I like how it comes out multi-faceted but consistent with color. It's an easy process and I only do it every 8 weeks. The fade of the color is natural and doesn't really reveal roots. Looks very natural!

I am happy with the color. This time I used it as for full coverage (not only my roots) since the highlights will probably need retouching soon, and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I was complimented at work by different people a few times and even after a few washes the color is getting better.

This color turned out GREAT! It "feels" the most like my natural brunette than any coloring I've had; didn't irritate my scalp or burn my hair, leaving it soft. The gray covered easily, very important; highlights are perfect and appreciated after dull, dark, matte formulas from the store and even the salon.

I am very happy with the color. The application process was ok, it was described well so I felt like I knew what to do next. The color is exactly what I wanted. My hair came out well conditioned and not damaged. I am hoping that future applications will be the same.

As a grandma of 23, mom and wife, I still want to look my best. I v colored ( never use the word "dye") my hair for a few years now. If 60 really is the new 50, then ESalon is the way to go. I know even young people like to color their hair for various reasons. However; for my age-group I love to be a spokeswomen for this amazing product, and tell my friends about my custom- color when they compliment my hair and assume it costs a fortune to keep it looking this young, vibrint, and healthy looking. I was really scared to try my personal color for the first time as I have used my previous brand for 17 years. I actually had three boxes of eSalon waiting for me to try. The first time I used it I noticed that my hair was the same color, but brighter and prettier and healthier looking. I was sold... I have since used my other two boxes that were prepared just for me and I have set up delivery for my next box. I really notice the difference in the texture and all around look and I am a forever customer now.

I am very happy with my color and my experience. The colorist recommended a color that they believed would be a better choice than what I chose. It was dark enough but cut out the brassy notes. Turned out beautifully!!

One of the reasons why I like e salon is that my hair products are delivered straight to my door... With my busy schedule I don't have time to go to a salon and pick my products. Not only did they get my color exact & they include very easy instructions but the minute I emailed them to add more gray coverage they responded very quickly! I use Esalon, I just used my 1st colour a couple of weeks ago and it matches perfectly and to be honest looks better than when I went to a very expensive hairdressers, my hair looks far shinier healthier and sleeker, I ❤️ It!! I will definitely be staying with Esalon 5* rating from me😀!!!!

My second individual color is Perfect! It had the right amount of gold, copper, and dark blonde. The gray is covered and my hair is so soft. I am very happy!

I admit I was pretty skeptical, but my color turned out gorgeous! It was just what I wanted, and when I requested better gray coverage they were able to immediately adjust it. My hair felt soft and look shiny after application.

I've been dying my hair for about 13 years now. I've done everything from over $200 for a salon job to $10 for a CVS job. eSalon has been so consistent and I regularly receive compliments and bewilderment that my hair isn't natural. No one believes me! I believe because they ask you your natural hair color, they are able to create a mix that naturally fits your skin tone and hair type. Keep doing what you do!

very friendly customer service, first of all.
I´ve been coloring my hair by myself for many years now, so I was monitoring and comparing every step of the coloring process. What I really liked was, that it was taken care of the fact, that I had already colored ends, so I received two different colorings for the roots and the ends. After everything was done, I must say, my hair has a really beautiful color, just like I wanted it to be. It feels really smooth and it looks healthy and shiny. Love it!

I purchased this on recommendation and, although much more expensive than the shop bought home hair colour I usually use, this is a far superior product, with excellent grey coverage so worth the extra.

I have been coloring my own hair for about 10 years and I always felt like people could tell that I was using boxed color.
With this line, it's like I just went to the salon. I loved it, less of a mess and I did not rinse all of the color out on the first wash.
I got the color, shampoo/conditioner, and the color treatment. I also got the starter kit with the color brush, bowl, and the clips. The packaging was very nice and the instructions are great. I am so glad I found this and I am set up on auto send.

I'm always happy with my treatments. The instructions are clear and simple, it's way faster than the salon and I can totally customize my color. Plus, my hair is shiny and there is no remaining ammonia smell.

Best hair color, covered all my grays and didn't leave red highlights in my hair (like all other products and salons have)! My hair is still shiny and soft after all these weeks. Love it and will continue to use it!

I just used my first shipment and it couldn't have been easier. I have very long hair and there was more than enough coloring agent. I've had my hair done in a salon the past 9 yrs because the home products just didn't get the job done, but not any more. eSalon, you have a customer for many years to come. I've never been able to afford to have my hair colored professionally because it's so expensive. I've always colored my hair myself, but the color would be completely faded in 2 weeks and all my gray would be showing again. It was so frustrating. E salon has changed my hair so much! The color is rich and beautiful with highlights and lowlights, it covers my gray completely and it LASTS! I only have to color every 8 weeks now and the results are professional looking! I'm so glad I took a chance and decided to try them!

the way my hair feels after coloring is just amazing! nothing like after a box kit, I've been coloring my own hair since i was about 13 and I wasn't really unhappy with the drug store box I was using, but when I tried esalon, it was like getting a salon service without the $200 price tag. Also, when I asked for changes to accommodate my sun-lightened & gray regrowth, they pulled off a nearly perfect color match & it covered all the gray perfectly! it came out great! Have never tried any other web salon brands, though they appear to have a nearly identical plan & packaging from what I've seen on one website. but I see no reason to, esalon does such a great job, has a great product & competitive prices! I'm still happy with it after 3years!

I truly love my custom hair color. It leaves my hair with shine and full of body. The color lasts for quite some time and I always receive so many compliments of how healthy my hair looks. The color is never flat or dull looking. I will never go back to other hair colors.

The color blended my colors well. My hair was a bit more violet red but this worked well. If there were a way to add a bit more of the Violet that may be good😏

I've used salons for over 10 years to color my hair. I moved away from my favorite hair dresser and had to find someone new to color my hair, and the results were embarrassingly bad. I tried eSalon and was amazed that they could match my color better than a local salon. The color is easy to apply and it looks as good as any salon application I've had.

I tried this on a whim in 2014 and have been hooked ever since! The color is beautiful and stays true until next coloring - which mostly is to touch up the roots! The shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling soft and natural. I'm a fan and recommend all home-colorists to give eSalon a try!
