I was able to get the formula from my hair stylist because I was moving away. eSalon matched it perfectly. I'm now waiting for eSalon to offer my my very color in a "root touch-up spray". I don't like the mascara wand...slow boat to china, messy, leaches onto other fabrics, etc. A quick spray is all I have time for anyway! Can you guys do that?

My last visit to a hair salon ended with a color that was much too dark, due to overlapping and an itchy scalp because I seem to be allergic to the product they used. Before that I tried to color my hair at home and for years I searched the stores for "my" perfect hair color. Thanks to eSalon the search is over and I finally found th color I always wanted. Getting your custom color set is a great experience from a to z - the support is great and the quality of the products is fantastic! I could not be happier!

I love this system. Having done box sets from the store I was never sure how it would turn out. Since using esalon I get so many compliments on my hair color. Even from hair salon.
They make it so easy!

I have never colored my own hair. I followed the instructions but I was a little on the sloppy side putting the color on my hair. However it came out great. I really like the color and will continue to use ESalon. I look forward to trying other color options in the future. Thanks so much

I am blown away. This is exactly the color I asked for. I even spoke with a couple of different colorists to help me obtain what I was really looking for. I had started to lighten (grey) and was looking very dull. I wanted something brighter, but still natural looking. That’s exactly what I got. No one noticed the color. Instead they thought I had gotten a cut or a new style. Thank you!!

The colorist sent me a couple of emails to make sure that I received exactly the color I was looking for. It was a perfect match and my hair felt so soft after using the product. Highly recommended!

I get compliments all the time on my hair color and I love it. A couple of weeks ago I was at the salon getting a Brazilian Blowout, my hair dresser, who I've gone to for years, once again complimented me on the great color of my hair. While I was still at the salon another hairdresser came by to chat with my hairdresser and my hairdresser said "isn't her (referring to me) hair color great! she does it herself!" the other hairdresser agreed that it does look great and was shocked that I got this color "from a box". Thank you!

Just got my first color package last week. I am so happy with the results. It blended in with my own color while covering all the grays. It gave nice shiny color and made my hair feel soft and healthy. I love this stuff and would positively recommend it.

Hi, This review is for Danielle S. Danielle, you chose the most beautiful color. I applied this last night and my color turned out great. My highlights are darker and I'm so happy because they were starting to look too light. This is the first time I've tried a color service in which the color turned out great. Thank you for selecting a nice color and the color formula made my hair super soft and shiny. The directions were very easy to follow and my highlights didn't get covered up. Thank you!

I was so impressed with my first order when it came. I did order a set of their tools the first time (can now use them over and over)! Helped the job get done a little easier. Love the color my specialist and i worked up. Getting read to change the color just a scosh, I want to add a little bit more red. The specialists are VERY VERY helpful and know what the are talking about. I would reccomend to you home self doers!!! AND the color stays on a lot longer then my store bought color. Highly recommend, now if if I could just get someone to do it for me!!!!

I have NEVER used a better hair colouring product in my life! After using the eSalon Hair Kit I bought, my tangly, frazzled, thick locks were shinier than any other hair dye kit bought in any pharmacy ! I could comb thru it after using the shampoo/ conditioner provided and the colour was so dark, so soft and manageable, I was immediately in awe!

So, I almost gave up coloring my hair. My stylists could never get my color as I wanted and the cost was exorbitant!! I decided to go gray.
A friend shared with me that she used eSalon and had never been happier! So, when my husband informed me that he didnt like me gray, I chose to try it. I have never loooked back and will never go back to a salon. They used my photos and listened to my wishes and the color is perfect!! It is shiny and healthy. I get so many compliments. I love the fact that I can communicate with them anytime. I highly recommend eSalon!!

I was a little sceptical about the colour and product being salon quality especially for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised and extremely pleased with the result. There was enough product, for all of my hair and I usually need 2 bottles of shop bought stuff !!! And if I have it done at the hairdressers they have to refill the bowl !! So it was fabulous to have enough to cover all my hair.
The instructions were great to follow and I had a lot of compliments about the colour when it was done, so many Thanks for a great product, great packaging and great colour x

I can't tell you how excited I am to share my experience. Due to the cost of going to a salon, I was looking for an alternative for coloring but did not want to purchase something from the store. I was super nervous about doing this myself. I have had professional stylists turn my hair orange, copper, or even red when all I wanted was my medium brown hair back to cover the grays. Once again super apprehensive about this. I was so excited when I was done and my hair was brown, just the way I wanted it! The instructions were easy to follow too and all supplies were included. I was new to coloring my hair when I decided to try eSalon custom color last January. The step by step instructions are so much better than what I had experienced with my over the counter color purchases. My hair looked completely natural and was so close to my natural color, even my mother couldn't tell I had colored it. The color lasted much longer than the products I used before and it didn't change the texture of my hair. I will never go back to over the counter!

I was really surprised how well the color came out to what I wanted/hoped for! It was easy, just took a little longer but I wanted to be really precise and not miss any part of my hair. It doesn't smell bad, the directions are easy to follow although if you have someone that can help it does make it easier. I am very happy with E Salon and will continue to use the autoship program! TOTALLY WORTH IT!

When I ordered my new colour, I was hesitant to try it out. What if it was absolutely hideous. What colour did I even choose? I finally decided to give it a go and the colour came out rich, vibrant and evenly throughout. I love my new colour and am keeping my account for repeat orders every 8 weeks so my hair will always look great!!!! Thank you e- salon for formulating the perfect colour for me.

I was tight on time this summer and hadn't been able to line up schedules with my hair stylist so I decided to try this at home. My hair had too much warmth from my previous color so I was a little nervous but it turned out great. I added pictures and described what I wanted, it turned out perfectly. I will be continuing to use this at home rather than go to the salon, it is less expensive and I had great results.

I have used this product multiple times now and am still completely satisfied with the color-match - I wanted something that looked just like my natural color but hid the gray and this delivered. When used with the Classic Shampoo and Leave-In Conditioner I have had much better success with lasting color than when using other color-safe brands. The odor is tolerable, has to be left in a little longer than some over-the-counter products, but I feel it's worth it for the end result. It's also great that the kit contains not just one but two pairs of gloves and product to help avoid lasting dye on the skin. Definitely a great system.

I love the colorists at E-Salon. When I tell you that their job cannot be easy, I am not exaggerating. I recently sent them pictures of my hair and asked them to match it, so I could die my roots. I love the fact I can color my hair at home with precessional hair color with out spending hundreds of dollars to color my hair and have adjustments made to the color with out a problem.

This is my first purchase and the color is perfect. Close to my natural color, dark brown. I love it. And the fact I saved a lot of money doing it at home and its delivered right to you. I didn't have to sit in a salon just the comfort of my own home. Give it a try. I think you'll love it.

eSalon sent detailed instructions. My husband jumped in and followed them and the color turned out beautiful!! I would've rather had it two shades lighter... I did talk to a stylist and get this done and my next auto ship will be a lighter shade, The consultant on the phone was professional and knowledgeable about the products and understood what I wanted. Who knew they do highlights, also?!? This consultant was on top of hair game and explained the options I had. Loved the personnel touch!! Thank you!

I've been using eSalon for several years now and it always comes out beautiful. I've had hair stylists ask me "Who does your color? It's gorgeous!" The only thing I really miss is the company discontinuing "Devoted to Hue" - it was my FAVORITE color booster.

Good detailed instructions for best results. Matches my Root color perfectly! Color leaves my hair very shiny with a beautiful rich color. I wanted more improvement for my dry, dull, highlighted ends, so used a color mask treatment... Awesome results there too!

I am so glad that I became a member of esalon! I started to get grey hair when I was 19 years old. I am now 46 and have used boxed color and gone and paid big bucks at salons. I have to say that using esalon has made my hair look fantastic every time. The colorists are easy to talk to and extremely helpful and nice. I love my esalon hair color.

My hair is naturally curly so I avoid the salon as much as I can. Every hair technician wants to straighten my hair. ALL OF THEM try to straighten my hair! This company asks for exactly what I want, how often, and what will do my hair best. Extremely cheaper than going to the salon and the directions are simple. A few bucks more than over-the-counter hair coloring kits, you get personal professional color at your doorstep. I swear you will never go anywhere to do your hair coloring. Stay at home, and get better results!

I love Esalon! I have been with them for a number of years!! I am so thrilled with how attentive and helpful the colorists are and the quality of the products!!
When I recently wanted to adjust my color pretty much every other month lately... to subtly adjust it from my long time color to what it has slowly becoming naturally... (aka the grays are winning, even in my (originally) naturally strawberry blonde hair!!)
I wasn't quite ready to just 'embrace those grays' at first. But I want my hair to always look natural... So they have been so fantastic (!!) Helping me by slowly pulling back on the warmer color tones in my custom color on my once naturally reddish blonde color!
But hair changes... So now we are adding more neutral colors to match what is becoming my new natural color.
It's made my transition from me being a red head (which I have been for many, many years!! Both naturally and with a little bit of color help!) To moving towards a more subdued neutral, soft, blonde. Soon I am planning to even begin adding in some ashy, silvery tones!!
Embracing a new phase and not going to fight those grays, but just plan to make them beautiful!!
Just always so pleased, everytime my color arrives, it always looks amazing!!

I have used it once and already feel I am looking like my natural color...it will take a few times and still want some changes but it's the best I have found in a long time!

I've been colouring my hair for over 25 years and moreso now with my grey. I've used a salon and store bought over the years. This product was as good as salon for way less money. The colour is very rich and glossy and covered the grey nicely. It was easy to use and convenient getting it delivered to my door! I loved the extra tools I ordered like the cape and mixing bowl. I'll keep using it!

I love the color, not at all dull or monotone. Easy to apply and the package comes with high quality products, such as 2 pairs of gloves, to make application easy. As good as my $200 professional color, and much easier on my bank account.

Not bad hair dye. The color turned out awesome. I can see what some people say about the waxy feeling but after shampooing and conditioning my hair felt great

The product is gentle on my hair, smells great and the coverage was amazing! Grays are completely gone and the color looks professionally done. The personalized kit is fab too. Loved the application brush!

Received my hair colour today and was a little hesitant using it, as i usually shop in the high street-this was the first time buying a colour online. Lovely boxed set with my name on it, it was very special.
Very easy to use and lovely accessories, such as gloves, shampoo, stain remover.
Easy to use with great instructions, colour was beautiful and i loved it- thankyou.
Would definitely recommend and will be using this product regularly.

I have been coloring with eSalon for about 4 months. My color has been great and it’s easy to apply. I just recently switch to a permanent so I’m anxious to see how it grows out. They make the process very easy and I love how they touch base before they send a new color in case you forgot to request changes. I recommend to all my friends. So nice to save money too by doing it yourself.

I love it. I contacted my stylist because I was worried about gray hairs and my highlights (which I had done at a private salon). My colorist responded immediately. She said my custom color would fit my skin tone and she explained how to steps so I wouldn't lose my highlights. Awesome.
