Waste of MoneyThe price of shipping is outrageous! It says 3 days shipping but mine has always been late and my last shipment was over 2 weeks late! Trying to get into contact with customer service is nearly impossible, I couldn't find a contact email on the website I had to google it and so far it's been 4 days with no response. You don't get much colour either, the bottle will only do my roots each time. Poor customer service, impossible to cancelI did not use the initial colour I was sent, deciding instead to go to a salon to get my hair coloured. This company auto shipped a second order despite never asking for this. I tried calling to cancel but the line provided was not in use. I tried emailing but have not received a response so I've been charged and received shipment of a second order which I have no intention of using. This is very frustrating. I'm annoyed to be out of pocket but also annoyed at the waste of having to throw this out unused. Cannot get color rightI’ve used this product twice, at the recommendation of the esalon colorists, very disappointed as my roots ( dirty blonde hair) have come out an orangish brassy color. Got it wrongFollowed tie directions carefully and the color was a dark brown mass. No dimension of color or shine. I washed it twice and got out some of the dark and unflattering mass but at least another wash until it looks like hair. Very disappointed. Please cancel future orders. Too brassyWhen selecting my color, I noted to the "hair care persons" that my hair held a lot of red and I usually go with the cool ash colors. I didn't get that but tried it anyway. Disappointed & dissatisfied in the color hair provided.I actually just used my first purchased of hair color. My sister did my hair & it turned out back to my normal color of dark brown. My color was chosen to be muhagony copper. Does not look at all muhagony or copper at all. Also I was charged on my April bill $38. When it was supposed to be $28.00, why? It's part of why I canceled my subscription with you. Mind you I did it before I did my hair color. Now there's 2 reason why I won't go back. I wanted some kind of muhagony or burgundy color. Auburn looks nice on me ( light) the picture I sent of me had some Lind of red in it. It was not dark brown. I would like a refund or try to get a better color choice for me & not charge me for it. colour setUnfortunately, the colour you sent me did not take at all. I first carried out a strand test, which showed no change in colour. Then I tried another on a different part of my hair, leaving it on for much longer to see if it would take at all, but there was no result whatsoever. Did you change the ingredients? Didn't cover my grey for longTwo weeks and the grey was showing. Also made my scalp itchy. I have cancelled my order, but still you have processed it and it's on it's way. I will now have to find a blonde and gift them the kit as I have had to return to my hairdresser for her to sort my hair out, plus the pharmacy to sort out my itchy scalp. Too Dark and damaged my hairColor is too dark and I found it damaged my hair. I thought I cancelled my account but eSalon still sent me a package this week of color that is too dark for me. Sorry it didn't work for meI have a lot of gray and this did not cover any of it but most of all the color was very light almost white blond no real golden color at all. I followed the instruction exactly, 30 minutes after the full 4 sections were covered, but the color either didn't take or somehow I got the wrong color. Nothing golden, or blond about the finished product on my hair. My suggestion is to go darker then you might think you want and maybe that will work. Couldn't tell I colored my hairMy hair is brown and I dye it blue black twice a year. After I used esalon hair dye, I couldn't even tell I had dyed my hair. All my roots were still brown and it could not have been blue black because the ends of my hair was the dull black it was before I used the hair dye. I could have sworn I canceled the subscription but they drafted my account at 5:30 this morning but I was told it was already shipped and I would have to wait and refuse the package/send it back and wait on them to get it back and process before they would refund my money. If u cancel your subscription, u might want to double check and make sure ur cancelation was completed. I'm going back to store bought dye. Color way darker than expectedI was hesitant to start dying my hair because I never had before and I liked my natural color. I attempted to get as close to my hair color as possible and asked my friends their opinion and they all said medium brown was closest to my hair color. It took me a couple of months to but the bullet and dye my hair. The color looks to me like the darkest brown, not medium at all. I’m disappointed in how off it looks from the photo in the color finder. The positive is that my hair feels amazing. It was not what I was expecting - lovely colour but only enough for my rootsI will admit that I was sick when I ordered this, so I was not 100% myself, but when it came in the mail I was excited to try it. I thought I had ordered colour for my overall hair, but when I opened the instructions it said it was for my roots only. I did this and I love the colour, but I would like it for my whole head, not just the roots (it is close to my natural colour so it doesn't look too obvious). I am having trouble changing what I order though, and am finding the site confusing. If I was just rating based on the colour, it would be 5 stars, but I feel there has been a bit of a lack of transparency, and when I returned to try to order enough for my whole head everything that keeps coming up is about reordering the same thing which I don't want to do, so 3 stars for now. Color disasterI informed eSalon about how my hair reacts to any reds in the formula. They didn’t listen. Nor did they respond when I reached out about the tangerine, strawberry and bright red that became my “professional color”. After crying for days I am ready to venture out and have it redone. Okay, not great.Did my application last night. The color came out close to the strawberry blonde I wanted. It's not shiny, kind of dingy looking. The dye was very strong smelling, burned my eyes and completely dried out my hair. The two bottles wasn't enough for all my hair, so I missed a few spots. Not impressedI planned to lighten my dark brown hair, and cover grey. Despite adding photos I received a light brown colour which made my hair darker and covered the natural highlights in my hair, rather than being multi dimensional. I sent a message to customer service about this as I would like to be reimbursed before trying any further hair colours. I've received no response, and having washed my hair three times the colour appears to be fading. Too dark, warm & too brassy - I have regretsIs it better than boxed dye? I didn't think so. The kit materials themselves (gloves, stainguard, etc) were nicer, but I saw no difference in the dye product itself. I had stopped dyeing my hair about 7 years ago and I wanted a color match to blend in my greys. I have light, ashy, cool toned brown hair. What I got was too dark, too warm and too brassy. To be fair, it's okay, just not at all what I wanted. Sigh. Now I'm stuck wondering how orange this is going to be as it fades out. Bello ma non quello che volevoLa tinta è molto evidentemente di alta qualità cosi come tutto il resto del kit, mi sono trovata molto bene ed è stato facilissimo applicare il colore, però purtroppo non è il colore che ho chiesto. È uscito molto più scuro di quello che ho chiesto e ho seguito le istruzioni per filo e per segno per cui so che non è stato un mio errore... d'altronde non ho mai avuto una bella esperienza con dei parrucchieri che mischiassero una formula personalizzata per me quindi non sono tanto stupita dalla cosa.. tornerò a comprare la tinta basica di prima perché quella mi assicura sempre il colore che ho scelto 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

A bit too yellow for my taste...I wanted to go from my natural hair colour (ash blonde with a hint of red) to a light blonde. At first I was reluctant to try out the dye they sent me, and tbh I should have listened to my gut. After following all the instructions, and a look into the mirror I was surprised by a hair colour that could very well be described as a similar shade as a very controversial former US president is wearing on his head. Very yellow. Very much not what I was going for, and very disappointing. Now I have to "sit out" this colour, wait for my hair and scalp to recover, to run to the salon to get it fixed, after all. Not goodMy hair is fine & partial gray @ roots Did not cover roots! Left on full amount of time, if not longer. Made my ends tangle (yes it was completely tangle free & brushed prior to coloring) & then lots of my hair fell out. Not for fine hair. And did nothing for greys. I wanted a shade lighter. It made my hair a shade darker instead.I have medium/dark brunette hair. I wanted a shade lighter, went with ash dark blonde. This "blonde" turned my brunette hair darker by a shade or two . I made sure to follow all the instructions, but have a darker result. Réaction allergiqueDommage le rendu couleur est top et l'application facile. Jai fait le test 48h avant et jai respecté les conseils d'application mais je me retrouve avec un cuir chevelu tres irrité (fortes démangeaisons et sensation de feu). Je realise pourtant des colorations depuis des années. Je n'avais pas annulé l'abonnement donc j'ai recu un autre pack coloration. Pas d'autre choix que de le jeter. Not for meLet me start with the fact the color is AMAZING! However, I had an allergic reaction to the dye. The chemical smell though is what got me, it made my eyes burn and water, my nose and lungs sting, it was hard to catch my breath. I hope others have a better experience.
