I love my custom color and it lasts longer than others I've used. My hair is soft, shiny an just the color I wanted. No having to guess which box shade will turn out how. I have been using this for over a year now and I have the same results every time. I highly recommend it.
This stuff is the best-custom made for you....the colour doesn't fade like the commercial mass marketed brands, and it is salon formula, without the price tag....I don't use anything else now.

I'm so glad my sister recommended that I use esalon to color my hair. The products are professional quality and my hair looks great all month long. It's easy to use and there are always good, comprehensive instructions.
They somehow figured out the perfect color for me without ever seeing my hair? Don't know how they can do that, but it's so close to my natural color that not even my husband noticed a change! It helps my "old" hair feel softer and younger too! My only complaint would be it doesn't last on my white hairs. I re-color about every 6 weeks, which leaves a bit of grow out at the roots and the other whites are showing through also. So, all in all fantastic!
Love the pre made it does not dry my hair out like other colors. Simplicity with directions. I am new to dying hair wish they would make I touch up kit for mid way
I love this made for YOU hair color. I've gotten so many compliments on the color of my hair, asking me if it was natural and how pretty and shiny it is. I love this and I hope to keep on using this on my hair verses the over the counter products. They are not nearly as good and the custom hair color lasts longer as well. LOVE this product and will continue to use it.
I LOVE MY E-SALON HAIR COLOR. IT IS THE BEST! I WILL NEVER GO TO STORE BOUGHT OR SALON AGAIN. IT LEAVES MY HAIR SO SMOOTH AND SHINY. THE COLOR LAST UP TO 5 WEEKS. I have colored my hair for decades using basic drugstore brands. A few years ago I started having my hair colored in a salon. My color stayed richer longer but I still had to have my roots done every 5 weeks. The expense was hard to justify so when I looked into going back to a DIY haircolor I discovered eSalon's Custom Color. In a word, Hallelujah!! They were able to formulate the exact color I wanted, custom made just for me based on pictures I submitted and explaining just what I was looking for. The color stays as rich as the salon color did, with very little fading between applications. And if you ever want to tweak/adjust your color one month, they are happy to make whatever changes you want. It is very simple to use; I only need to use the bottle application method (not the brush) as my hair is short. The color, as well as the shampoo and conditioner which come with it, are excellent on my hair keeping it shiny, soft and smooth. I also love that my custom color is delivered right to my mailbox every 5 weeks so I never have to worry about my color being out of stock at the store when I need it. This is a wonderful product and I am completely satisfied with it. I highly recommend it to everyone.
I color my hear for about 30 years by now. The e-Salon hair color is the best I have ever used. The hair does not appear "burned", and it covers 100% the gray. I would not hesitate to give it the 5 stars rating.
Have been using this product for almost a year now and I get so many compliments on my color even from my regular hair stylist, she is not happy to lose my business (for coloring my hair) but does have to admit that this is a great product. Its so simple and quick, with easy to read instructions and the comfort of the 1-800 emergency hotline, I would absolutely recommend this product to everyone.
This is the best hair colour I have ever used. It covers the grey and lasts. My hairdresser even comments on how nice the colour looks. It's so easy to change the shade a little (which I like to do with the season changes).

I was skeptical at first, but I've been using eSalon for over a year and love it... I started out light and then decided to go pretty dark, only to change my mind and go light again. While my hairdresser would prefer to do my coloring, she gave my color a rave review. I like the very personalized service I receive. When I had a problem with one shade a colorist emailed me personally and then I even spoke to him by phone. This is so much better than drugstore color. It makes my hair look really natural. It's not all one color like shoe polish, it almost looks like I have highlights. I get a version of light brown - I love it!

The online colorists are great and work with me to get just what I want. And soooo easy. If your hair isn't ready for another application, you just change the delivery date. If I go to the salon, I just skip one. Very nice.
My second application is so to be delivered. I am very pleased with the color my stylist created. I am a Red Head and I wanted to go grey, my way, gradually. So far this product has done this for me. I will probably see more of the shuttle change with the next application. I am using Medium Ash Blond.

I stopped going to the salon years ago when I found that I could color my hair myself pretty effectively using a drug store product. The color did not last as long, but since I have curly hair and can easily conceal roots, the savings was worth it for me. I would color my hair every 5-6 weeks. I decided to try E-Salon after seeing an ad online. The experience was immediately better, as the kit comes with two sets of gloves, a nicer applicator bottle and for a little extra money you can buy a bowl and brush for application. Stain guard and stain remover is also included which was a nice perk. I was nervous about the color, but I had submitted two photos to the E-salon team and what do you know...they got it right the first time! I was asked via email several times if changes needed to be made to the formula, but I am in my 5th month of using it and I have no changes. Love love love it...and it lasts a bit longer than the drug store brand I was using (Revlon)

ESalon colorists do a great job working with comments and pictures to make a great product. This hair color is very easy on your hair and covers well, even stubborn gray hair.
I just love this service. I don't know how I have done so long without it. My hair color is great and it is super easy to tweak if I need/want to. All of the folks I have spoken with were super helpful. The array of additional items that come with the color is excellent too (2 pair gloves, stain remover, stain guard, shampoo, conditioner).

Easy to handle and put on, the hair can be combed easily when the colour has been put on, when rinsing the colour from the hair and drying it afterwards, the hair feels very soft. The colour looks natural and does not have this coloured helmet effect!
The process of selecting my color was easy to understand and didn't take much time. My order was confirmed quickly and shipping time was acceptable. Once I got the product, the instructions were easy to follow and the coloring was really close to what I wanted. Shampoo and conditioner were great. Next time I would go a little darker on the color to hide the gray better.
I used to try the boxed hair colors from retailers, but switched after reading reviews about eSalon's product. It is far superior to any other do-it-yourself color treatment. My hair is shiny and the gray coverage is excellent! I would highly recommend this product.

If you follow the guide on the website for describing your color and send a good photo you should have a great result. I find the color to be high quality, not harsh, and I love the package that comes with each order, complete with gloves (2 pair), shampoo & conditioner, a stain-removal towelette and stain-prevention creme. Great!
I love the custom hair color e-salon sends me. I have tried two different shades and they last a long time. I have a lot of grey in my natural haircolor now but you would never know it for the next 6-8 weeks after I color. WONDERFUL product.
