Demi-Permanent ReviewI'm not ready to transition to permanent color yet, so I use demi-permanent to blend my greys. I liked the coverage and color of this product. However, on my next order, I adjusted my color to be lighter and the resulting order was actually darker than my first. I had to contact customer service and have them resend a corrected order. That was a pain. Also, on reorder, you have to pay extra for a second bottle of product for your ends. For permanent color, it makes sense to just send one bottle for roots, but with demi-permanent, it all washes out, requiring you to redye your whole head. The price ends up being over $40 per application of demi-permanent every 6 weeks (or however often you color). This is still likely less than in a salon, but more expensive than a demi color from Sally. Not the outcome I expected.Left my hair reddish I even left the color on longer as it takes longer for my hair to pick up color. Used toner and it only took out the brassiness but not the red overtones. Trying to D/C future product and it only allows me to postpone on stop all future orders. If you have thick hair you will need 2 or 3 sets to do your hairIt took 2 times to get the color how I wanted it. The way to order is frustrating because there is no way for me to order more than 1 "set" at a time. The wording on the kit is very ambiguous to me as well and i have over 20 years of retail experience. The kit says it comes with 2 bottles of each and no the set comes with one and the end refresher comes with one. If i have a set and an ends refresher in my cart(which im getting charged for separately) alot of people would assume that 3 bottles of color will be coming, not 2. But my instructuons says my "kit" comes with 2 bottles. My hair is VERY thick and I needed 2 kits last time to get coverage and after emailing them them sent me 2 kits at one time. I didn't know I would have to place 2 totally separate orders(twice the shipping and alot of wasted packaging, the box is cute but sooo much bigger than nessary) to get enough of my root color to properly do my hair, just hit 2 in the cart but there is no optionfor that. Why can't they just adjust my kit to have a larger bottle? And why are you gating-keeping my color??? My order never came and never heard from there customer serviceI ordered my color on Feb 17 and it was shipped on the 22nd, I never received the order and could not track it through royal mail, as when going on the link it simply said tracking not possible. Then I wrote to customer service my order never came and there was the possibility to get a new one shipped gor free, but after doing this a week ago I never heard it is shipped and also never received a message from customer support or anything. RedishI need to remove the golden from my last order. My hair came out red, not golden. I've had the happen once before without the golden as well. I sent in a new photo. OOPS DIDNT GO SO WELLMy first try was not good. As per instructions, Step1, after mixing the bottles the dye began to coalaglate. Using approx. 1/4 of the bottle I discontinued use. Step 2 again the same thing not as bad. The color that did take was okay, would have preferred a little more blue for highlight and accent. To be fair I recorded my kid in Nov.2023. Not sure if that would have made the issue. However I was excited to try your product, and would love to give it another try. Please help me .. ABO-FalleAchtung ABO-Falle! Ich hatte bei Ihnen nur eine Ansatzfarbe ausgewählt für 10€. Die Farbe war nach nicht einmal zwei Wochen wieder ausgewaschen. Qualität also eher ungenügend. Zusätzlich hatte ich selbstverständlich nicht gemerkt, da es auch nirgendwo einen Hinweis hierzu gab, dass ich wohl ein Abo bei Ihnen abgeschlossen hatte. Mir wurde also nach ein paar Wochen einfach mein Paypal-Konto mit weiteren 30€ belastet. Ich hatte dann sofort reagiert, und die Bestellung, die noch nicht einmal versandt worden war, storniert. Leider erfolglos, da Sie einfach nicht zu erreichen sind sowie mich komplett ignorieren. Mehrere Emails sowie Anrufe wurden weder entgegengenommen noch beantwortet. Schade, aber dieses Unternehmen ist für mich absolut unprofessionell. Wenn man die Ware dann zurücksenden will, liest man auf Ihrer Website, dass man dieses nach London schicken soll. Haarfarbe bist nicht so gut wie TönungDie Haarfarbe ist wirklich nicht so ergiebig wie die Tönung. Ich habe das 3 mal bestellt und jetzt eine Haarfarbe leider wurde mein komplettes Haarfleckig. Completely the wrong colour! So upsetI placed an order for a light to mid ginger. The colour on the reference photo matched my hair, and I even provided a photo of my hair to help the colourist. The dye that arrived is COMPLETELY the wrong colour - it's so dark that my hair is now BROWN, despite it claiming to be a ginger hair dye. The colour looks absolutely horrendous on me, my hair feels dry and frizzy and it has never looked or felt WORSE. I'm absolutely wrecked as it took me so long to get my hair to a colour I liked after it being dark for so long, now I've got to go through that process all over again! So for anyone else wanting an accurate result and amazing feeling hair like this company claims their dyes will give you, look elsewhere! First UseThis was my first experience using the eSalon color set. It is different than what I am used to and was a little messier than I was ready for but thankfully I received 2 sets of gloves in the box (thanks for that!). The color itself turned out beautifully however my grays were stubborn and after a week are already making their debut. That being said I do have experience with coloring my hair and I did leave the color on the roots (grays) an extra 15 minutes but those stubborn hairs don't want to be overshadowed. Not impressedThe color was too dark. I really didn't see much difference in your hair color and the hair color I pay $10 for at Walmart. It didn't cover my grays well at all. The booster conditioner leaves my hair greasy the next day. The only thing I did like is that there is no color wash out in the water on your next shampoo. EnttäuschtLeider ist die Haarfarbe bei mir viel zu dunkel ausgefallen. Ich hatte vorher bereits dunkelbraun gefärbte Haare und eine Intensivtönung im Dunkelbraun-Ton der Stufe 4 bestellt, um dies lediglich aufzufrischen bzw. aufrechtzuerhalten. Meine Haare sind von Natur aus eher hell-mittelbraun und es war schon ein gutes Stück vom Ansatz rausgewachsen. Das Ergebnis gleicht überhaupt nicht der farblichen Darstellung bei der Auswahl und meinen Erwartungen. Meine Haare sind jetzt fast schwarz. Ich habe dem eSalon Team das Feedback gegeben, dass ich es lieber heller hätte, aber ehrlich gesagt würde ich am liebsten das Abo kündigen. Einen Tag später sitzt die Frustration noch tiefer, wenn man in den Spiegel schaut und sich kaum wieder erkennt... Das einzig positive, was ich sagen kann, ist, dass die Farbe wirklich angenehm riecht und meine Haare sich nur minimal angegriffen angefühlt haben nach dem Färben. schönes Produkt mit SchwächenDas Set kam relativ aufwändig aber sicher verpackt und alles war sehr übersichtlich gestaltet. Horrible coverageThis product does not cover grays at all! I end up with a caramel colour over my grays & grays that were not touched. (My hair is dark brown) No matter how much they try to adjust my order, it’s always horrible. This is not a salon level product. Color not uniform.I soaked my hair in the color…poured globs onto my hand after doing it all over and making sure all my hair was saturated. But afterwards, when my hair was dry, I saw that parts ( in the front left quarter) were not the same color…as if I hadn’t applied any color at all! It may be that I need to leave it in longer. The hair color was completely crushed and colored my clothes, the parcelsThe packaging of this is awful, it's a very cheap plastic bag with holes in it, probably thinner than Chinese sauce. It spilled all over the place, all over the box, and damaged my clothes too. Farbe hält nichtLeider ist von meiner Coloration fast gar nichts zu sehen. Ich habe alle Schritte genau befolgt und mich an die Einwirkzeiten gehalten. Mir ist auch bewusst, dass meine bisherige Haarfarbe eventuell durchscheinen und das Farbergebnis verfälschen kann, aber meine Haare sehen frisch nach dem Färben leider genauso aus wie vorher. Blotchy and uneven colorMy sister and I did my hair. She dyes her hair a lot and has an effective technique. Excellent Customer Service!Had to cancel my next order & subscription due to unexpected allergic reaction to haircolor. I do have a sensitive scalp but thought this product would be ok. Called customer service & the CSR was extremely helpful & caring. Everything canceled w/o a fuss or hassle. I am disappointed as the products are extremely well crafted & my actual hair turned out very well.
