I finally took advantage of getting a custom color from eSalon when they offered it for $10 so I could try it. I have to say I am more than satisfied. The color is rich and left my hair soft and shiny. Even my hair stylist noticed how shiny my hair was. Definitely worth the money. I've been doing my own coloring for years and this product is worth every penny. Customer service is great too. They follow up immediately to see if you liked your color and offer any changes before they mail your next shipment.

If you want great hair color use eSalon everything you need to color your hair is included in the box and they have people to help you pick the right color for YOU. Try eSalon, really. My hair feels great and the color is wonderful!!

Never having colored my hair (always relied on my stylist) I tried it after missing an apt due to being in the hospital. My hair was in need of covering the white roots. Since I could not reschedule w-him, I opted for eSalon. Filled out the questionnaire, loaded my current photo & waited for the shipment to arrive at home. It was easier than I thought to apply. Seems as it covered my white better than the salon color did & seemed to last longer as well. My body & hair have been through a lot. Having had 3 surgeries in 7months due to breast cancer, I didn't know how this would work. It wasn't as chemical smelling, did NOT burn my scalp, my hair was soft, shiny & wonderful afterwards. Being 49, I was very thankful that this existed, & the results were so positive for my first time experience of coloring my own hair. The cape was a life saver as were the gloves, color & stain guard. Definitely would recommend to others.

I love eSalon the color is perfect and easy to use it covered my shades of grey now I have my medium copper hair back with great highlights.Love the presentation(box, instruction folder,-everything I needed).Don't think about it do it -my hair is soft and shines..much better than the big name products and does not have the intense odor some products have while processing.Happy happy happy

I've used eSalon for a few months now and I've loved the results. The personal attention to what I want is very good! Would recommend to anyone who colors their own hair as the product is much better than what you buy in a box but not as costly as at the salon.

The whole experience was positive! The formula gave me better results than I have had at home in the past. I love that I can make adjustments to get just what I want, to customize it to perfection. The order arrived on time, the packaging & instructions are so nice and straightforward, & made the whole process non-intimidating. This is such a great idea and I plan on using this from now on. This gives you the ability to create your own best haircolor with help from experts. It's idiot proof! I ordered more shampoo & conditioner because I am amazed by their formulas and how they perform as well.

I was looking for a change, but knowing what you want and getting that are 2 different things. Well, until I sat down and decided to take a chance. I read the reviews, and watched the you tube blogs and decided that 50% off the first order was worth a try.
My colorist is Jennifer and she did a fantastic job!!!
I love my hair and the process wasn't that hard at all.
I love the fact that my hair color is even and doesn't stink like a box of store hair color!
Looking forward to having to do my color in 7 weeks instead of dreading it.

I've been using this product for over two years. My hair feels nourished after coloring and always looks natural. It covers my grey completely and leaves it soft, shiny, and full of dimension. My greys are stubborn, but they always look healthy and smooth after coloring. I'm SO happy! Thank you! :)

Love, love, love. The color is perfect, super easy to do, and so much cheaper than the salon. My hair doesn't have that dry "colored" feel or look to it either. Really good stuff!

I have used many boxed hair colors. This really is different! I have had the most compliments on my hair since using this product. Even after 5-6 weeks people that know I color my hair ask if I have just colored it. They are amazed at how the color holds up even after several weeks.

I am so happy with this color! My hair looks great and feels amazing. The customized color kit was easy to use and the step by step instructions were simple and easy to understand. I really liked that they added an extra pair of gloves to the kit as well.

Love the convenience. I don't forget to pick it up or its out of stock. It's delivered to my door, it's on time and saves a ton of money. I am never guessing the color or changing brands. Directions are super easy and two pairs of gloves. I love that. No fingers dyed during the rinse.

I have allergies and I'm normally allergic to several types of hair color causing rashes and itching real bad. I tried this product for the first time. I had a little itch but not very much the 1st day not like other hair color has done me in the past with itching and rashes for weeks at a time. I have thick course shoulder length hair that tangles very easy. I used the shampoo and conditioner that came with the product. My hair was feeling like silk and the color was absolutely beautiful and shiny. People kept asking me about my color and how shiny and healthy my hair looked. Love love love this product. No more searching in the store isles again trying to find the right color.

Love the product, the packaging and application....soooo wonderful unlike other boxed colors where you just rinse out the color you can actually wash your hair..with this you get to add more color in the shower and then to wash it out. Best thing ever for dark colors it does not make your scalp dark like box colors. But did not last as long as I had asked and hoped for...followed directions exactly...it has been 4 weeks to the day since I colored..I did ask for 6 weeks...sigh

I was a bit hesitant at first because I didn't know anything about it but was tired of over the counter products which didn't do what I wanted, but tried it anyways. And I LOVE IT!!! The color is exactly what I wanted and it completely covered my grays!!!!

I've had my color on hand for a few weeks. I was hesitant to try it but finally did. Wow...I am so happy with how my color turned out. I have only had one problem with my hair and that has been some brassiness started showing up and I told eSalon and they immediately fixed my formula and I used it last week and it looks great again. They work very hard to keep us all happy.

This color not only looks great when I put it on but it looks great even when fading out.. I always get complements. This also does a great job at covering my grays.

I have black hair that has natural auburn highlights. Esalon experts custom mixed my hair color to perfection! It looks so natural yet it covers my gray hair that only seems to grow across the front of my hairline:) Highly recommend this service.

Love not having to go shopping for hair color any more. eSalon sends my color directly to my house. Easy to use and comes with a packet of shampoo and conditioner to use afterwards.

I was really surprised with the emails from my "colorist", to try to help me design the correct color and tones. What AMAZED me is how well it covers my grey, and how long the color has lasted. This product has exceeded any other hair color I've used, either in a salon or at home.

I have been spending tons of money at hair salons having lots of grey hair it meant more visits for color treatment. This is no longer necessary this color specific to my requirements is amazing and easy to apply doesn't smell nasty all tools & gloves etc are included easy to follow instructions and a beautiful result. The condition of my coloured hair is lovely. Couldn't recommend this enough. Told all my girlfriends too.

On my first color almost 1 mth ago, I thought maybe it was too dark. (Dk br) but after the first wash it appeared to look better. I was relieved and pleased about the full coverage on the grey. And the shampoo and conditioner left my hair Shiney. Now that the color is dissappearing, my hair is still shiney, healthy, and the greys look tolerable til I get my order next week. I definitely recommend this product it's less expensive than going to the salon, they charge me $ 60-70 a pop. And pharmacy box dyes last two weeks only. Buy this product you will love it.

My hairdresser now only does my cut for me. She mentioned my color and I told her where I get it from. She was not disappointed. She was very impressed as this is the only color that has stayed in my hair covering the nasty greys and staying the right color without fading! She has tried so many different ways and it has failed every time! WTG eSalon!

Everytime I have done my hair at home, I get red as the predominate color. This color was perfect and has stayed beautiful.

This is my second try hoping to get my color right, and it is getting close. The color that this product provides is about a million times better than any off-the-shelf color I have ever tried. It is so natural and has so much more depth. The color did lighten quite a bit despite my buying the color care shampoo and conditioner, but still, it remained a very natural color - it did not become orange or brassy. I highly recommend this hair color.

I'm on a budget, but don't want to look like it. Esalon's process was easy and thorough. I chose the wrong color for me and they caught it. They notified me and by looking at my profile answers and my picture they made the proper adjustments and I couldn't be happier. Great quality product.

First time ever coloring my own hair and although it was a bit difficult I did have my daughter assist me so it went smoothly. Very happy with results . I did a root touch up and did pull some color through. Called and spoke with Brittany to ask some questions about my next shipment and she was very helpful. I recommend giving this a try. I have shoulder length hair.

The color looked natural and close to my original hair color. I like it much better than I thought I would going back to a dark brown vs. the black I had used for years. I only used black because the browns always turned out to be anything but brown. I used blacks to be safe. I was afraid of what I would get, but it worked out great, loved the color.

I was already impressed with not only the product but the company. Now that they reviewed my comments and adjusted my color I am even more impressed. In only 2 tries they got the color I have been trying to get for a very long time. It would/has cost me a lot of money trying to get this color myself or doing so through a salon. Now I have it and can do it myself at my convenience and save a lot of money. Thank you eSalon!!!

After reading all the rave reviews online about the eSalon haircolor I had to give it a try. I just finished my first color treatment and all I can say is Wow! People online were not kidding. My hair is soft, shiny, and best of all does not look like the "doll hair" that I'm used to from my box color. There are beautiful subtle highlights just like natural colored hair. Thank you eSalon for a product that delivers and at an affordable price to boot!

I love this hair colour - I have been experimenting with different dyes for a while now trying to get a dark brown colour that is right for my hair. My hair pulls red and this is the first dye that hasn't had a big red pigment to it on my hair. I haven't been able to achieve a cooler brown colour like this, so thank you!

I like the fact that I just email my questions or color changes to my 'Salon Expert' and they respond in a timely matter. The outcome is inexpensive but with expensive salon results.

I've had one color treatment with e-salon. My goal was to cover my pesky hard-to-color gray hair, without using a permanent color. I immensely dislike seeing roots. I opted for a demi permanent color and was quite happy with it. . . time to do it again!

Amazing color!

Simple and easy. Price is perfect and the color is exactly like my natural color that I've been trying to get stylists to do for years but is never what I want. I'm not sure I'll ever go back to a salon to get my hair colored again. My hair stays super shiny and looks healthy! LOVE eSalon!!!!!!
