I have never been so happy with any hair coloring or anybody who's helped me at any time and I'm 73 years old I think that eSalon is absolutely the best thing going anybody would be crazy not to give you a try you're so caring, considerate, kind, polite. This is my new fave color system. Easy instructions. No strong odor. Color hasn’t faded in 4 weeks (so far). Color and labeling customized for me, and was the exact shade I wanted. Can’t wait to try the highlighting system—hope it releases soon!
I went to Salons for my Hair Color. It was just ok. Then I found ESALON. The Colorists are amazing. I would do my hair following the enclosed directions and leave my comments for any change to the next order. The Colorist called me and we discussed my color and the products that I needed to use. I couldn't be any more Happy. My hair color looks natural. My hair is healthy and shiny like it was in my younger years. The ESALON STAFF are amazing to work with. Their Products keep my color looking fantastic . My hair is healthy and not in the least dry. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND The Whole ESALON TEAM and Their Products.

Matched my natural hair color perfectly, and so far has covered up my greys. The only thing I didn't like was getting the dye out of my hair in the shower- it was pasted well onto my scalp and took a good effort to remove.
I really like the fact that the color is custom mixed and includes all I need to color my hair at home. The color is exactly what I wanted and so far has not faded out.
First I want to tell you how happy I am with the immediate results, I know it was not easy because of the light blonde I had on the ends. I've been using this color over a couple years & I love it. I don't have the time or the money to hit the salon every month. I can do this myself whenever I need to. My good friend owns a salon & says this is much better for your hair than what you buy at the store!

My order arrived timely and the thoughtful extras that were included were fantastic. The portions were generous, the instructions clear and easy to follow. The color solution was nice and creamy with no unpleasant smell. I have plenty left for a root touch up between now and my next order arriving. I love this product because they make it for you , I get the blonde I want without the reddish and brassy or bleached out look that you get from over the counter prouducts and at anytime you can change or adjust how you want.
Couldn't believe how well it turned out. So glad I can do this at home as it is hard enough trying to get out of the house with a 6 month old, let alone trying to find time to get to the salon. I was pretty scared at first but glad i took the chance, turned out PERFECT!
Good quality, works well. I had to work with my colorist to cover the gray at my temples, but now I am all set. Wash out feels like your hair is already conditioned.
Traditionally I purchase a typical over the counter hair color and after about 2 weeks my stubborn greys are showing through the color. I am pleased to report that the product has lasted longer already and the coloring process took half the time. I love that it had a color mix for my roots and another for the rest of my hair because with the length of my hair one is never enough unless I'm only touching up my roots. Better yet, my hair didn't have that hard dry feeling after being washed and even after all of the shampoo and conditioner that came in the package was gone. One thing to take serious...it comes with spot treatment for areas where you may get coloring on your skin use it right away to swipe off any coloring on your skin because it really does stain. Overall, I would recommend this product fully.
My fist new hair color was awesome. I never had color that completely cover my gray hair in front, dark roots in the back. Being a new color I had to comb it through to the ends so my hair color would be even. After many washing my hair color is still true as the first day I colored it. My new hair color is way better than going to my hair dresser. Thank you for a wonderful color.
I was so nervous at first. I have gone to the salon for over 30yrs for color wanting the highlights etc. It has become so expensive. So saw your add and said "why not!" I was amazed how well it turned out. Truly can endorse this product

When I received my shipment i was nervous because it said roots only..My hair is 3 inches below my shoulders..happily it was enough for all my hair..while it was processing the ends looked super dark..my husband and I were a bit nervous..but again happily its perfect!! We both love it!!

This hair dye is fabulous, in the salon I've used Paul Mitchell as well as some other dyes. The color is beautiful and rich, not dull with blue hues. It did not have a smell of any kind, did not itch, burn or sting. So far so good, we shall see, how long it covers the grey, but I love it and so does my hubby!

I've never done anything to my own hair besides the "trim of the bangs" that drives my hairdresser nuts. So, coloring was a huge leap for me. My hairdresser was out on maternity leave and I thought I should do something about the grey/silver hairs that didn't take time off!
I ordered what I thought was a good match for me. The questions were great, it felt like the company really did care about MY head of hair. I sent a photo in as well. Shipped amazingly quick with all of the goodies, gloves, brush, bowl, stain prevention and remover, clips, etc. Remember, I'm a first timer!
Nervous is an understatement. I let it sit for a day, debating if I had the guts to do it. Decided since it was on a Friday, I had until work on Monday to fix things if something went wrong. I read the directions, followed them pretty close. I admit I had hair clip issues but really it didn't matter. Set the timer and ...go! Rinsed it out and waited. Impatiently..I've gone this far..
Wow. Absolutely what I wanted! I giggled, my husband rolled his eyes, and then he said it looked great! (Men don't understand the trauma of a bad hair color!) I'm not kidding, it looked fabulous. 6 weeks later, second shipment arrives. Just as the little silvers were starting to pop up. I had NO hesitation. I happily colored my own hair. Got a little braver and pulled some streaks down through it to the tips. Looked fantastic again. Awesome. My colorist is on point!

I am super happy with the results of my first eSalon hair color. I usually have to go to a salon once a month to have my roots touched up. Store bought hair color has never worked for me. The kit I received from eSalon was very easy to use and a perfect match.
I dyed my shoulder-length hair black and usually have to pile on a load of dye to get a deep shade instead of a sketchy overlay. None of that with this product. I've been a customer for a few months and would recommend this service to anyone who's tired of needing constant retouching or who has easily-damaged hair. No breakage, no crispy hair and no needing to rinse for ages.
In the past when I used hair dye it looked so flat and plain. But when I use esalon color system, it makes it so beautiful and lively that I can't help but feel a boost in my confidence and enthusiasm. The products are also fantastic. I have a very sensitive scalp and the products from esalon have never been a problem with it. There’s only one other place in the whole world that has products I can use consistently over a long period of time. I think that is a testament to how much care esalon has put into their products so that anyone can use them safely.
I've been coloring my hair for years using store bought color kits. I think I've tried every brand out there but I never have had the experience that I had with eSalon. With only one slight change I got the perfect color and it left my hair in better condition than it was before. I would highly recommend this to anyone who dyes their hair. Thank you to my colorist!
I am very pleased with the results of my Custom Color from eSalon. It's near perfect for me. Most of my gray is white, (not really gray) around the face (front and sideburn area).
Coloring for the first time on my own I was nervous, but found the instructions easy to follow and the results were very pleasing. I might want a very slight darker version next time.? thx Betsy

Love the color!! My color consultant tweaked my color and it is perfection. I love that I can contact her and make a small change to customize the kit. So responsive and definitely better than having to make an appointment in the brick and mortar salon.
This is the only hair color that covers the gray hair and keeps it covered the longest! It doesn't just let the roots pop out, they kind of blend in as they grow out! It's hard to explain but I love esalon!

This is my first time purchasing hair color, first time purchasing from eSalon, first time coloring my own hair and the result is fabulous! I love the color designed for me because it looks great with my lighter colored highlights. I am glad I sent a picture of myself because the colorist suggested a better, lighter color to match my highlights better than the color I originally chose. It was the perfect suggestion by the colorist, so thank you for that! And the coloring process wasn't too bad either. Now I will wait to see how the color holds. I like that all the tools are available for purchase at a decent price too.

I was a little apprehensive of ordering a color over the internet. I have always wanted a little bit of a darker blonde, my current color is a light golden blonde. I went for it, ordered my color and received my package in the mail, which I was impressed the delivery time was amazing! I colored my hair for the first time last night, and the person who put my color together was "Danielle" who did an amazing job by the way. The directions on how to apply the color were easy to follow and I am hooked on the shampoo and conditioner that came in the box. I have received a lot of compliments with my "darker" color, its only a shade darker, its a medium blonde, I LOVE it, was exactly what I was looking for!

Color holding up well so far. Its been about 5 weeks. I was worried about that since the store bought color didnt hold for very long. I highly recommend. I dont like coloring my hair or putting anything harsh in my hair. I dont blow dry or style. I dont even wear makeup. Im all natural. Im impressed so far
