The ease of getting it delivered on a regular basis is great and it is very easy to apply. I like being able to make changes to my order anytime and control when it ships.

I love my Taylor made hair colour, covers my grey and last much longer thank shop bought colours. Doesn't dry my hair out like some others do, really conditions my hair leaving it soft but manageable. I would definitely recommend it.
The custom colour is perfect for me. I love the automatic ordering process... I never run out and never have to worry about grays again! I have stubborn gray so the colour was reformulated for me and it does a fantastic job.

I'm not exactly a youngster and have long hair becoming threaded with silver which I'm not yet ready to embrace. I started using eSalon a year ago and it is fantastic! The colour is blended to my own colour ( I get lots of compliments even from my hairdresser about my lovely hair - great clour and condition and how lucky I am to have been blessed with it). Every couple of months my magic package arrives and I can discretely touch up in the privacy of my home and cover those pesky greys in no time. If I fancy a little change the custom colour team will tweak the blend to give subtle differences and a little extra oomph - easy, well priced, great product and the service is perfect! Love it!

I love being able to get exactly the colour I need delivered to my door when I need it. In the past I had to worry if the shops had what I needed in stock. Or I had to settle for a darker or lighter colour than I usually used. The price is pretty much the same if I buy it from a shop or get it delivered, but with esalon I get it without the hassle and it's exactly right.

Without a doubt the best colour I have ever used. Tailor made for me, natural looking and completely colour-fast at first wash - with any other off-the-shelf colour the water would have been brown/orange!

This hair color was such a great find! The color lasts longer than any other color I've ever had, and no more crispy hair. Somehow the softness lasts and lasts. I wish there was some type of touchup kit, but right now I use a part of the color kit for touchups, and reserve the remainder for the next touchup. I love the personalized color tweaking, I got the exact color I want for a LOT less than a salon.

I was so tired of buying hair color at the store that never stayed for more than 3-4 weeks. Every time I found a color that I liked, the store would discontinue it & I became very frustrated. I love this product! It's covers my gray, doesn't fade out, doesn't irritate my scalp when I'm putting it on, and the best part is, because the color lasts (decreasing the need to color so often) I only have to color half as much as I used to! They really do mix up the exact color you ask for and if you decide you want to change colors just shoot them an email and voila! It's done!

This is the best coloring I have ever used. I love that you can make a custom color and change it whenever the mood strikes. This is the most versatile company I have worked with and I have colored my hair at least 300 times in my life and this is the best overall, customer service, products, price, ability to change is extremely easy, if you want products that love your hair try eSalon. I shouldn't be telling you this but I am 61 and have quite the experience with color and the way my hair feels. It is in great condition for my age and looks beautiful even if I do say so myself.

My hair stays soft, doesn't fade and has a lot of shine. I have dark hair with a lot of gray. It grows really fast so I need to retouch the roots every three weeks. This product leaves my hair soft, not dry or brittle. I will use it forever.

I never had the nerve to color my hair myself. I thought that there was a reason there was such a difference in price to have it done at the salon or buying off the shelf. When I saw the ad for eSalon I liked the concept and needed to save some money at the time so I gave it a try. After the initial interview and submitting a photo, the color team contacted me with additional questions and I realized they really were formulating a color just for me. The package was complete with everything I needed and very clear instructions. The color turned out great, my hair felt healthy and the color has lasted. I saved $100 and I am a real fan!

I LOVE this hair color. It is easy to use, but the results are salon worthy. I stopped using for a couple of months and used store bought color, but wasn't happy with the results, so I went back to eSalon. The difference is night and day. My custom made color is so rich and beautiful that I do not EVER plan to stop using it!!! I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants rich, beautiful, easy to apply color that also covers those pesky gray hairs!

I have been coloring my hair for over 30 years. This is without a doubt the best I have ever had. The colorist work with you to obtain exactly what you want. One kit covers my long thick hair (I've used 2-3 boxes of store bought in the past). The coverage is great and lasts so long, and covers grey perfectly. And afterwards, my hair feels so soft and healthy,. Not dry and burnt. Love this product.

I discovered esalon a few months ago. I love the color they selected for me! It's so easy--upload a picture and choose your color you usually do and then let the colorist do the rest ! Then they ship it when it's time to color my hair again!! I don't have to keep up with anything. They send friendly reminder emails.

I have been with esalon for over 2 years and am as in love with my hair color as much today as I was the first time I tried it. The customer service is excellent! Any changes that I need to make - from date changes to color tweaks - have always been handled immediately and far above my expectation. I recommend this service to everyone!
