I have dark really thick brown hair and have been using box colours at home for years, but I found as my roots became increasingly grey the colour started to become brassy at the roots before I was due to retouch my roots again. I had seen the online adverts for E-salon during lockdown and decided to give it a try. I was really surprised just how much better the quality of my colour is. The colour is nearer to my natural colour. I like that it can be tweaked with your personal colourist should I require it and the best part is the fact that the colour is more consistent all over my hair and it holds right up til I due my next root touch up, NO MORE BRASSY ROOTS AND DARK ENDS!!

I’ve tried other online shipping companies, custom items through sally and (gasp) store box colors. This product is the only product that completely covers grays and the color is even after every color. I have very dark brown hair, so other products always left my roots a lighter orange color. They’re quick to respond and user friendly to adjust shipments and orders. Well done!

Erst dachte ich "Na, ob das was wird?!"
und es wurde tatsächlich etwas. Ich bin total begeistert. Meine grauen Haare wurden komplett abgedeckt und der Rotton ist wirklich toll geworden.
Meine Haare sind gepflegt und riechen gar nicht nach Chemie oder frisch gefärbt.

It is a perfect fit for me. The first color is a little dark but was easy to change that for my next order. It still looks so beautiful and has been a long lasting color. With store bought colors it has washed out way too quickly and this color has stayed. I will never go back to over the counter again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about eSalon. My own custom color that covers my whites, matches perfectly, blends tones, and keeps my hair happy and healthy - yes! The packaging is delightful and the process is easy. The customer service is beyond. I was able to actually get on the phone with the person designing my color. They were fantastic and helped get me the exact results I was looking for. Shipping comes when I need it and the price is right. I tried the competitor and never was satisfied with the color online, so i never ordered. I found e-salon during the pandemic and liked the way i was able to choose my color. It was great and easy to tweek online for my next order. I NEVER colored my hair at home before, so have a friend do it for me. SO now I am hooked on doing my hair at home and saving money. I kinda feel bad for my hairdresser who I dont' see except for a cut every 4 months.

I ended up doing the bottle method, took my time, and the overall colour was awesome.....I would need an assist if I did the brush method, as not very co ordinated :)

This turned out to be a perfect color match!
I panicked a little bit as the color processed on my head. It appeared to be getting very dark; almost black. BUT... when the process finished, I rinsed my hair and then dried it, I was impressed! My stubborn gray was completely covered and the color match was the best I've ever had with an at-home color.

I love this color. It is easy to put on and use. It is easy on the skin. I was paying to have my hair colored. This has no harsh chemicals no scalp burn or blisters. The smell is not horrible like so many colors, I have found that it has minimal skin staining. What is not to like about all of that. The price is definitely right. Post coloring my hair is soft and smooth. The shampoo and conditioner that come with are great as well.

As most of us, I have tried salon and OTC hair color-NEVER been happy with either. eSalon has given me the best "personalized" hair color and it covers my gray perfectly. The application instructions and videos are very helpful, as is the ability to "tweek" your hair color by communication with the knowledge eSalon staff. The ability to add highlights, though I have not tried this, is another option as I have never been happy with regular salon visits (let alone the expense). Much better than competitor which I have also tried.

cela faisait longtemps que je voyais ma pub sur les réseaux de e-salon et j’ai sauter le pas et franchement je ne regrette rien du tout la couleur et parfaite tout est super bien expliquer sur la notice avec en plus on pourrai croire qu’on a acheter notre couleur dans un salon tout y est les produits pour les racines pour les pointes la crème protectrice pour le visage en cas de teinture les gants (2 paires) le shampoing et l’après shampooing et même la petite serviette pour enlever les restes éventuels sur le visage franchement rien à redire juste parfait j’ai jamais fait une teinture aussi nickel que celle la je recommande à 100%

So easy to use and my color is perfect. My hair feels wonderful. For a fraction of what I have to pay at a salon the results are actually better. If you have any question about being this don't.

This was very easy for me. I do recommend that you use a bowl if you are only going to areas. Easy to mix. I do recommend that you get plastic hair clips to hold your hair up or away. I just went to the dollar store and got a package of clips.

Bei der Anwendung der Tönung kann man eigentlich nichts falsch machen, denn die einzelnen Schritte werden in der mitgelieferten Gebrauchsanweisung genau beschrieben (diese ist personalisiert)! Allerdings habe ich für mich herausgefunden, dass ich es wie beim Profifriseur mache und die Mischung mit Behälter und Pinsel auftrage. So kann ich besser dosieren und die Farbe gleichmäßig auftragen! Funktioniert sehr gut, wenn man wie ich seinen Mann als Helfer im Hintergrund hat und der den Hinterkopf bearbeitet! Das Ergebnis spricht für sich!

This color does not fade at all. I’ve done two colorings thus far and am very satisfied. When I noticed the grays did not get the coverage the first time, my colorist Jennifer gave me suggestions and options. After making the requested suggestion my hair is beautiful!

The color was exactly what they said it would be! I have very hard to color grey.... I've tried sooo many over the counter colors and they either didn't cover, as advertised, or they faded really fast. I also tried salons and they were expensive or just didn't do what I wanted. This turned out natural looking, not metallic looking, but natural, and covered everything! It's not expensive and does a great job! Thank you!

I was colouring at home during pandemic with products bought at pharmacies.
My hair was terrible but this colour is salon quality - does not wash out and looks healthy
and a natural.
A must have!

This has changed how I colour my hair, looks salon done lovely high and lowlights. Fantastic customer service you can alter deals or colours and you have personal colourist who keeps in touch. 10 /10

I have been very happy overall with my custom color sets. Colorists listen to feedback, concerns, and adjust formula accordingly.
Packaging is nice, though quite a bit of waste. Comes with everything needed, including clear, concise instructions.
A huge improvement over typical box dye, with all of the convenience and cost savings.

I asked my colorist to adjust my color because with my white hair my color tends to fade rapidly. My colorist responded with a darker shade with which to color my roots. It was perfect. I love it.
