I did a light set and most of it turned out great, but some of it was too brassy for me. I talked to a stylist about my color. I wanted to lighten my color and cover the brassy tones. (tall order I know) She completely changed my color and tint rinse and I love my hair color. I've been using ESalon for about six months now and I couldn't be happier. I used the wash out hair color for years and it was never quite right. My hair is the color that I want and I love it.

I used these products & a good friend of mine helped me with the steps. I was a lil bit scared; I love my hair! That is my best and only good asset! But I’m loving my hair! The color is perfect, all the white is gone, & it’s still soft! I love love love this experience and I will Definitely use your products in the future! How long do I need to wait before I put highlights in; just dyed it on the 3rd???

I love the color that I got- demi permanent Warm beige light brown - however I thought that it was supposed to last through about 24-28 shampoos. The little bit of gray I have came through really quickly and the color mostly washed out after about two weeks which is maybe 7 shampoos. Even with all this, I would still purchase again because it was very easy to use and came out really nice. Not ready for permanent yet, but will definitely buy this from eSalon also when I am ready.

First time home hair colour.

I had only been to a stylist to colour my hair in past (mostly streaks and highlights, nothing that required a lot of commitment). When I got a few extra greys recently though, I decided it was time to start dying it all over. Esalon has been great in the process of trying to help me find the right colour. The instructions make application easy, and I have enjoyed learning and experimenting. This last consultation was great and the results were fabulous. If you are uncertain about going ‘all in’ so to speak, the Demi/Semi-Permanent options are a great starting point. Just FYI, though, I have fine hair and the demi-permanent colour seems to last longer than 25 washes on me. I am not complaining, it’s just an observation. I have been very happy with eSalon’s customer service, and the product itself. Definitely recommend.

Es ist wirklich ein toller Service. Vor jeder Bestellung passe ich etwas die Farbe nach meinen Wünschen an und es wird gleich umgesetzt.
Und obwohl alles ziemlich nach Chemie riecht und bestimmt auch ist, pflegt es die Haare und sie fühlen sich toll an hinterher. Bin angenehm überrascht.

I have been using for few months. I have naturally light brown hair with greys particularly around the temples which are so stubborn to colour!
I received great advice from Jessika who put in my personal instructions to leave it on longer than I had previously. The results are honestly really good. Completely covered my greys and they are still covered some weeks on. My hair looks healthy and shiny and if you are in any doubt to spend less and buy from a shop off the shelf, don’t! I have used every brand on the market and Esalon produces top quality colours.

This is as close to my salon colour as possible, only I can tell the difference! And my hair feels great and if I spill anything, it wipes up easily and doesn't stain my sink or tub!

I had received my first box just before Covid struck, and I was going to get my hair cut first before dyeing my hair. Unfortunately that never happened when the first box arrived. I hung on to it until this past week. (Over a year!!). I thought what the hell, got my hair cut (finally!), and did the color. I love it!! And for the price, ABSOLUTELY I will do it again, and again!!

I have to say after taking the color quiz and stating what I needed, my current black had no dimension, looked inky and unnatural, my colorist found the perfect, I say perfect shade of black for me!! It completely covered all my grays, it looks so natural, more like my natural very dark brown, and my hair looks and feels so healthy!! The shade of black really complements my complexion and don’t need extra heavy eye makeup with this shade of black! Thank you Stefanie and eSalon!

I was concerned when my stylist said she changed the color I ordered. I was so impressed how much she was spot on! Perfect color. My hair looks shiny and perfect. 10/10 recommended

Absolutely amazing color! I really love how the hair looks afterwards as well in terms of texture - very shiny, very smooth. Really impressed. I have never achieved this color before and I tried lots of brands.

I have been trying to get a similar color for years - this turned out amazing and light for the summer months! I used the videos to learn how to apply. Although it took some practice for the back of my head, it came out wonderfully. I also have a bit of grey and ALL of it is covered. Thank you so much!!

I love this so much. The items in the pretty pink box come personalized with your name. It has little stickers to tack you instructions to the wall or mirror so you are able to read them without touching them. The hair color covers well and lasts. The fact that it shows up at your door is pretty awesome too!! This is a good quality product that is gentle to your hair and so super easy to use.

I love my custom color. I’m 47 and have never colored my hair until last year when I purchased my first color from your company. I’m a natural redhead and have just started to get not gray hair but a few white hairs and they were making me crazy. I was fearful of coloring my hair because I didn’t want it to look fake but no one can even tell. I cannot even tell, with the exception of all the white hairs now being gone! So thank you, thank you, thank you!

I love this whole system for coloring my grey hair. It looks totally natural and the weekly conditioner keeps it lasting till my 7th week of recovering. Better than any store bought hair color I have ever used......including Sally's Beauty supply stores. This is a MUST TRY system!!!

It was a step by step process and they had a telephone number available for you if you needed assistance. My color came out great and I was really satisfied with the results.

I love this, from start to end. Everyone has been wonderful, my hair does not get that dried over-processed feel after I use my custom color set. I have mentioned to my consultant that I would like to try a slight lighter shade and adjustments have already been made, fingers crossed because I was a little nervous about going lighter. The packaging is thought out nicely with personal touches, clear instructions, and another great touch is that you can watch how to videos. Honestly this has been a great service for me and I would recommend this service to anyone who dyes their hair. Thank you eSalon!

Not sure how you nailed it but the color was absolutely perfect. I just colored for the first time so excited to see how well it holds up. I had three complements my first day back at work after coloring. Not from co workers but patients who I have never met before. Now it’s been a few weeks I only have one issue. My hair isn’t as shiny as it usually is after coloring.

I have always box dyed as didn't think it was worth paying so much to get it professionally dyed, I tried this to see the difference and its amazing , great lasting colour with beautiful tones. I will never go back to shop bought box dye.

I changed my haircolor one shade darker and it turned out so beautiful. I know you might be thinking only one shade darker but my hair was lightest blonde (but looked white). I am very pleased.
