Before having my kids, I used to colour my hair black. I looked at pictures & realized how washed out and “witchy” I looked. I have been trying to get the black out ever since. With other dyes, my light roots always came in quick & strong- looking almost Grey, the ends dry & black, leaving whatever washed out shade in the middle. Since joining esalon, my hair looks amazing! With the help of the tint rinse, the tool kit, and the wonderful help of the team, I was able to transition into a beautiful chocolate-y, brown, which, in certain lights almost has a purple pearl hue. My hair feels SO soft & healthy, and I love that my colourist is always checking to recommend new products, or see whether I’m looking to change my shade. I love this company!

Easy to read and follow instructions , even down to the little sticker to hold your instructions so you can read them.
My hair smelt salon pampered and the grey coverage was awesome.
I would and have recommended ESalon to anyone that would listen :)

I have been using Esalon for several years and to say that I am pleased is an understatement to say the least.
I have never been disappointed with their service or my color,
having received compliments from several hair dressers.
Using this simple formula to make my hair not gray has been
a blessing as I hear many of my peers state that a few reasons that they stop coloring their hair are:
the cost,
the inconvenience
as well as the fading colors.

Perfectly customised on a wide range of different shades, easy instructions and easy to do, always on time, cheaper than any hair salon but in my opinion even better result! The staff is very available and gave me great advices. I couldn’t recommend eSalon more!

My color was near perfect and I thought I'm going to change it on the second-order and I'm not going to get what I want. WRONG! It was exactly what I wanted. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that I am getting a quality product, at a great price. The process is easy, it doesn't leave my hair smelling like chemicals for days. Very happy!

I was nervous using this colour for the first time as I always visit a salon but I am thrilled with the way my hair looks after using my chosen colour Darkest Brown. The step by step instructions are simple to follow and the result is more than I had hoped for. The colour is even and has covered a full head of grey hair it looks shiny and healthy and I feel amazing. Thanks eSalon.

Love the vibrancy of my colour! Was nervous when I put it on and it looked dark at first but then when I washed it out and looked perfect! Hair sparkles! I’m blonde and it’s usually dull and it’s either beige or ash. With this custom colour it’s a gorgeous golden blonde which is what I asked for! Love the personal touch with my name on everything :)

Am Anfang war ich ein klein wenig skeptisch, um ehrlich zu sein auch noch nachdem ich aus der Dusche raus war.. aber als ich meine Haare geföhnt hatte könnte ich nicht mehr meine Augen vom Spiegel lassen 😍Es ging einfach und man hätte das bestimmt auch alleine hin bekommen(hatte Hilfe) die Anleitung war gut zu verstehen und das mischen der Farbe war ein Kinderspiel 😅
Kurz gesagt ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde es nochmal bestellen 👍

My hair condition has improved 100% since using this product. I used over the counter and my hair was dry and shedding.
I now have improved hair growth from keeping the other products off of my hair!

I wanted to achieve my natural hair colour (warm brown) after having purple hair. My colourist has got it spot on! My colour matches my natural hair perfectly, and you can only slightly see hints of purple in certain light, but that’s completely expected after only dyeing it once! I love the formula as well, it has made my hair so shiny and lovely!

I was so happy with my custom color. Alexandria was patient and took her time speaking with me and she did a great job. And I have to say I have VERY thick coarse hair and I was very nervous about not having enough product but I had more than enough.. I am so happy with this color I will probably never go back to a salon again... And believe me, that is something I never thought I would hear myself say.. :)))

Wasn't sure when ordering color online since I have went to the salon for my past colorings. This worked great! Instructions provided were very helpful. I was able to do it myself, cover all my hair and have been getting compliments on it since!
I did not section my hair out as requested. I used the bottle and massaged through hair getting all hair saturated with color.
I will be recommending eSalon to my friends & family!

My sister Tina recommended eSalon to me so during this dreadful time I could with confidence, colour my own hair. My beautifully personal and put together first pack arrived a week ago and I have put off until today the 'dreading ' dying of the roots! I put a huge mirror in the snowy sunlight and did exactly as the instructions said and it was incredibly easy. I mixed a paste and brushed onto my roots bit by bit, my husband painted a bit over my crown, I waited 30 mins and followed the finishing shampoo and conditioning instructions and 'voila'! I blowed dried and really cannot believe the even tone result and what's more my grey - well what grey! Thank you so much eSalon xx

I have used the same DIY colour for years. I loved the colour but it never lasted, although permanent. My grey started to come back through after only 3 weeks. Since using esalon, my greys stay away for twice as long and the colour is a nicer shade than my old one. Would definitely recommend.

My scalp is very sensitive which made it rather difficult for me to color my hair, have tried many many products but I am very happy with this product, it left my hair feeling nice and silky. I just need to amend my color a bit as currently, it is a little too dark but that is just my own doing. Will recommend this product to anyone. Will certainly keep using it.

I never write a review really. Esalon has made my day. I have mousy brown hair and had a load of highlights growing out. I wanted to return to brunette but when I use box dyes it always starts off too dark then goes a red-brown. I just wanted a nice brunette with tones and I uploaded a few pictures and chose my colour and even though I was worried it was going to go red or orange it is now a lovely brunette. So pleased!

Very pleased with my color. When I let eSalon know that the gray was not being colored as well as the rest of my hair, they adjusted for it, and the result was great.

First time using e salon and I’m so happy I found them . The quiz / questionnaire is a definite must . My match was perfect to my natural color which is a light black . When I was younger I was always terrified of getting grey hair and needing constant color for my roots and it not matching and the dark staining around my hairline after . Seal on gives Stain prep for before and post wipes after . I love it .

On my first order, the grey coverage and color was off by a 1/2 shade to a shade. I spoke with a color specialist who adjusted my color for better grey coverage and a darker shade and the next batch was a perfect color blend! Very easy process for a 1st time user. This has been a hugeee win during the pandemic! So glad I was referred by my mom to try this out! 😊✨

My husband and I are sheltering in during the pandemic and doing each other’s hair which has been rather fun.This is the first time I have colored my own hair after 25 years of salon color. I have to say that I like the color better! The instructions were clear. A plastic bowl, plastic clips and cape were super helpful and we used them for my husband’s cut as well! Thank you Esalon!

Yesterday afternoon I coloured my hair at home for the first time - thanks to Corona - with a colour from eSalon. Before that I always went to a local hairdresser. The colouring kit is lovely and very professional with instructions - so I coloured a trial strand following video instructions from eSalon. This was beautiful and I dared to dye the whole head. The result is really great, the colour is beautiful and I feel very comfortable with it. Many thanks to the Esalon team:-)

I’ve done my hair for the first time today. I had a lot of grey at the roots as I’ve missed two hair appointments now because of lockdown. I recently went from Aveda colour to Wella and the darkest brown has matched the colour perfectly. My Husband helped me do the back (& we’re still married) I’m super impressed with the results! It doesn’t look anything like a box die.

I never knew I could learn how to color my hair from home because it is the most expensive salon experience I take part in, so I thought it would be too difficult. I was a little apprehensive coloring my hair. I had let the grey grow out and was primarily grey . I wasn't sure I wanted to make the commitment to go back to coloring my hair. The color came out even and well matched with the natural brown of my hair color.

I am so impressed with this color. It’s easy and the color looks amazing immediately after I’m finished. A lot of times in the past when I’ve used at home color I feel like I need about a week or so and several washings before I like how it looks. My hair looks and feels so healthy and shiny... and during such a challenging time and only one visit to the salon for a cut in the last year switching to eSalon has really boosted my self love. I’ve had so many comments and compliments on my hair since I switched to eSalon and lots of women who comment on it think it’s my natural color. 😉

It doesn't crisp my fine, naturally curly hair. It's soft and curly and manageable on the same day I color. It's the perfect color! Just the same as my natural color before the greys started taking over.

I didn't get to use my color until one month later but it was perfect. It came out great. My grays are nicely covered. I was sent another bottle for the length of the hair, that was nice. Color's subtle not too dark, perfect! I was also nervous for how long it took to apply it because i have thick curly hair but it was fine, no shedding. Great turn out, thanks! I have my own colorist, yeh me! Like the packaging tailored just for me. Very Satisfied.

Zwar: war die Anreise meiner Farbe Dank Covid schwierig und auch der Zoll durch Brexit nervte; aber erstens die Zollgebühren wurden mir durch eSalon gut geschrieben und zweitens ist die Farbe der BURNER!!!! :) ich liebe sie. Hab Ansatz und Längen in verschiedenen Farben; obwohl der Ansatz einwenig zu hell ausgefallen ist ist die Farbe sensationell: satt/glänzend/voluminös wirkend- genau was ich von meiner Haarfarbe will! Bei der nächsten Bestellung hab ich mit meiner Coloristin ein wenig den Ansatz dunkler gestaltet- freue mich jetzt schon auf das Ergebnis :)

I was worried about what the finished color would look like. However the clear instructions and videos made it easy. When I rinsed out the color I was so happy. The color has different tones and looks so natural that no one even noticed. Gone is the nasty dishwater Grey replaced by beautiful natural looking color. Thank you!

I have a very unusual natural colour- a strawberry blonde- that, now I’m ageing, is fading in intensity and showing white hairs. Rather than want a radical change, I just wanted an overall “brightening” . My colour match was superb!!! It’s exactly the same colour I had naturally when I was in my twenties! No brassiness or artificial-looking ginger shading. I’m so impressed.

Got my order and finally tried it out. Perfect! As an aging strawberry blonde I was having trouble with brassy undertones pulling through. The biege blonde cooled down my hair and with it my rudy complexion. Couldn't be happier. And it was odor free! But the shampoo smelt so good! Thanks. I'll be looking forward to regular shipments!

Let me start by saying my hair was so fried and dead from bleaching! I always do my own hair with cheap box dyes from the store with results always different than expected! This hair dye was recommended to me which I had never hear of before, so I tried with no knowledge nor high expectations. I literally had nothing to lose my hair was already severely damaged. This color set is absolutely gorgeous, perfect, amazing, and unbelievably magical! This actually made my hair feel healthier after coloring it which I have never felt before! I will never go back to box dyes again! I highly recommend this product to anyone. Somehow they captured the color perfectly to exactly what I was looking for!
