I absolutely love this color (dark brown (red))!! I get complments every time I go anywhere - that NEVER happens 😊 I was worried that this color would be too dark for me, as I'm very fair skinned, but I really like it. I've finally found the color for me.
I've also used the root touch-up, it works very well. The universal leave-in conditioner, the volumizing shampoo and conditioner. as well as the color treated shampoo and conditioner, are fantadtic! They leave your hair silky smooth.

I love this product. It has really changed my life. I use to get my hair colored in a salon because store bought colors are a joke and damage hair. This product is amazing and I am completely blown away about how soft my hair feels and absolutely NO salon or chemical smell. I am 51 years young but everyone thinks I am in my later 30’s early 40’s. I keep myself really good shape, but the hair is the give away of age...Not with me. Thank you eSalon.

I've had my hair done professionally and have done it myself, but it hasn't lasted like this formula. No fade out, wash out or brassy color. I highly recommend it!

I have been a customer for a couple of years now. And I am always thrilled that I can go online to request a change in the hair color and it comes out exactly as I hoped it would. The color I chose for my hair hides all the grey, and everyone loves the color on me. It has a bit of red highlights to it just like I was back in high school!

I must admit I was a little frightened to give up control over the color. I have to say I was frightened for no reason. Everything that I expected I got. The most important thing for me was the gray coverage. My hair was soft and manageable after coloring and I didn't have a gray hair in sight. That is all I can ask for. Thank you so much!!!

Though I love the custom color, my hair came out so dry and gummy. I was so excited to try this and I was already planning my next order. Although the color was amazing I'm not sure I will risk my hair again.
UPDATE*** Thank you so much Sarah!! The trick worked wonders! My advice is women do not assume you know how to dye your hair!! Read the instructions!!

It's been Maybe three or four times we've adjusted my color. U guys nailed it. I absolutely love my color and I do it myself at home so I love it even more. I do color and highlights and I just love it. Thank you for working with me.

I enjoy receiving my kit, it has everything I need to sort my hair colour out . It smells more pleasant than others and seems to blend better with previous colour. This is one of the better products available for home colour especially as you can get the colour and tone your looking for.

Good coverage - plenty of colour (considering ny husband put it on for me and he did a good job). I can still see a shine of red in the light however I think I need a 2nd layer of colour as my original colour was quite bright (red). Much better than sitting in a salon for 2 hours especially if you have kids. Would defo use again!!

I’ve used many home color brands and professional color at home. This kit is by far the best I’ve ever used. Staff is professional and knowledgeable and the idea that this comes so custom is fantastic! My stylist worked with me via emails and communicated back and forth until we picked a color I’d be most happy with. The end result was beautiful and the three step process ensures even and shiny results. Couldn’t be happier!

With some emails to the colorist, they came up with exactly what I wanted - just brown. No red/orange undertones & my hair is silky soft. This may sound weird, but no one has noticed! That’s how natural it looks!!

I have bought from eSalon before and although I thought I would like the color that I choose, I didn't. So I wrote to the company to let them know and also how I thought they should readjust my color. It turned out great! I love the color and as always my hair is much softer.

I was quite concerned when, after placing an order, I realized the colour kit was coming from America but I need not have worried. It was delivered very quickly to my home in Derbyshire, England. The procedure was simple and the colour and condition beautiful.

I received the correct hair color. Dark Brown. It definitely covered all my gray. It was very hard to wash off the hair tint. After shampoo washing my hair five times. The hair tint finally washed off. That left my ends dry but I deep condition my hair and now it looks great. Thank you Esalon

I went to a salon and paid $90 to have my hair colored from blonde to a darker shade. I left with a green tint. I was told that would fade. It didn't. So I purchased a nice Auburn color to contrast against the green. eSalon sent it quickly and the packaging was amazing! The color was great and I am much happier! My only complaint is that I wish there were 3 pairs of gloves, one for each step. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied!

I went to the salon today. The girls all were looking at it and touching it. They were very impressed. I love the color, the gray coverage and that it stays vibrant between treatments.

My hair had a green tint to it after using a box color. I found this site and thought I'll give it a try. I picked a color but I had Danille write me and tell me with the green in my hair the color I want won't work. So she custome made me a color and I love it. No more green tint!! My hair is so soft. My esalon color looks as though a professional colored my hair. The color looks very natural. The instructions were easy to follow and there was enough product to color my hair without skimping.

I had never colored my hair at home before and was pretty hesitant to do so but this product and process was great! I love the color of my hair, it matches better than what I had done at the salon and at such a better price! And it covers my grays excellently! Super strong smell though, make sure to apply it where you have access to fresh air!

Absolutely love this product! I never leave reviews but I love the colour I have now, even people at work have noticed it. The first purchase was fine but I wanted a more intense colour, which wasn't a problem and so easy to do. Highly recommend 😊

I was happy with the first color choice I picked. Then I decided to change the color for fall. I searched through the different colors and found the one I wanted. They mixed it and I applied the new color. I absolutely love the color. My hair shines and is vibrant. I have fine hair, and I look like I have more hair.

Absolutely love love love my color. A friend helped me with the color package because I was very nervous about doing this at home. It was very easy and the color was better than I expected, just like a salon color. My hair feels soft without the residue. Glad I listened to a nurse practitioner at work.

Very natural looking color. I have had a real problem with my edges being much darker than the rest of the hair. This time I started at the top and worked my way down each side; and then the back. There is still a slight difference in my front color from the top, but it looks much more natural than before. Next time I am adding red, so lookout!!

My hair felt dull and dry from other hair dyes. They only lasted a month and made my hair dry to the point I lost my curl. After using esalon my natural curls came back better than ever I cant believe how pretty and soft it made my hair feel. The color was amazing I was looking for a red tint in my hair and didnt know how well the red would show from esalon but it's amazing! I will definitely rebuy my hair has never felt better

I have had nothing but complements, even from my hairdresser friend!
This was unlike any home hair colouring kit I've had before and I love the result. I went for quite a dramatic color change and it still looks natural and my hair is super shiny and soft.

I love my color! It gave me the strawberry tone to my blond that I wanted and it didn’t come out orange! Looks completely natural! esalon is my new go to! I’ll never buy regular box color or go to the expensive salon again!

I've used esalon for several years. My custom color is right on and beautiful. I have black hair and yet my color adds a beautiful reddish tone that looks like well done highlights in covering my grey. Color easily last 6 weeks. Hair is always stronger, healthy looking and with high shine. All for such a low price

This is the best out of salon coloring product that I have used. The color is even and looks natural. Often black dye results in purple hues. However, Jennifer B is my colorist and provides me with a great soft black that retains its shine.

So far so good. Perfect color and it's true from roots to ends. First impression is this is not another "box color" product. The easy to use kit includes clear instructions, and all the "extras" you get at a salon at a fraction of the price. The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars now is to see how well the color stands up over the next few weeks. Stay tuned.

I had asked the colorist to mix a slightly lighter shade as I want to achieve a lighter colour over the next year but gradually. Colour was spot on with great instructions customised to help me achieve my long term aim. Very happy. I'm a customer for life. Thank you.
