Love this colour it stops in hair for a long time and is so vibrant. Love the waY the box comes with everything in, including things to prevent dye from getting on skin and remover. 2 pairs of gloves, shampoo and conditioner

I’ve been going to the salon for years. This time around I just did not have the time to spend 3 hours there, so I went with eSalon. So pleased with the results. I’ve had tons of compliments. I did the all over color and then lightener kit. Everyone is stunned when I tell them I did the highlights myself. I loved that the highlights were not bleach blonde and went with my hair color to a sun kissed caramel tone. I will continue to order and explore other colors. :) thank you!!

Absolutely delighted with the colour provided.
I was worried the colour would be too dark but it came out rich, bright, shiny and luxurious.
The product arrived beautifully packaged.
I love the personal touches. Easy directions.
Great stain guard.
The product itself has minimal odour.
I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to rinse out. The shampoo and conditioner supplied was great quality. The stain remover worked perfectly.
My hair did not feel damaged or processed. My hair is low-porosity and very difficult to absorb colour. This provided excellent coverage.
I’m thrilled with the results.
I’m so happy I took this chance......

Ok first of all, a shout out to my colorist! You r the bomb! At first I thought it mightve been too dark almost fearing it was ashy tone n I cant have ash tone in my hair bec I have reddish blonde n it blended quite beautifully. I have very color-resistant gray hair, It seemed like my gray roots were growing in faster than before, so I mentioned this to my colorist, Danielle, who suggested going a shade darker. I went with it, and it has been so much better, I'm really pleased! She changed my color from medium to dark blonde, which doesn't sound like a big change, but my gray coverage lasts longer and my color is a bit richer too. Thanks Danielle!

I am in love with esalon!!! What amazing color and my hair feels so soft and beautiful. The color does not bleed like box color from the store . My hairdresser couldn’t believe my results. Never again will I buy box color or have it done professionally for $60+. Esalon is the best!!!

I have never colored my hair at home. Every month or so I go to get a few grays around my hairline touched up. I decided to try esalon which was a great decision. I love it! It was so easy. Instructions were clear. Most importantly, results were perfect! I have highlights and everything blended together. My hair is soft and shiny. I am excited to get next month’s kit. Thank you!

I have used this product once twice, but I have another one ready to use within the month. I really like the results. I had proper hairdressers to administer it and they were impressed. I loved the presentation of the product, with my name on the box, and everything is labelled so you know what is what! I will keep buying my eSalon dye colour.

I purchased this after complimenting another woman's hair and finding out she used the eSalon service. I have been extremely impressed with the product as it was necessary for the colorists to "fix" a botched salon job on my naturally auburn (but greying) hair. As my hair is growing out this botched job, the colorists are continuing to tweak the color for the best results and are doing an awesome job. I couldn't be happier.

When I placed my first order with eSalon I had just purchased two boxes of my usual product at a local grocery store. Since I had just used one of them and planned on using the remaining one before I colored my hair again I had to wait several weeks to try my new product from eSalon. I was skeptical while my hair was processing as it looked like I had chosen a color too dark for my skin color. Needless to say it was darker than what I had been using and I immediately received glowing compliments from everyone in my friend and family circle. The BEST thing however is that the gray hair that usually shows up after only 2-3 weeks with my old color now doesn't surface for about 7-8 weeks. So I am now only coloring my hair half as often as I used to. The color is rich and vibrant. I am very happy using this product!

I ordered this custom color kit & used it for the first time a few days ago. WOW! The color turned out exactly as I had hoped for. It covered all of my greys perfectly & left my hair looking fantastic! Never Salon coloring for me again! This will be my new go-to for custom color at a price you just cannot beat. Love it!

Absolutely love 💗 Love 💓 LOVE 💕 the color developed just for me! I've gotten many compliments on the shade. The color and the customer service are A-1, Top Notch, 5-Star! This product makes my hair shine and it seems to be fuller as well. Sad news is the ammonia odor is very strong and difficult for me to endure so coloring my own hair makes it impossible to avoid the fumes. Only other option would be to switch to semi-permanent. 😕 IF/WHEN an ammonia-free permanent color becomes available, I WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!

Was worried about the new Esalon color not being “red” enough- although it is slightly different than my previous red, I love it! AND, my husband loves it! He said the bright red did not look good, and this color matched my skin and complexion way better! Thank you Esalon!

I was pleasantly surprised by the initial contact and follow- up. I found the process for choosing a colour very simple and appreciated the follow up text. The products arrived beautifully packed with easy to follow instructions clearly laid out. I did have a moment of panic wondering what I was doing using a hair colour from the internet and again when I saw dark brown streaks all along my forehead but these were easily removed by the products provided. I had stopped having my hair salon coloured because my hair had become very dry. I was delighted with these results. Not only was my hair colour perfect but the condition of my hair, using the products provided, was also excellent. My hair is coloured , moisturised and shiny. I will certainly use these products again and am happy to recommend them.

This is my third time ordering my custom color. The first two times I colored my whole head, but this time was just roots. My golden red tones tend to fade faster than other colors so I was slightly worried that my roots would come out darker than my ends, but that wasn't the case at all! The steps are easy to follow and the last step makes sure your roots blend perfectly with your ends!

This color is beautiful! It looks as good as when I get my hair professionally colored. The kit was great (I especially love the "stick up" instructions that I can put on my bathroom wall while coloring).

This was the first time of using esalon home hair colour. I was really impressed with the colour, the coverage and both the shine and condition it left my hair. I will definately be using this from now on. It also covered my white hair really well and kept its colour.

You can go thru the site and choose a base color that is perfect. Base color is not normally what you can change in at-home hair color. Any time you have a concern or question they answer your email quickly and offer solutions to the problem. The Temporary Root Touch-up is Awesome!! It covers completely and stays on until you remove it. It takes a little practice to get the amount of touch-up right, but once you have a technique it's great!

I’ve used the usual drug store hair color for about 5yrs mainly to color grey hair. It was destroying my hair and irritating my scalp. The e-salon hair color product is so much better. I love how it is shipped with meticulous attention to packaging-each product wrapped and/or bagged for an impressive appearance when opening every item. Personalized directions are a real treat. I have been trying for what seems like forever to find a hair dye that is the same colour as I had when I was naturally a redhead in my younger years. I have now found it. Even my gray hair has gone. Not sure yet if it will come through again. Only time will tell. Thank you so much eSalon, it is perfect.
Had to pay import tax the second time I was sent the products, however eSalon credited the cost to my account. Thank you again.
It’s now 27th Jan 2019 and am even more in love with my colour than 6 months ago. I have asked for 2 adjustments and every time the changes were just as I asked. My colour is absolutely gorgeous and the greys only appear with the hair regrowth Thank you esalon.

I have spent so much money over the years at a stylist! I decided to try eSalon as I am now on a fixed budget. I love it! My hair is gray and the color works great! This was only my second time coloring my own hair. The color made for me was exactly what I was hoping for. It covered my grays, and the step by step instructions were easy to use. The videos where very helpful as well. I will be ordering from them again.

I have a lot of golds and browns in my red hair and this color has captured all of that, not making it look like my color has come from a box. It's not maroon, pink or orange... it's just right for a girl that's been a redhead her whole life.

it was perfect color with some deep to dark brown and with some depth of gold in it so it is not totally dark. I love this color and will keep it for awhile. never had a color that was what I had really liked for my hair and covered all my roots well.

Let me start off thus review by saying WOW! I was almost in utter disbelief to see my hair that was once box dyed black go to the red undertoned brown that I have today. My hair still looks incredibly healthy, not like most dyes you can access yourself that will leave your feeling dry. The shampoo and conditioner that comes within the kit smell great and leave my hair feeling great, the conditioner is more than hydrating. Everything was so easy and the instructions plus pro tips made it even easier, thank you so much Esalon for such amazing products.

I am incredibly happy, the colour is what I wanted, the kit is so professional, the feeling of the dye is luxurious and fresh, my hair feels like it has had a treatment, nothing like I have ever experienced before, even the smell is gentle, I LOVE it! The packaging is beautiful and such extra care has gone into making a customer feel special, super impressed.

I really liked how my hair didn't feel like straw when I rinsed color out. With store brands my hair felt so dry and brittle. Looking forward to more days with my new color and conditioning purchases.

Hi guys! I was worried about going dark but the customer service was on it! I chose an auburn and was worried it would be something unnatural but the two step color provided and step by step instructions resulted in a beautiful flattering rich color that looks great in every lighting. My hair was a little rough after coloring but a vinegar rinse calmed down the cuticles and I’m very happy. I love the shampoo, conditioner and big softy conditioner.

I have colored my hair for more than 40 years in some form or another. eSalon Custom Color Set not only provides everything you need (love that I get 2 pairs of gloves, stain guard, and stain remover) but my color stays true between colorings. I always had a problem with my dark brown fading to medium brown before I switched to eSalon. I really can't say enough good things about my color.

My stylist did an excellent job to blend a color that's just right for me, working with the photos I sent and my explanation of what I was expecting. When I get a notion to change it up, I'll send new pics with updated preferences, and I know it will be on target. The color is great! Thank you for the personal attention.

I was initially afraid, when I ordered, that I had chosen a color too dark. I turned out perfectly. My highlights that have grown out look natural with the darker roots. No obvious line.
