I have always gone to the salon for my color and I was always happy with my hair. I never considered coloring my own hair until the pandemic affected us. Everything about this product is great! I love the color and the directions were easy to follow. The kit has everything that you need to do your own hair. I have received so many compliments on my hair. I will definitely use again.

I had blonde hair with terrible regrowth and needed a change that was easy to maintain. I uploaded a picture and asked for a colour that would suit my skin tone. I was so impressed with the result and have had loads of compliments!!

I have super short hair so it was easy to apply. It covered all my grown out hair and I ended up with a rich color! Take time to get everything set up before you begin. I loved the little sticker that they sent to put your instructions on the mirror. It’s the little things ! Color was exactly right !

I was so nervous to be doing my own colour and worried the colour wouldn’t be a right match. I’m now wondering why.

The questions asked of me were spot on, the color I received is perfect, and the directions were so easy to follow.
The best part is the advice given to preserve color as well as the quality of the contents of the kit.

I have been using eSalon for about a year now. I was super skeptical, but, after the first kit came, I was hooked! All I had to do was send pictures of what my hair looked like currently, take a short quiz, and, pick a goal color! That's it!
The Stylists were always very receptive, and, easy to communicate with, so, it made it a really great experience overall. When I requested to go lighter over the summer, eSalon jumped right in and made adjustments per my request!
This is a really great fit for me. I receive my kit in the mail, and I can color my hair when it suites me. There is no waiting or making an appointment, and there are easy instructions to follow that come with the kit, so, you are never lost on what to do.

Ich habe mir Jahrelang die Farbe zum Mischen im Frisörbedarf geholt und war damit immer zufrieden. Ich war erst skeptisch, weil das Prinzip ja ähnlich dem berühmten Box Dye aus der Drogerie ist, aber ich bin begeistert. Ich bin sehr empfindlich, aber meine Kopfhaut hat es super gut vertragen. Absolut Fasziniert bin ich vom Glanz und der Textur der Haare. Der erste Farbton war mir noch ein bisschen hell. Die zweite angepasst Farbe hat mich dann aber vom Hocker gehauen. Also ich bin so ziemlich sprachlos, wie gut die Farbe passt und wie lebendig das Ergebnis aussieht.

I absolutely love my eSalon color. It is so easy to make adjustments, too. I am 54 and quickly going grey, so I adjusted to a lighter blonde shade to blend in with any greys that come in between colorings. I also added some golden, and I get so many compliments on my hair. Looks so natural, but when I tell them it is a dye job they ask me what salon I go to. Many can't believe it is a home dye job. I highly recommend eSalon and am so appreciative of their talented colorists, especially while we all have to stay home.

Was worried about ordering colour online but described what I wanted and you absolutely delivered. I wanted to say thank you to my colorist Tamara. She helped me get the look i wanted with the light set and my base color. Super happy! An FYI... if you have naturally curtly and fine hair the light set will create tons of lift... if you aren't looking for it being too light then have less processing time... so very happy!

E-salon has changed my hair colour world. I get to talk to a colourist who takes my exact (ginger grey) needs into account, adjusts the dye as my hair adjusts to e-salon and gets it spot on with every request. Not only that, but it's so easy to delay or pause your order if you don't need to dye for a bit. Has honestly revolutionised my hair colour. Thank you.

Recently esalon has gone through some changes and they all have been for the better. The new color formula is so much smoother, less potent smelling, and comes out SO much better in the shower. The new shampoo and conditioner also works so much better.
Overall I am very pleased with the changes!!

I really love this product and like that we get to color match our hair ourselves. My only issue is that my gray is a lighter brown once colored -- but I can deal with that, it is not gray!
While it is wonderful to get rid of the gray roots, your color products seem to really care for my hair. My hair has not felt this way since around 2008 -- way before I started coloring my roots. It is nice to know that my hair texture will be restored and feel so good after I color my hair!

this is the first time I had used e-dalon. So happy I tried. The roots were a bit dark and the all over color was beautiful. They are trying the roots with a shade lighter this month. Fingers crossed 🤞 it is perfect. Company is really good about working with you.

I haven't colored my hair since early March and I haven't colored my own hair in over 20 years. I was super nervous about application and final product because it was a two step process for roots and overall color. My grays are also a completely different texture than my other hair and they were a good 2 1/2 inches long. The process took a while to do, and I had to get my daughters to help me with the back of my head, but Oh. My. Goodness. Your marketing is spot on. Your product did EXACTLY what you claim it will do, and I truly do feel like I just stepped out of the salon. My color is natural looking and my hair feels great. Thank you, Crystella! And thank you, ESalon! I love my hair color!

I debated just going grey but saw the add for eSalon online and decided to try it. It was as easy to use as other products and I love the color. It looks very natural and covered the grey well. I imagine I am one of many who have turned to esalon during lockdown. This was a very clever and professional service. The photos I uploaded allowed someone to correctly adjust the colour shade I chose to obtain the results I wanted, which I was very grateful of. I’ve never applied colour to my own hair before but didn’t find this too difficult, since a brush was supplied. The roots colour for my grey and the end colour for the rest all blended really well. Condition is great and grey coverage too. I did miss a tiny bit of grey but I think I managed to be over zealous with the skin protector and may have gone to close to my roots with it on one small area but I think I did a reasonably good job as a novice. Very pleased all round and looking forward to the next instalment!

I had... had... to post this right after I colored today! I am in love with my new color - this is the color I have wanted for years! None of the stylists I went to ever quite got it - but your colorist did! I spent so... much money every time I went to the hairdresser and now I feel like I could have saved myself the time, money and hassle! When I first ordered esalon, I loved the process of everything but I wasn't a fan of the color. After reaching out and telling them the dye didn't stick to my hair well, they gave me a free credit for another box and we adjusted my color. This time around, my hair color is PERFECT! I loved it. My hair still felt soft and healthy after. The only thing is i was hoping the red was going to be brighter. I loved the color it turned out just wanted a brighter red. I have dyed my hair for over 40yrs now and always used box dyes. After getting ill my hair really did suffer. After it grew back i found it was a lot thinner and a few spots where it did not return. I wanted to try this for myself as the reviews were amazing. I’m so glad I did because it is wonderful. My hair literally shone once it was dried. My hair feels so much better and looks better too. I will always use this from now on. Love the fact it will be sent when I’m ready for the next time. Great idea. Perfect colour. Love it x

I have been pretty frustrated with formula in the past couple of years. Color was great, however rinsing my hair after coloring it was such a struggle. The formula would leave a heavy waxy film in my hair. So much so, I was on the brink of canceling my membership. The new formulation is a dream. It rinse right out of my hair after 1 shampoo vs 5-6 shampoos.

I have never colored my own hair. I have always gone to a salon. I also never write reviews but this is worth it. Thanks to a pandemic I was forced to give this a try. Covered my gray beautifully and matched almost perfectly. Instructions were easy to follow and result was salon quality. My hair is soft and healthy .
