I tried the new chocolate color that has a bit of ash and a bit of red on a lark. I usually go neutral bcuz ash gives my hair a green tinge, & red can make me brassy- neither of which are a good look for me. But I wondered if they may cancel each other out. Well for me, they did. I have the prettiest shade of dark chocolate with barely discernable hints of dark red (not copper or brass!) Which gives my color depth and is very natural looking. I LOVE IT!

Merci à esalon pour cette couleur châtain foncé. Les produits sont top : stain guard, stain remover et Le piceau sont très pratiques. J'étais un peu dubitative car c'était la 1ère fois que j'appliquais une couleur avec votre marque que je ne connaissais pas. Je suis convaincue. J'adore

I enjoy having the same color all the time. I even been to their Salon in LA. They did a fantastic job putting on my color before I left on a vacation out of LAX. I don't know about you but I save a LOT OF MONEY with e-Salon.

I finally found a beautiful golden brown base that I can use why I try to lighten my hair with high & lowlights.
The shampoo and conditioner included made my hair super soft and manageable. I am so happy with this. Now it will be so easy to maintain a beautiful haircolor.

My first color kit was a little to red for me so, I asked the colorist to add more mahogany to my color formula. The second color kit was a perfect color for my complexion and hair. I am so happy with the way my color formula looks and the gray coverage it provides.

I wanted my color adjusted to remove the golden tone and go for a more ash light/medium brown. I love the color! it turned out just how I wanted it. I also love the process of getting my custom color to my door. My hair also feels great! I am a happy customer!

Easy to use. Comes with everything needed., including gloves, stain guard for forehead area (ears, etc.) , stain remover ( I tend to get color on my arms! ) and the easiest directions.

I absolutely love love love the color that eSalon has created for me. My hair is soft, shiny and healthy. I have gotten so many compliments, people cannot believe that I simply purchased this online. I use this to touch up grey roots and full head as well, it blends in so well month after month. Top quality salon grade product...this is NOT your typical drug store box hair color. I love ESalon. I signed up during the pandemic in 2020 and i have never gone back to the salon for a color. I have been a customer for 3 years and will remain faithful to ESalon. The customer service is superb plus the packaging is awesome. I also like that the color does not hurt my scalp. It's very gentle on my scalp. Love it!!! Definitely recommend to everyone.

I later asked for a hint of strawberry blonde, well, amazing, I really love the colour. So natural, such good condition too. Thank you esalon.
Here I am again. I've been using esalon hair colour for quite a few years now. I decided to go darker. Well! The results are beautiful. I absolutely love my colour, with hints of red, it is perfect. The condition of my hair is great too! Thank you so much esalon, you have a customer for many more years to come, ( I'm 69 now)

Die bisher beste Haarfarbe die ich jemals benutzt habe. Ich bin Fachfrau und weiss wovon ich rede. Dies ist die bisher beste Farbe ( Auftragqualität, Verträglichkeit, Farbbrillianz, Endergebniss.....) die ich jemals auf dem Pinsel hatte. I started using eSalon Custom Hair Color in 2020 and I have to tell everyone how very happy I am with the beauty of the color that I get from their products. I use the ammonia free option and appreciate the gentleness of the product. My hair is long and I have been coloring it since I was 40 years old. I am now 70 and the results and color I get with MY custom color cannot be beat or even matched by any drugstore brand or even something done by a professional colorist at a much higher cost. The color is such a great match to my original, youthful hair color that I look and feel years younger! I get so many compliments on my hair that it is just amazing. I also use the Tint Rinse between coloring and it keeps the color sharp and bright. You should spread the word and help ALL women (and men too) look and feel their best.

I don't know what this color is called but I love it! My husband does too! Unfortunately, I cannot remember who I spoke to but she helped me to make a decision for my olive skin and what I was after and assured me that I would love it! She said everyone that goes with this color is always very happy with it and she was right!

My hair blends into both white, blonde and reddish, light tan tones, since I were a young 5 yr old, and it was white/blonde the whole time before that. I braved it and my hair thanks me with how happy it bounces with moisture and overall bounciness. The coloring part seems so natural to mine that outside of some greys that try to come in, all I see is my natural tones. Thanks again!

First off, I want to say that I’m a stylist and have been for 22 years, specializing in color. I’m also an Educator and spent a few years teaching for Paul Mitchell the School.
I was not expecting to be impressed. I don’t think that’s even a strong enough positive word to share this experience!!
I was so impressed that I received an email from the team asking about my choice. They noticed that I was going down 2 levels in color and wanted to make sure I was aware, this would be a dramatic change.
I replied to the email and assured my stylist that I like change and was looking forward to it.
Finally, today is the day! The day I’d color my hair.
I am honestly amazed. The stain protection worked!! It never works on my skin, this did.
Ok, let’s mix up color!! Perfect amount of color and developer. I was worried about that because I have a lot of hair. Each time I would move to the next step, I still kept my hopes low. Holy cow did y’all ever change that!!!
The color, the developer, the shine, shampoo (that lathers up so beautifully and WILL be enough for anyone’s hair, are truly unbelievable!
Now it’s time for the big reveal. This color covers grey, colored my hair, and has the shiniest shine to it!!

I made the purchase in a moment of weakness. I was OK with my current shelf product, but decided to give it a try to determine if there was a difference after seeing reviews. It was the BEST decision! I love how the color looks on my hair and my thick, short hair is very soft to the touch. I'm definitely stay with eSalon color!

Easy to use - instructions were very simple. Like that a timer and 2 pair (instead of the usual 1 pair) of gloves and hair clips were included, and a sticker to hang the instruction sheet where it was visible at all times without having to be handled was a nice added touch. All the little extras were very nice and greatly appreciated. Arrived quickly, loved the personal (via internet) treatment. Can't wait to see how long the color actually lasts before it needs to be touched up. I plan to post again then

As a natural redhead who is now middle aged …. I have had a colorist mess up my hair so many times that I was finally jaded enough with EVERYTHING I’d tried at the salon to try DIY color. I thought - it can only get better than what I was doing, which was paying $225 a pop for the privilege of having a stylist turn my hair accidentally pink at every third visit. I have been impressed from the very beginning. I love esalon. This is so much more than DIY hair color in a box. They always respond to my change requests and it’s always looked fantastic. Never going back to the salon!!

A peine reçu, déjà essayé.
La coloration est facile à appliquer, elle ne pique pas (formule sans amonniaque pour ma part). La notice explicative est simple et très clair, pas besoin de passer des heures à la lire, les étapes sont bien expliquées. Elle se rince facilement et rend les cheveux doux même avant le shampoing et le soin.
Une légère modification avait été effectué, j'en ai été informé.
La couleur me convient, les reflets cuivré-acajou sont très jolis.
Les quantités était suffisante pour mes cheveux, pourtant au premier abord je me suis dite que je n'en aurais pas assez, au final il restait un petit fond dans les flacons.
Coloration en deux étapes sur cheveux très long.
Le service client est également très bien, je les ai contacté pour plus d'informations, la première personne était très aimable ce qui est rare de nos jours, la seconde personne Thibault était également très gentil, il a répondu à toutes mes questions.
Je recommande sans hésiter.
Je poursuis mon abonnement avec plaisir.

Ich habe jetzt das erste Mal die Farbe von eSalon ausprobiert und bin total begeistert. Meine Haarfarbe wurde schon so oft bewundert.
Ich habe mir auch das kaschier Puder mitbestellt, weil mein Ansatz nach ca,2 Wochen schon wieder leicht zu sehen ist. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen, es ist genau wie meine Haarfarbe und deckt die grauen Haare perfekt ab.

My hair is red, which is hard to dye, and I also had bleached ends. I wanted a darker red, but not a purple or orange red (with me?)...and eSalon TOTALLY DELIVERED. The instructions were personalized for my hair and so easy to follow. The results are *chef's kiss*. So pleased!

After a lifetime of dying my own hair, I splurged and spent four years having my hair salon dyed. I decided to tighten my budget, but didn’t want to destroy my hair, I went with esalon. My hair is soft, the color is what I had hoped, and I would highly recommend esalon.

After spending over $100 at the salon for every root touchup, I needed to try something else and Instagram knew it. I clicked the ad, chose my color, described my desired result, and uploaded a photo. I was very pleasantly surprised with eSalon's customer service; I was contacted by a team member who explained that the color I chose would not give me the result I said I wanted and she suggested another color. I took her advice and the package arrived a few days later. The kit was complete with gloves and a brush, which I found super helpful for doing a root touch up. I chose a non-ammonia formula, so there was no stink. The formula was thick so there was no drip. The color came out great and covered all the grays! I'm very happy with this so far and plan to use it for my next root touch up.

I tried going to the salon to get my hair done and the process for me is just too time consuming. The last time I went to a salon I also was not so satisfied with the color. Since I started coloring at home I can do it anytime I want and as a busy working mom of 2, I appreciate the flexibility. The products are easy to apply, the instructions are simple to follow and the color is just the best. It is the closest I could get to my original color. Most of the time people can't believe I color my hair. Gray coverage is excellent for me too.

Absolutely loved everything about this coloring kit. I wanted a warm auburn/mahogany color and my stylist was spot-on with their suggestion to go with a lighter shade!!! The kit came with more than enough product (I always ran out of product with drugstore kits) and the included instructions were large print and very easy-to-read.
If the price of getting your hair professionally colored makes you throw up in your mouth a little bit (like we could straight up feed a 3rd-world country for 10 years with the price of one general coloring sesh, 15 years with highlights) but want something a little nicer than those slightly-unnerving drugstore kits, BUY THIS KIT!!
I honestly notice zero difference with this kit vs. getting professionally-colored (but I will admit I am rather laidback with my hair and do not care for highlighting)...
~ For reference, I previously had a fading auburn color with some serious darker roots (I naturally have medium-dark brown hair w neutral undertones, no gray). Shoulder length with slightly wavy/straight texture.~
On a side note, as a total product design nerd, I give everything about this kit a 10/10 - from the custom labels to the tiny bottles to the instruction sheet to even the box...total cuteness overload!!

Anleitung super, Produkte sehr qualitativ,Preis OK,an meiner Farbeumstellung muss ich noch ein bisschen arbeiten und probieren,da es mir ein wenig zu dunkel war .Freue mich beim nächsten Farben über neue Farbe. Jetzt lasse ich nur noch schneiden beim Friseur,bin richtig zufrieden mit dem Produkt .

My first color mix came with more of a bright red than I expected. I wrote to the stylist with adjustments for my next order and it was Perfect!! My hair is vibrant, shiny and I’m loving the new color.

My first try at using eSalon color and it came out very well. Received rave reviews from family and friends. It looks natural, has lots of dimension, and is a flattering shade.

Feels good to be in control of my hair with quality products. I have been disappointed with going to the salon for a while now due to cost and plain sloppiness of color application (like not staying within my hairline), I was feeling at a loss for what to do then I discovered esalon. I have some gray and this does a good job of covering them. I typically do my hair every 5 weeks (it grows fast!) The process of getting set up with the right color here was simple and fast. When I tell people I have been coloring my own hair they are always shocked because the color looks so good and natural. I may increase to every four weeks because I hate regrowth. But being able to do it at home is not as much of a time commitment so it is more convenient. Super happy!!!

To be honest I was sceptical thinking it was just a fancy personalised box dye. I was even madder when the experts advised a different colour from what I usually used (35years). I have afro hair and always used a dark brown to cover greys. The experts sent me soft black. I expected to get a result of boring plain black. Instead hair is vibrant and exactly my own natural colour. I love it. My hair looks so natural and does not look dyed. The system is so easy, no squeezing colours from metal/ plastic tubes etc. No drips, no harsh smells. My partner didn't even notice my hair was not dyed, he thought I washed out the old colour and went natural. That is a wow!!!! Would highly recommend.

Was a little concerned when the colourist changed my order for darker shade, but went with it. Was nervous when I saw how dark it developed, but the overall result is amazing and nowhere near as dark as I thought. Best colour I’ve ever had looks so natural and looks like me. Thank you !

I started using eSalon about 8 years ago (at age 62) to disguise some gray/white hair that was starting to show up! I've never used any other color product so can't compare it to another one, but this one is so perfect that I wouldn't want to try another! The color is so awesome that my hair seems as natural as it was before needing to cover that gray, and it has stayed just as healthy. Last year I decided to ask my stylist (whom I went to see just for trims) if I could bring the color to her to apply, just to save me having to do it at home. She gladly permitted this and has been doing it for me ever since. She raves about how great it is for my hair and how good my hair looks!! So, not just my opinion, but that of a professional!!! Some day--waaaaayyyy in the future--I may decide to go natural with the gray or white, but until that day, it will only be eSalon that colors my hair! Thanks for a truly great product!

I ordered the custom color set from eSalon and that was the easiest and best decision I've made in awhile. The custom color was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Best part is it was also delivered to my door. No going into stores and staring for an hour to decide what color I want. Its easy and convenient. Will never buy anywhere else. ESCALON is the BEST BY FAR!!!
