I am done! I finally found the hair color that is me. I never quite got what I was looking for from all the drug store choices. And soft and shiny is above and beyond my expectations. I just started coloring my hair about a year ago. And every time no matter brand or price my hair was dry and stringy. My ends always looked awful. Thank you eSalon and Danielle, you nailed it. I love how soft my hair is now. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This is the best color processing set I have ever used. Brands I have purchased in stores frizzes out my hair and the color never lasts. eSalon color leaves my hair shiny and the color lasts. Happy hair, happy me.

Received my hair colour a couple of days ago dyed my hair this morning i absolutely love it i have a lot hair & it covered it all the colour came out darker than i expected but i love it it has red tones so adds warmth the conditioner has left my hair is silky & soft.

I have used several different online hair color subscriptions (M.R and CC&C) and this one has been the best! In the past, I chose a color and totally missed the mark. With Esalon, I sent a photo and they chose the color.
The color looks incredibly natural! I have had lots of compliments. Warning- it starts out looking way darker when it wet but once my hair dries it's perfect.
My only issue is the smell is pretty strong but I now open the windows and put the bathroom fan on while I work - it's worth it for the look :)

I love my new hair color. I have naturally dark blonde hair with cool tones (more on the green side), so this added warmth which complimented my warm skin tone much better. These colorists are pros and are slowly turning me into one as well. Absolutely love ❤️

I’m used to buying drug store hair color. I like to dye my hair a bright red, and even with the best drug store kits, it takes me forever to get the water run clear after rinsing—sometimes it takes days. I’m also used to my hair texture feeling dull afterwards.
I decided to try eSalon, and my color looks amazing. The directions are clear & detailed, everything is labeled well, and it’s easy to use. It didn’t take me long to get my hair to run clear after rinsing, my color looked vibrant and covered my roots & grays completely, and my hair looks so shiny & feels amazing. I’m definitely going to use eSalon again!

I’m absolutely thrilled! I’m 100% grey now but feel too young to let it grow out, I used to be a natural
Chestnut brown but I cannot achieve this with box colours as end up with ginger roots, and I can’t afford salon colour every 3 weeks! My colour arrived today, I have perfectly coloured roots and chestnut tones to my hair! Really thrilled! And the guide to full on colour at home is really good. Thank you

My MIL told me she has been using esalon for years! I hate how expensive it is to go get my hair done at a shop especially because I have so much thick hair they charge by the bottle. esalon is so affordable and especially during the lockdown it was nice to be comfortable and safe at home to do my hair. I have a toddler so it’s hard to find time to go anywhere alone. I love being able to refresh my hair and stay home all at once! Being able to stay in contact with a stylist is so nice also! I love esalon and will be a loyal customer for life :)

I had requested a more Auburn tone to my colour and better grey coverage, and it was exactly as I'd asked!
My first experience was not bad but I wasn't completely thrilled with it. I ended up holding onto this new colour for nearly a year before I tried it!! And when I finally did, it was exactly as I'd hoped, but better.
I have just now re-ordered my colour and I am really excited to receive it. It is worth every penny and such a great product.

J'ai mis un peu de temps à me lancer mais voilà ce matin c'est fait. Les produits sont très bien à appliquer et n'irritent pas le cuir chevelu. Concernant le résultat, mes tempes n'ont pas totalement colorées malgré la dose et le temps adéquat. Le reste des cheveux très bien, pour ma longueur et épaisseur un peu plus dans le second flacon aurait été bien. A suivre maintenant dans le temps. La couleur est jolie. Sur le global je suis plutôt satisfaite.

I just got a chance to use my new custom color, a medium blonde, and I truly love it. The color is bright and flattering to my skin tone and eye color, I didn't realize how unflattering the gray was until I used this color. I will be ordering it again. The only thing I missed was that when I use to order color - years ago before going gray - the kit came with a brush and there wasn't one with this kit.

I just love the color. It's been over a year since I tried coloring on my own and I just wasn't happy with the strawberry blonde attempts at the salon. Also, with prices going up on everything, I thought I'd try coloring at home again. I'm so happy I did! It only took 30 minutes, so it saved me time AND money. :)

Having used many many other brands of hair colour over the past 25 years, I decided to give this one a try. I've always dyed my hair shades of red. However, with more and more grey hairs appearing, it was becoming

Great color adjustment for gray!

My gray roots (59 yo) were getting brassy with the medium brown/ash color. I took a few pics and sent them to the eSalon team and they recommended updating to medium brown/pearl. Huge improvement! I look ten years younger. At my age, that’s a gift 😁

Finally a company that gives great service and help! I actually speak to a REAL person when I call, and they are always so helpful snd kind. This last order was a mistake on my part, and yet they are sending me a replacement kit at no charge. This is something you rarely see these days. Thank you e-salon for great products that are affordable and wonderful customer service!!

I am so happy with this custom color kit. My hair looks beautiful. It was so easy to apply. The instructions and personalized kit are beyond amazing. I emailed my colorist with this outstanding feedback but also asked her advice on adding more red tones. I love that it is so easy to message her. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks esalon.

First you notice all the thoughtful things that come in the package, including two pairs of gloves. As you are washing your color out you notice you are not making the usual mess. After you wash and condition, there is not extra color dripping down. Your towels will appreciate this. Once you dry your hair, the feel is soft and silky. I love it.

Zunächst möchte ich mich recht herzlich bei dem Team von eSalon bedanken, für die wirklich liebevoll verpackte Haar Coloration. Alleine das Anschauen der einzelnen Dinge zaubert einem schon ein Lächeln ins Gesicht, zumal es mit dem persönlichen Namen versehen ist. Heute habe ich nun das Color-Set ausprobiert und bin mit dem Farbergebnis sehr zufrieden! Allerdings habe ich die Ansätze nicht 100%ig hinbekommen, aber das lag wahrscheinlich an mir. Mein Haar fühlt sich auf jeden Fall richtig gut an, ist locker und auch füllig, obwohl ich dünnes Haar habe. Ich hoffe, dass es bis zur nächsten Lieferung hält und werde noch eine Pflegemaske dazu bestellen.
Absolut empfehlenswert !!!

I tried this for the first time and it was very easy. I need to hone my technique, but really like the color, 2 pair of gloves and the no-color pretreatment for my hairline.

My custom color was just perfect. I chose a semi-permanent color because it's less harsh and I have a keratin treatment in my hair so I need a color that does not lift the treatment. My hair was left soft, with a good coverage of my white roots(altough not perfect and i knew that because it's not a permanent color).In the box I received everything I needed and process was easy breezy. What I liked the most was that it did not burn or smell and the provided conditioner is sulfate free and i can use it on my hair and smelled just like the one my hairdresser uses in the salon. A very good salon experience in the comfort of your home.Great concept .

I have been looking at the Esalon products for a while and finally made the decision to set up a colour plan last week. Ordered on a Friday, my colour box was here by the Monday! Very easy to use and looks better than the salon. I have used this product more than a year and just love the color. Worth trying and definitely worth the money. You will never have to go a salon to have your hair colored. Covers the grays perfectly 🥰. They are very helpful in changing your color . I JUST LOVE LOVE IT.

The kit came with everything I needed and easy to follow instructions. I am very pleased with the outcome. I usually spend $100+ on color at the salon, so being able to do it at home for a fraction of that, and still getting great results is a no brainer!

I really didn’t expect a big difference so I was very happy with the results. My hair was so shiny and healthy after I colored. The color was so even and had much more depth. It’s a difference you can’t deny.

Love my new color

As you get older and your skin tone changes, the color you use on a regular basis no longer suits your skin tone. I found adding a little more red really made my complexion look fresh again. I'm glad I'm able to have my color adjusted to suit my need

The color is just like I requested and the shine is better than I could have hoped. I especially like the fact that there is no peroxide in the product.

I love this kit! The colourist listens when i have questions and the results are consistently great; my hair is soft and touchable. I trialed other online products and this is, in my opinion, the best option.

My color was beautiful!!! If you follow the directions (leave on a little longer for stubborn grays) and don’t try anything crazy, your hair will be beautiful! I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase!

Exceeded my expectations. Directions alleviated my fear as a first time user. Color is natural looking, and after using the product, my hair is undamaged and soft. Good experience overall.
