eSalon has solved my hair coloring woes. It looks so much better than out of the box and is affordable. The personalized instructions are so helpful too. For the first time I don't have an unintentional ombre look because of fading color.

So far the color is amazing and multidimensional just like my original hair color. We'll see if through weeks if it maintains this color. I don't believe in cutting my hair and haven't done so in 21 years. I hope that in about 10 weeks when I do the root and ends kit that this amazing color is just the same as now. If it doesn't then I'll just order another full kit and do all the hair again.

So I'm not savy when it comes to doing my hair, I'm all thumbs. But this was pretty simple and effortless.
I used the brush and did a pretty good job. The mixture had a very strong odor..
Thw coverage is great. No grays poking thru. Can't wait to do it again!!!

When I was putting the color on my hair, I thought it was going to be way too dark, but it came out almost perfect. I am ordering again, to change the color a smidgen, and can't wait!

The color is great and my hair felt so good after I colored it. No chemical smell either! I have grays at my temples that are hard to color. This did a better job than what I used before.

I love the thought that went into putting this color package together: the color made just for me, the easy directions and personal guide to support my existing highlights, TWO pairs of gloves, stain guard and stain remover! Wait, there's more...packet of shampoo and conditioner for after use. Perfect! The color was made by my direction and photo. Looks great! AND Easy, Peasy!

I have really thick, long hair which tends to absorb hair dye, so I was really sceptical that there would be enough dye for me. I was very pleasantly surprised! There was lots of product, with a little left over!
Really loved the packaging and the easy instructions, with all the items I needed to do my colour. I also really loved having a personal colourist email me to ask follow up questions about my colour.
Highly recommend!!

I loved that the kit was nicely packed with all that was needed to color hair. The color was really nice, I do have a lot of gray, it did cover the gray but seemed to uncover quickly around my face, where it is really white. I do want to try again, because maybe I didn’t apply it just right. Overall a good experience. Thank you

I changed my coloring for the summer. I asked to have it brightened and so I was sent enough to do my touch-up and a recolor. It covered my grays perfectly and gave me that slightly lighter/brighter look I was wanting.

I have been using shop bought hair colours for a very long time and they were fine when I was younger but now I have more grey coming through the roots were always a different shade to the rest of my hair and I tried everything. I have just put my new custom made colour on from eSalon and it is brilliant. Everything in the pack is great, I love the stain guard and stain remover and the colour is even all over, my hair feels great too. Yes its a little more expensive than shop bought colours but take my word for it, it is worth it. I have the shampoo and conditioner and the weekly tint. I highly recommend trying this out you will be amazed. I am sticking with eSalon from now on I am over the moon. Thank you eSalon

My daughter helped me apply the coloring, as thus was my first time. However, the process was easy and I have no qualms about coloring my hair myself from now on. The color was perfect and the grey coverage complete. My hair felt soft and looked shiny! Very pleased!

The last 17 times I’ve colored my hair have been with my eSalon custom color. At first I was skeptical because I’m Asian and previously had bad experiences with other colors, this was at home and at the salon. The customer service was wonderful. I must have clicked a wrong button somewhere (remind self to order from my tablet not my tiny phone screen!) and I ended up with a root touch up that didn’t really change my hair color much. When I called to check why this was the case the lady, Anna, explained it all to me kindly and did a phone consultation on the kind of color I was hoping for and then helped make sure the next shipment would be what I wanted.

I love my color, my hair is vibrant, fresh and left feeling soft. It helps to cover up my grays. With 2-3 shampoos a week, it will last approximately 4 weeks.

No appointments to juggle, no need to remember to buy product if you do your own hair.

It's a great color. I love that it's adjusted for my individual taste. It doesn't dry out my hair or make it feel stiff. But the ammonia smell, or whatever it is, nearly gags me when I'm using it. But I do have a small shower.

I purchased this product because the over-the-counter hair dyes, just weren't covering the grays like they should. This product covers all the grays, gives my hair lots of shine, and I'm complimented on the color every time. So when I'm asked; "what I use"; I tell them "Esalon".

I am so happy with the results of my hair, I ordered a custom color to put at home, for which my daughter helped me and she was even impressed with the packaging, delivery and ease of application. I am loving the color I got it’s exactly what I expected. Color is perfect. No one has ever said. Did you dye your hair. It is almost perfect to my real hair color. I’m 70 but, do not have a lot of grey. And this turns out perfect every time. I have to make sure I cover roots only. And results ( perfect).

My color was made just for me and I love it. It takes a little more time to do than a cheap drugstore box, but much less time AND money than a salon. The instructions and application videos are so helpful. Super messy in the shower, but able to clean up easily after. The color lasts and stays rich between my colorings.

I’ve been using eSalon hair color & conditioning products for quite a few months now, and I am always pleased with the results I get. Since I live in Hawaii, my hair takes a beating from the sun & humidity, and has a tendency to bleach out quicker. So I’ve had to change my color formula recently, which was quite easy! A quick phone call and conversation with a colorist and a new formula is made up. I just tried it, and I am shocked at how good it came out. They had warned me not to be concerned by the name, just to trust that it would take care of the brassiness, give it some depth, but without changing the basic color too much. It’s absolutely perfect! The best part is that it costs me a fraction of what a salon job here on the island would charge! Thank You, eSalon... you’re the best!

I am so happy with esalon! For the same amount of money I used to spend on drugstore hair color I get custom color and expert advice for free. I chose a color and really was unsure about it. I received an email from a esalon colorist suggesting a slightly different shade and it's perfect. Thanks so much for the great customer service. I've coloured my hair for a long time - a very long time - and been round and round trying to find the perfect colour: mixing different boxes of colour, adding this and taking away that - in other words, experimenting on my hair! Didn't always get the results I was looking for and yes, I've turned my hair orange!
Thank heavens I found esalon an decided to give it a try. The colour is always wonderful and love that I can change the shading - or even the entire colour - if I want. And they do it right, no more experimenting for me! I also love their other products. Still in the process of finding the combo to make my hair perfect again, but whatever I try always makes some kind of improvement.
Last - I love that I can ask a question and there's always a real, living, breathing person giving the answer. And they REALLY seem to care! Like they want my hair to get where I want it nearly as much as I do. No tricks to keep me buying more products, either! I trust them and that means a lot.

I love using esalon. The convenience of ordering online with my busy schedule is great. I update shipping frequency based on the # of times I change my coloring needs anywhere, anytime. So convenient and hassle free. I am a creature of habit and try to have the frequency of my color shipped right when I need it, but if I need to change its all online. No waiting for an automated system prompting what to do next in a phone call.

Love love love my color!! It goes great with my skin tone and is long lasting. I always get compliments on it. I am so glad that I took a chance and went with this company and this concept. I love my color! I am super picky about my hair color and religiously had a salon appointment every 5 weeks to cover my greys...... until my stylist canceled on me twice. I was desperate and didn't want to do a supermarket box color. I followed the easy instructions and ordered my color. I was nervous because my greys are more white and my stylist struggled with my roots coming out "hot". When I received my color I crossed my fingers, said a prayer, and put it on. I love the results! I've been coloring my hair for over 35 years. I know what items to buy from my local Beauty Supply store to color my hair, but now I don't have to. I created my own color based on what color I had previously used and the changes I had wanted to see. My eSalon Custom Color Set is perfect! I get everything I need in one little box. I have used “drug store” colors and had my hair professionally colored. Esalon is a great mix of both worlds. The convenience of at home, any time of day coloring with the color and quality of the color comparable to a Salon. Best of all, my color arrives on my doorstep.
