This was the first time I have tried the custom color. Wow, what a difference it made. My hair has stayed shinny, no lose of luster. I am waiting on my next shipment. Will continue with this. My boyfriend did it for me, easy and no mess.

I find the coloring leaves my hair in much better condition than previous drugstore colors I have used. The color adjustment was as I asked! Now I need it brighter, so will request that.

I have to say I could not be more pleased with my hair color. It turned out beautifully! The color was perfect, and my hair was soft and shiny. Not only that, the color has lasted FAR longer than when I had it colored in the salon! I will never go back to having my hair done in the salon now that I've found eSalon.

Wasn't sure what to think of it but I found the colour match was just what I asked for and I will definitely re order. The product was not overpowering smelly like some of the shelf products. The last couple of times I had my hair coloured at an expensive Aveda salon and the product burnt my scalp, not kidding. I found the salon product much more gentle on the scalp.

I haven't been much of a coloring person before with permanent color, but I really do like this better than store bought. It's much more to what color I want and feels really good. Doesn't take long for the order to go away either:)

I think that the custom color formulation that was developed for me from my instructions was 100% accurate.
This will save me hundreds of dollars per year as well as significantly cut down on my time in salons for coloring.

The expert colorists gave me strong professional advice on going from light blond to light golden brown (using a gradual method of steps). My daughter just did my 1st color change, and it is great! The color is dark golden blond AND I LOVE IT!!!

I was a little apprehensive in trying the color but to my amazement, it was perfect for me. I love the color and loved how long the color stays in my hair. The only gray showing is my new growth. This is sooo much better than drug store hair colors. In fact, I like it better than my hair salon's color.

Color is beautiful. Rich, shiny, looks natural even when first applied unlike drugstore coloring. Long lasting and doesn't go brassy. I have used it for several years and have had lots of compliments on my color. I always had trouble getting a color close to my natural color from over the counter products. This is a perfect match. 😊

I used to have to dye my hair every other week or be really grey but this dye has lasted about 5 weeks now and the roots have only just started to come through so I'm very pleased

Always the color I need and the recipe is consistent. I can always count on quality and lasting color. I cannot duplicate this with the over-the-counter products. I tried this product on the morning of the 4th of July. I received so many compliments & continue to do so about how shiny my hair is and people love the color. It's not to far off from my own color, but it looks amazing and healthy. I will definitely be ordering e-salon again real soon!

I loved my eSalon color experience. The color was perfect and richer than anything I've bought off the shelf. With other brands my roots were ALWAYS lighter whether I did the root touch-up or all other color application method. I was worried about the cost of eSalon, but I can't imagine ever going back to off the shelf color.

Last night, for the first time, I used my demi-permanent custom color and I love it. I have shoulder length red hair that has lost its luster as I've matured but the color I purchased is PERFECT. Simply put, having the colorists from eSalon custom blend color for me has been an amazing decision that I plan on repeating regularly. My grey and white hairs are totally covered. Not only is the color better quality than I have found in the stores, the convenience is a bonus! No more am I frustrated that my color is discontinued or not being carried at my local store, my personal color is on record with esalon and always available. Better yet, it comes automatically to my home on the schedule I set up. Love it!

I absolutely love Esalon! My custom color comes every 6 weeks, or as often as I want. It is great when I receive the package, because it has everything that I need to do my hair. No guess work, no searching for supplies....all arrives in one neat package. The color is awesome and when I feel like I want a change, I just send new pictures and a message to my colorist and the change is made.
I definitely recommend esalon for all your color and hair care needs.

I've been using eSalon for many years now. I'm totally satisfied with the product. I've never once had to change the original formula they created for me. It's always exactly the same as previous orders and that's what's important to me. The coverage is superior to store bought products. I also love the flexibility of the ordering process...there are times I want to escalate or delay delivery and it's always done correctly. I'm a big fan.

The color is perfect and easy to apply. The shampoo and conditioner are the rewards for doing your own color. Both are rich and the scent is great. My hair feels better when I am finished that when I go into a salon at home. My first order was not the right shade, but eSalon worked with me to find exactly the right shade. I cannot recommend this product highly enough.

I heard about this product on line and was afraid to color my hair myself. The draw was how much $$$ I would save by not going to the salon each month to color. Once I bribed my husband to assist (those hard to reach places in the back) and tried it, I was sold. I color once a month, have modified the color a little and it is always just what they say it will be. My hair comes out wonderful, healthy and with a shine. I have had many comments (even from people at hair salons) on the wonderful the color and condition.

I really love this product. It's very easy and my hair feels super soft. This time it turned out a lot darker than the last time but it still works and lasts much longer than the store bought ones. I am very pleased.

With eSalon I can get salon quality color for a fraction of the cost. I love the concept of having a hair product formulated for each unique individual, and not just another box on the shelf. I have been doing root touch up with esalon for quite a while now, and to me the rest of my hair seemed dull. I sent esalon colorist a message asking what I could do. They sent me a treat of custom hair color with instructions with my root touch up order. So, nervously, I did it following instructions....'WOW", gorgeous hair color. Vibrant, bright, so many compliments have I gotten. Love it and am very happy. Will continue to do this when needed. Thank You!

My hair has never been colored before. I was worried that it would come out too dark or unnatural looking. Love this product! It was not harsh, did not smell bad, had everything I needed in the kit, but best of all, the color was a perfect match! It covers my gray hairs and looks like my natural hair color. I wish I had done this years ago!

My roots were in desperate need of a touch-up and my reddish brown hair was losing its shine and the color faded too. I have to say I was more than a little skeptical at first, but I managed to get results as good as at the salon (if not better!!!). I have tons of shine and the red is back. Thank you eSalon!

I can't rave enough on how easy it is to use esalon custom hair color. Everything you need is supplied and premixed. Just put on the perfectly matched color, wait the recommended amount of time, wash it out and VOILA perfect haircolor! So glad I gave esalon a try. You should too!

This was easy to use. I literally just mixed it with the other bottle and used it! It doesn't have that strong chemical smell either. Also, the color was easy to get off my skin.

I was pretty skeptical, but I figured I could get in to the salon for a quick fix if necessary. I was very impressed!! The color specialist really did a great job taking my information, and the pictures I provided and mixing me the exact color I wanted. (I have no idea what color my natural hair color is at this point, but I'm sure it's nothing this gorgeous!).
The only con I have is the smell during the coloring process is more harsh than at the salon, but the money I save and the color I come away with are totally worth it.

I loved my esalon haircolor and also the shine is unbelievable. My hair did not look colored it looked totally natural. I am in love and I feel so much more confident with all my grays totally covered. It lasts so much longer than store bought haircolor too.

my hair is grey going to white but I still color it my natural hair color..........you can't tell the difference! color is great no frizz from over treatment and when I'm out I have had it happen many times women coming and asking where I get my hair done. I am a natural strawberry blonde which is an impossible color to achieve artificially. Since I have been getting older my color has been fading, which combined with my pale skin makes me look a little ghostly ;-). I have tried every hair color you can purchase in a drug store and some at the hair dresser and nothing ever matched my natural color. Until I found eSalon! They have done the impossible. From my first order it has been perfect! My exact natural hair color!!! No funny undertones. And when it washes out it doesn't change color either, it just fades a little. I just had them punch up the red a little and it is simply PERFECT!!!!!!

I was afraid at first to try this product. But after getting over the fear, I love it. It was easy to use and the color is perfect for me. I would totally recommend this product, just follow the steps in the choosing a color and they do all the work getting the perfect color for you. Also, if it is too dark or too light by your standards, you let them know and they will adjust it for you so you are happy with your look.

Finally... a color that not only covers persistent gray, but looks beautiful and is easy to use. Don't hesitate to join- I mean how easy is it to NOT have to think about running to your retailer and hoping your color is on the shelf? Home delivery? Awesome! Do I miss my colorist? Absolutely...but I can color on my time now and not spend hours in the chair. This is just what I need for my busy self : )

I love the packaging and ease of use of this hair color system. I was also pleased that it instructs you to wash your hair as part of the dye process. I am prone to migraines, often triggered by chemical smells, and this was far less potent than other dyes. Best of all, the color looked just as I hoped - no one noticed that it wasn't my natural color, which was my goal. Looking forward to going a bit darker on the next round.

I have to say, I was really scared to use this product but I am loving it! My favorite part was the personalized instructions which were very easy to follow and pinpointed exactly what I wanted to do. The color matched fantastically and everyone at work thought I had it done in a salon. Definitely worth it, and I am looking forward to having the same color show up next time without me having to stand in the aisle wondering what I got the last time.

Best duplication of my natural color ever!

I've been to countless salons, used every retail hair color product made, and I've never seen such spot on duplication of my natural hair color. This product covers the gray, and unlike most red hair colors, doesn't look unnatural. I left for a while, but now I'm back! I just can't do better than this.

The shade is exactly the right light brown for my skin tone. I'm able get professional highlights every few months without any trouble. Just be careful to only touch up the roots.
