I hadn't colored my own hair for quite some time. Went the subtle, then not so subtle highlight route at a salon. Wanted to cover the highlights but was afraid the result would be too dark. Ordered esalon color and hoped for the best. Love it! The color is perfect and my hair is shiny and healthy looking. Highly recommend giving this a try if you are ready to do your own color.

I can't say enough good things about my first experience. First, it came super fast, well packaged and secure. The instructions were so easy to follow, I like that it had a "quick start" side, for those of you veteran coloristas lol, and a very detailed but still super easy to follow side. It has a sticker so you an stick the instructions up and not have to touch things with dye hands. I also ordered a set of hair clips (thank goodness!) and a shower cap (great quality!).
The gloves are also great quality, not that cheap crap and that always breaks and you end up with a chunk of color on your hand.
On to my color... I've been using clairol flare 6rr forever and was happy with the color, it's the best I'd found so far. But it's messy and will ALWAYS bleed, I'm talking four weeks out and I still had red on my collar if I didn't dry my hair enough. This does not bleed!! Barely a mark on my towel, nothing on pillow! With the clairol stuff my pillow always looks like I was bludgeoned in the middle of night lol. Minimal smell, and my hair was so soft afterwards!! And the color is just perfect! Exactly what I imagined and have wanted since I first decided I was a redhead but no one told my genes lol.
I am so happy I did this!!

I held off ordering because I didn't think you could achieve a natural look at home. After seeing a couple of my favorite YouTubers stated they use it I thought why not give it a shot. So glad I did! The directions and product were top quality. It looks so natural.

Thank you so much. I just now used the color. I was very nervous since I’ve NEVER used an at home color. I have been getting highlights and color done in a salon for the past 20 years. I had my daughter apply the color and the instructions were easy to follow. I love the presentation of the whole kit from the personalized bottles to how all the accessories are perfectly tucked into one box. The color turned out as well as my 100$ salon visit! The only thing I’m missing is the gloss. Your site says it’s out of stock. There should be an option for me to order it and you’ll ship when it’s in stock. I get very busy and I might forget to recheck the site. Just a suggestion. Thanks so much!

I have never colored my hair at home but being unable to get an appointment with my stylist I had to do something. I researched home colors and esalon popped up a number of times as one of the best. I placed an order and worked with a very nice colorist. The color arrived quickly with comprehensive instructions. I was nervous, especially because my husband had to help apply the color. We fumbled through and the results are fantastic. The color easily covered the grey, the color is rich and my hair condition is perfect. I am amazed and very happy with the results.

Great color! I was not sure what color I actually wanted when I started. My colorist and I made three different adjustments and now I get so many compliments on my hair at a fraction of what it cost to go to my hairdresser.

eSalon is a great product. I turned 60 in June, and my "usual" stylist can't believe I haven't called for an appointment! I have very long hair and I need help coloring it, but my husband of 40 years helps gladly. He found the ad for your amazing hair color on line months ago, and WE are very pleased! Thank-you!

I'm a mother of two and would feel guilty spending $120 getting my hair colored which I would end up only doing twice a year. I just finished applying my first color from eSalon and I'm hooked! While I made a mess applying, the color removal pad they sent cleaned up everything (including my floor). With time I know I will get better at it. My color was even and perfect!

I have been spending far more at the salon, plus adding gratuity equals close to $100. My daughter applied my eSalon color for me using the brush technique and the results are perfect and I didn't have to leave home. Very happy😊

I am so happy that I finally tried ESalon hair color/products. I kept putting it off and returning to the supermarket hair color because it was convenient and a little cheaper . Well NO MORE! I love this product so much and my colorist, Brittany is an absolute genius! I've had my hair colored at professional salons and NEVER have I received a better color outcome than this. Yes, I am coloring my own hair, but Brittany gave detailed, easy to follow instructions, and I couldn't be more happier with the outcome. The all over, perfectly blended, even coverage is just unbelievable. Looks completely professional and my resistant grays are completely covered. Thank you, Brittany!!!

I have been trying to tweek my color and get a natural looking golden strawberry color... I think we finally dialed it in! Although ALL my color applications have always gotten compliments, this one is my fave so far! The shine and glossiness are great! Love it!

I'd registed online before but hesitated and back out. I didn't think an eSalon can help me with my hair problem and save me money too. As a middle age woman with a tons of grey hair, fully visible and makes me look like 20 yrs older, it took me a long time before I saught out eSalon again.
I took advantage of the introductory price and finally committed myself to order. I was not disappointed. I got the package within a few days. Everything was included; all needs to be done was to mix the developer and hair color together and shake well. Apply to my hair and wait for 30 mins., comes with shampoo and conditioner too.
Love the results, it completely covered all my visible greys and blend my multiple hair color into the darkest brown. Got me the results that I wanted. Awesome!

I was thinking I was crazy to do a in home coloring, as I have used a stylist for years. Easy to use, instructions clear and easy to understand, color was what I was I was hoping for. Would highly recommend the product. Follow up was good, customer service was excellent. Love the color, would recommend trying.

The color really lasts in my hair. I've tried so many hair dye's and have had my hair professionaly dyed and the color just doesn't stay in my hair but this color does. My hair is so shinny too. I will definitely be ordering again!

I am happy with my experience with E-Salon! The color is easy to apply and it seems to last longer than when I was getting my hair colored professionally. Also, my scalp used to itch for weeks due to having a very sensitive scalp and that is not an issue with the color product from E-Salon. I feel empowered to know that I can color my own hair and I am able to save money, look good, and feel satisfied. Overall it has been a positive experience. Thanks, E-Salon!

I have been using your custom hair color for almost a year. I am so happy with the results!
Of course it is a bit of work to do it on my own, yet after years of having it done at a salon for 75$ Plus-I can do it here at home. Play with my dog!
And honestly, my dark brown hair has gorgeous highlights because I am a bit gray- the gray turns into Mohagany highlights. And my hair is so shiny. You have a great product and customer support!

Fortunately I saw the advertisements for eSalon and paid attention. From the very first order I received special attention and a superior product that was the first that not only colored my resistant grays, but gave me a lovely result that lasts! I look 10 years younger after each application and the folks at eSalon are always working with my wishes to give me a better experience. The only problem is that they do such a wonderful job I am supremely satisfied already! Exceptional product quality, special customer care, superb service and a superb product like no other that leaves my hair in wonderful condition is a first for me. I get so many compliments on my appearance after I have used this great product. I have been coloring my hair for almost 20 year, I started getting in college. I have used esalon 3 times so far. This last batch timing and application were the best. I have also noticed since I switched to esalon the color lasts longer and my hair looks thicker. Thank you!!

I really like this cause I can color my hair my self. It gives you step by step instructions and everything you need to do it. You can also order extra merchandise and the are at a reasonable price too. I think it's a good thing.

My color is perfect! So shiny and soft. Excellent coverage. Received many compliments! My sister, who is a stylist applied the color to my hair and was equally impressed with the product. Takes the guesswork out of choosing a color. Will be receiving my signature color every 8 weeks. So convenient, would highly recommend eSalon to everyone.

I loved the color and coverage of gray. And then they ask if you liked everything or wanted to make any changes. They can change the color just a little or a lot. Also, you control when you get each shipment. Don't be scared, try it right away!

Love my color. So natural looking. AND its really great to have EVERYTHING you need right in the box. Only suggestion would to put another "stain remover" in the kit. This is the first time using this . I hope it covers my grey for a long time. Love it!

I decided I wanted to start the slow journey towards a lighter shade. My colorist did a great job! She informed me of the pertinent info and chose a root shade that was a great compromise between the color I have and the color I want to work towards.

The color is consistently perfect. Initially I requested several tweaks and the colorist was very patient and got it perfect. I was using over the counter color that was dark brown and I've been working on medium brown. This system has been helpful for that. I always love opening my custom hair color package. It always includes two pairs of gloves, stain preventer and remover, shampoo and conditioner. Two pairs of gloves are very handy-one pair for application and a second pair for rinsing out the color. My hair and scalp are very happy!

I am so lucky to have found esalon! I cannot believe how easy and helpful this has been. My personal colorist has been amazing. I have requested a few color changes and I have loved everyone of them. But I finally found one that is perfect and will continue to order it from now on. So happy!

My first order was lost in the mail and all I had to do was send an e-mail message and without any questions I was send my hair color again. When I colored my hair I was amazed at the way not only of the perfect way my hair took to my color but also on how soft my hair was. Will most definitely keep ordering my hair color again.
