The details of my individual color where exactly what I wanted. The process was very simple to follow and apply. You can tell the difference in quality right away. The added shine was fantastic, and even the shampoo and conditioner were so amazing I bought the bottles. I have been coloring my hair for years and have always gone to the salon. My friend was a stylist but after I moved away, I couldn’t afford full price salon visits and decided to give eSalon a try. My first color was great but I was really impressed with my second color. The eSalon stylist took my feedback and adjusted my formula to create the exact color I wanted! The color is rich and lasts well. Very impressed with the quality, price and customer service!
Since I have started coloring due to graying hair, this formula has been the closest to my natural color than any other I have used. Being a red head all of my life, it has been a struggle to regain auburn. Most colors are geared for brunettes. This has been a treat.
The selection I made was just what I was looking for. My hair has never been so soft and shiny. The color lasts and does not fade like the hair color you would buy over the counter.

The Heart Lock It shampoo does as advertised; it locks in the color and gives shine to your hair. I have used other shampoos in the past and my color always washed out. With heart lock it, my color remains. Worth the price.

Today I had a very thorough training on how to apply color from Kelsey. I have never colored my own hair. She gave very clear instructions and made me comfortable with the process. I appreciate how she made me feel at ease and I'm looking forward to trying this on my own.
I got my color kit in the mail this morning. Came home and applied right away. I adore this color! It's about as close to my natural color as I could possibly get without shaving my head and starting over, which is exactly what I was going for. Better than any store bought box dye. Finding the right shade at the store is a nightmare, especially for a blonde. It can easy go awry. I love that this is custom just for me! No guessing! The proccess was easy to do and I had beautiful results. I love my hair color!

I was really nervous to try and color my hair at home but I crossed my fingers and took a deep breath. I had a few questions before I started and when I called not only was it NOT an automated message system but a person answered and the actually knew my name. I absolutely love the simplicity and the convenience that eSalon has given me with my hair color! I used to do the standard box stuff, but my hair would always end up dry and brittle, so I had to stop.
One day I saw an ad come across my FaceBook screen and I decided to take the jump. I was tired of my dark blond hair and the gray hairs everywhere! So I ordered a nice natural light blonde. About a week later, it arrived and I was ready to give it a try...
I was happy with how my hair looked. It was nicely brightened to a blond that I loved and the texture of my hair felt amazing!!! My only problem, was I felt it was a tad to brassy in the red tones for me...so on my next order, I advised the colorists of my issue and they rectified it without issue.

I could not get over how well my hair turned out. It was gorgeous and received a lot of compliments. Not only the color but the texture of my hair was healthier.
I was apprehensive at first as I've had some bad experiences in the past coloring my hair at home. The box sat unopened for two weeks. Finally I opened the box and got to it. The color turned out exactly the way I wanted! Love the color! Great grey coverage! I will continue to use this!

I love it! I have extremely thick and curly hair so when I do an inhome color I usually have to have 2 to 3 boxes of bleach plus just as many hair dye boxes. Esalon sent me enough for my whole head of hair AND I didn't need bleach. I am in love with this! Plus it was so much less than what I was paying.
Received my 1st color package yesterday.colored my hair today, and it looks amazing. So easy to do, excellent resources, and they are super helpful! Will definitely continue using this product.

On second order I requested a touch of red to be added to my light golden brown. It came out to be my true color from younger years! I am very happy with this product. The color holds longer than the product I had been using, and the customer service is great! I highly recommend eSalon!
From day one of using this product I have loved it. It last longer than any over the counter product I have used or have had done at the salon. Which says a lot because I love my stylist.

I really like the ease of use and instructions are so easy to follow, which is nice. I’m definitely trying again with a tweaking of color. CustomerCare was fantastic!
I have to admit that I was skeptical. It's been over a decade since I've colored my own hair. And I'll be honest, back then I used the cheap drugstore stuff. I didn't know what to expect with eSalon, but I figured why not, I'll give it a try. And boy oh boy I'm sure glad I did! I applied the color last night and it's the EXACT shade of red that I wanted! I don't know how many times I've told a stylist that I wanted copper red only to walk out with auburn. Time and time again I was disappointed. Berenz with eSalon got my color just right! I do NOT plan to spend a ton of money at the salon every again. Thank you eSalon!

Once again ... YOU GUYS ROCK!!!! Just used your recommended color on my roots to blend the grey with my new lighter color and highlights. Not gonna lie ... I was a bit nervous about a permanent color but you ROCKED IT!!! And on the 1st try!!! The color is perfect, covers the grey and blends with my dark golden blond colored and highlighted hair. I didn’t want my highlights covered ... they are not and actually, with the grey in my natural hair, it created its own highlights. Kudos once again to the eSalon crew!!! My new best friends!!! 👍👍👍

My hair was a 'Riverdale Cheryl/Archie' color but after it began to fade and I had bought this to retouch it. I loved the packaging. Loved how it was made and how detailed it was, although he colour was a little lighter than I'd like it to be, the shampoo and conditioner was great and since I have short hair, I still have some left!x

It's so close to my natural darkness with a hint of purple, Instructions were so easy, My husband colored my hair! Will definitely be using again! With maybe adding a hint more purple next time. I never would have thought to add water to the bottle and add it back to my hair in the shower to loosen up the dye! It really helped the dye come out much easier and faster, Normally I am rinsing my hair for a good 10 minutes before it runs clear and it only took a couple of minutes! LOVE THIS!

This hair color is wonderful. The color becomes richer each day after application. I tried the tip of adding water during the last five minutes for the multi dimensional effect....it worked! My hair looks simply amazing and the grey is completely covered and blended in. No more store bought boxed color for me. Happy Hair Here! Still happy hair one year later! I'm a eSalon customer for life!

I tried esalon after noticing my sister's hair looked super healthy and shiny. She told me it was esalon and I should try it. When I did, I found the whole process super easy; from ordering to paying and finally to using the product.

This is the best product I’ve ever used. It’s easy to use with great accessories, covers my greys and the colour lasts longer on the hair. My only suggestion is that I could do with a smaller root application kit. Maybe 2 or 3 sets for roots in a box. It seems a great waste to use the whole kit for a root touch up and throw the rest away.
I love my hair coloring kit. Love my color, two sets of gloves, stain guard and remover, all in the box. Great coverage and color stays great until the need to color again, because of roots. Wish they made a smaller, root touch up color kit.
I have never had luck coloring my own hair in the past & have spent a small fortune at the hair salon for years. My sister urged me to try eSalon & I was pleasantly surprised. My hair looks exactly the same color as my hair stylist's work. Truth be told, I am shocked at how great the color turned out & how easy the instructions were to follow.

I have been using this color now for a couple of years. They always get things right and the color is great. It is not harsh on my hair like some products are and it looks like I had this professionally done.
This is a game changer! The color was spot on! I do my hair at the salon but I want to touch up my roots in between salon visits. I tried a drugstore once and was a complete disaster! This is perfection!
I have a pixie cut & even my hairdresser commented on the beautiful tones in my hair.
He explained normally brown dyes are flat but mine bounced & caught the light.
I find it covers my whites & greys well. It definitely softens them & helps with how frizzy & wiry they appear.

I have natural, lovely color that can be adjusted with the help of an E-Salon color consultant. I disliked the quick fading of store-bought color and how harsh they were on my hair. These are great hair products that make your hair feel like you have been to a salon. My hair is in it's best condition because of this company's products. You can tell "during" the very first coloring that your hair feels better. Been a satisfied member since 2014!
