited but the color pay off wasn’t what I expected. I wanted more intense from the “intense red” I received and the formula (hair dye) was weirdly warm and sprouted out the bottle and grew like elephant toothpaste and a science experiment. . Cant cover grays. I thought I had cancelled but they resent and charged me $34I TRIED to cancel after first failure. but they resent another batch which is just as ineffective as the first. They said the color I wanted was too darkI specified I wanted to cover a bad haircut which I was clear on. Now I have an even lighter color that shows every flaw, and I get to wear a hat now for weeks until I can fix this. I didn't think they were going to go lighter! TOO BLONDEThe color was too blonde and not enough Red. My roots were strawberry blonde and the ends were much more vibrant. The color was not as expected like before. I had a bit of "hot roots" and there is a clear line from roots to ends. My hair also seems very dry since coloring. Wrong color sent.I had requested a color adjustment, but didn't like the lack of personalized care and didn't want to be experimented on, so I requested to keep the original color which didn't seem to cover greys. I was sent the adjusted color anyway. It looks awful. I wish I could get personalized color that makes me feel great about my hair like in the marketing materials. Great customer service just didn't like the colorI was hoping for my color to be a popping vibrant red or even hot pinkish color. It turned out a mild reddish brown color. I sent a message to my stylist and she got back to me very quickly. She was happy to fix it for me. I just messaged her back with the changes I'd like. Gorgeous colour. Doesn't last.The colour on the ends was beautiful. The root colour wasn't quite right. The major problem I had was it washed out after the 3rd wash even despite using the tint rinse stuff that I bought as an extra and followed all the instructions. The box dyes I've used in the past for much cheaper wash out at the same rate. I did't sign up for recurring orders but they put me on a plan.And the "contact us" link on the Support page doesn't work. Be careful--I ordered one set of color to try it out, and to my surprise, a second set was delivered a few weeks later. When I logged on to my account, I saw that I was signed up for a plan to have color delivered every 3 weeks. I didn't sign up for a plan. I followed the links to cancel the plan--which was tricky because I had to click on "cancel my plan" several times, and each time it would have been easy to accidentally click on "keep my plan". Didn't cover all my greysI feel I was a little harsh in my initial review, the colour was slightly darker than I had wanted and what I had in mind however maybe I didn’t express what I wanted clearly or was being unrealistic with what was possible, my one gripe is it didn’t cover all my greys I don’t have a lot but some at the roots and sideburn area although most covered there was a few that didn’t and I found the coverage didn’t last as long but I usually use 20vol developer in the salon and this set came with 10 vol with no option of changing them 20,30 or even an option to buy. Hair is no longer copperI am very very upset because my hair is no longer copper it’s just dark brown with some copper in it. I don’t know what I’ll have to do to get it back now, probably go to a salon and spend £100’s which is what i was trying to avoid doing in the first place by ordering this. Mildly disappointed in the colorThe process was great, instructions perfect. But the root color was supposed to be black with a golden undertone, and my roots stand out as if they were a lighter brown while my ends are Black As I’d hoped. I’m thinking I’m going to have to go get my roots fixed. Nice to use. But colour and coverage terribleI have been colouring my hair at home for 30years, and used all kinds of different brands and colours. This was very nice to use. The instructions were easy to follow. But it failed dismally in it's main objective of actually colouring my hair! I could see straight away that the colour was too light for my roots, wouldn't colour my greys and I'd need to do it again within a week. It was a complete waste of time and very expensive compared to the dyes I'd previously bought from the chemist, which might not smell as good. But did colour great, and stay! I was going to cancel my subscription, but they have offered me a free colour set and adjusted my colour. So I am going to give it another go this weekend as the roots and greys need to be sorted even though I only coloured it 2 weeks ago! Qualität super, Farbe nichtDie Qualität der Haarfarbe ist super! Das Haar fühlt sich geschmeidig und gesund an. Allerdings stimmt das Farbergebnis überhaupt nicht. Es ist zwei Stufen dunkler geworden als gewünscht und ist anstelle eines kupferblonds eher mittelbraun geworden. Keeps trying to charge meIt says my ordering has been turned off yet every month they try and charge my card different amounts. What do you have to do. This company used to be amazing, now has gone downhillI have asked for a light colour as my original colour is white. I kept getting a base of dark brown, whilst I was hoping to gradually go lighter and lighter. Phoned and talked to a colourist who promised to swap the base to a Light Brown and still got exactly the same colour that comes nearly black. Nicht zufriedenGut fand ich, dass der Kundenservice schnell reagiert hat und die Farbe angepasst wurde. Die Farbe ist jedoch nichts für meine Haare. Schon beim ersten Mal waren meine Haare danach trockener und irgendwie gummiartig. Das Ganze verschlimmerte sich dann beim zweiten Versuch.
