I really like that each order is the same color, here has been no difference in color. I trust when I receive my order it will be the same. My hair has not gotten damaged, it feels better then before. The product has lasted on my hair for almost a full 3 months, Its convenient, easy to use and not damaging to your hair.

I have been using eSalon for over 3 years!! The color is always consistently the same...just what I want. I get compliments on my color throughout the 5 weeks between coloring. That is a real positive since in live in FL and I am always in the sun. I am blessed in that I have a husband who transitions into a colorist once every 5 weeks!! My custom made color cannot be found anywhere because my colorist and I made it up from scratch. I get Soooooo many compliments. I love love love my custom made color and its worth every penny. I dont have to stare at boxes at the beauty supply and only have a very limited selection. With Esalon I have a whole spectrum of colors to make to suit me delivered right to my door! What more can I ask for!🤷🏻♀️

This is the best color formula. I have gone to salons, they were fine, but costly and time consuming.
My color from eSalon is perfect and leaves my hair looking and feeling so healthy .
It only takes about an hour at home to complete the process .
Lastly, customer service is top notch !

This color is a great transition from dark to light to help camouflage the gray roots. I get an extra week or two between coloring my hair. Many compliments!

I have store bought boxed colored hair along with a body perm😬, However with my custom color my hair is shinier, and seems to have lowlights, highlights and just more depth to my overall color.
Will definitely use again!

Easy to apply. Hair remains soft. And the very best part.....no bleed out. Shampoo suds stayed white and my white pillow cases had no signs of a fresh coloring after only 8 hours!

This was my first time using eSalon Hair Color and I was very happy with the results. I have gray hair and was worried about what color to choose. I have chosen to stay in the Light Blond range because its not as drastic of a change. I like the color very much. I will stay with this color for awhile before venturing into something maybe a little darker.

My hair color always turns out perfectly. I've been using eSalon's hair color for many months and I've never had a complaint. It's easy to use; just follow the easy directions. Older ladies sometimes appear to have problems with their hair-coloring so I'm happy that mine always looks so natural, considering I recently turned 80 years young!!

Just my application of it needs some help. I'm new to doing my own color. I've helped and colored many times my mother or friends hair. I will try again after learning more tips or perhaps have someone do it for me next time.
Last time I dyed I got it right & so did you!!!
I adjusted my color and took more time doing my coloring. It turned out Fantastic! Many a compliments I had ppl who wanted to know where I got my hair done. I explained and sent them to your sight.
Why spend 90.00 at a salon like my mother did for dye/highlights in a pixi hairsytle. Omg! I can get 3 kits with extras for that price.
I am a Customer For Life!

With boxed hair color my hair was never the color it was supposed to be. This was right on and beautiful the first time. The product is boxed very nicely and the instructions were very clear. When I had a question I called and they answered my question right away and they were very friendly. The 2 part process was fool proof. I will definitely be an eSalon user from now on.

I love eSalon! My hair is naturally Red/copper. I started going grey a few years ago, so I decided to start covering those pesky little hairs at a local salon. This would cost me over $125 each trip. I then found eSalon. At first I was concerned they wouldn’t be able to match my color but after a few tweaks, it’s perfect!! My hair feels so soft after coloring, which amazes me. Now coloring doesn’t dry my hair out and my natural wavy hair is bouncy and soft. At 48, I have the hair I had at 20. Would highly recommend eSalon.

The process is easy. The color is fantastic! I am a natural red head....and my natural red has faded as I grew older. My custom color is very much like the color I had in my youth. I’m very fortunate in that I do not have to worry about roots showing. The color just fades all over until I decide it is time to re-color. I am very pleased every time I color!!!

This hair dye is amazing! I have used this hair dye for three months and each time I use it the color is exactly the same as the first time. I have never had a dye that totally covers the gray and holds the color until the next coloring. Would definitely recommend!!

After coloring my hair 2 times I decided a wanted a bit more red added to the shade. The adjusted shade is perfect, not artificial looking, and definitely colors the gray/white hairs. Easy to use kit includes everything to make self-coloring easy. You end up with professional salon color for a fraction of the cost.

Oh MMM SQUEEEE!!! Am so happy with this stunning color! My eSalon colorist, Jennifer, got the color exactly as I wanted with a softness and shine I have never experienced before - even at a "regular" salon! I haven’t dyed my hair in 20 years but the grays demanded to be covered. I held onto my first order for a year because I was so reluctant to try at home color (my last experience turned my hair jet black), but I didn’t want to pay $200 at the salon. I absolutely love how this product doesn't leave my hair dry or frizzy like the store box colors! The color was slightly lighter than expected- so the CS team at E-Salon immediately responded to adjust the next order to be darker, and I love that their team was so responsive with the request to adjust based on my desire! Also their product gives great coverage on my gray (resistant) hair. I'll never go back to the store to buy hair color again.

I was very nervous because i wanted a bit of red which can be tricky. I've had some go orange and some go burgundy. I'm 53 years old and wanted nothing trendy.

I am new to coloring my own hair and was a bit apprehensive. But my cousin recommended e salon, so I thought I would give it a try. First off it was almost like Christmas when my order came! The packaging was so well done, everything in order and so easy to use. But the best part is the color was absolutely perfect! I never liked the quality of the hair color products from drug stores, they always dried my hair and made it look damaged. eSalon's products are fantastic! This is the second time I've used eSalon for my color and I have not been disappointed. The color is just what I wanted and lasted a long time without fading (which is difficult with reds). I don't know why I would ever go back to store-bought brands again.

I highly recommend a color consultation if you are located near an eSalon! I booked a custom color appointment at the El Segundo salon. The color specialist immediately began to check out my hair, and asked questions about what I liked, what I color I am looking for, what my daily habits are, etc. Nicole recommended a certain blend & mixed the color for me, and proceeded to show me what I need to do at home. She took time to explain what I'd receive in a kit, how to apply the product, and what to do afterward. She blow dried my hair, gave me some styling tips, and offered some products that may help with my styling needs.
