I had some gray hairs coming in and I desperately needed to get my hair colored. At first, I was very hesitant, but after I finally decided to go for it, I must say that I am a "lifer" for sure! The hair color did not cause any brassiness or breakage, and it evenly covered my hair. I am blown away by the results and extremely satisfied!

Loved the Copper Mahoghany you formulated this month. It is perfect! I've been trying to get this color for myself since I started coloring my hair some 60 years ago. At 75+ I have finally found it. Don't change a thing! GREAT JOB!

Die Farbe entspricht genau meiner Vorstellung. Die Haare sind nach der Coloration gut kämmbar und nicht zu sehr angegriffen. Habe da auch schon andere Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich bin wirklich super zufrieden!

Dieses Mal hatte ich den Farbton ein wenig geändert und es ist ein super Ergebnis geworden. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Die Haare sind geschmeidig und fetten noch einen Tag später als üblich.

Second order of my hair dye and it is absolutely beautiful. The first order I had picked out more of a red brown, it was a lovely rich colour but not for me. Thibault remixed me a beautiful dark chocolate brown. The shine is amazing and my hair feels so soft even after all the damage I had.

Die Farbe riecht nicht komisch, ist einfach in der Anwendung (tolles Detail: es gibt 2 Paar Handschuhe). Deckt perfekt ab und der Übergang zum bisher gefärbten Haar war noch nie so gut.

This is soooo much better than drugstore hair color or even color from Sally Beauty. It's always the same color every time, not the case when I was mixing my own. I can ask for color changes and they are always spot on. My hair is shiny and healthy. And this product is cruelty free. Yay!

Since I dyed my hair using the custom color set I received lots and lots of compliments. It passed almost 4 weeks since I dyed my hair and the color is still vibrant and the covarage of the white hair is 100%.
I am more than 100% satified and I wait for the next set.

I was really apprehensive since I had never coloured my hair at home before. I have to admit that I applied it rather haphazardly. The colour looks so natural!! Actually better than the last time I had my hair coloured at the hairdresser. Really pleased. So much quicker and easier than going to the salon.

I was spending four times as much in a salon for a root touch up color. I just had my second order, with a bit of an adjustment, and it’s perfect! Love the results. Love the ease of ordering!!

My hair is very healthy looking with shiny multi-dimensional color. I really appreciate how they sent me two different mixes one for my roots and one for my ends to help everything blend together. Looks great.

Super Farbe sie brennt und juckt nicht auf der Kopfhaut. Die wäscht nicht raus wie andere Farben.
Super leicht aufzutragen. Haare nach dem färben glänzend und geschmeidig.
Und die Farbe geht super leicht von der Haut an👍

The last color that I received and used, did not come out the normal color. Instead of having my normal red/copper color it turned out to be a very odd light brown. I wish I had been able to do something about it before I used it. The color in the bottle was a very light gold. Not my normal shade. Will you please look into what happened. Thank you very much. Ich habe die Farbe speziell für mich zum 2x bestellt. Ich bin ganz begeistert von der schönen Aufmachung mit der die Produkte ankommen. Die Farbe lässt sich gut anwenden, mein Haar strahlt, riecht gut und fühlt sich schön weich an.

I love how when I ordered my first colour - it wasn't quite what I expected so I sent pictures and told the esalon team what I thought and they adjusted my colour to suit my requirements. You can't do that with shop bought colours! The personal service is great. The second colour was a lot more like I expected but I still want to tweak it again a bit so I'm hoping to adjust until I find the perfect colour. I've had lots of compliments on my new hair colour and it has definitely coloured the grey/white I had turned. Also they put extra bottles in as I have long hair so they provide enough products to suit your style great personal touch.

Got my coloring set today and used it right away.
Was totally surprised at the difference of my previous sets.
The color now has the most luxurious lather when massaging it in my hair.
It’s a thick foam that surrounds each hair and colors even the thin side hair that beforehand never took good.
Also, the shampoo has a thicker lather and along with the conditioner it feels like it nourishes my hair to where it is a lot softer when done.
I am loving the changes you have made!

Fantastic customer service from Sarah at esalon. Great, well packaged colour set with helpful instructions. The mixed colourant and developer was an easy to apply cream consistency that didn't drip or smell as strong as some hair dyes. My hair doesn't seem to have been damaged by the product and the end result is very natural looking.

Love this colour. I am normally a natural medium to light blonde, fighting the battle of the grey. I ordered light blonde pearl mix. I was afraid my colour would come out too light but was pleasantly surprised by the darker colour that was achieved and about the battle? I'm winning lol. I can't believe how easy it was to apply the product and the final result was so natural looking. It covered the grey and gave my hair life again. Looking forward to my next shipment with highlights and maybe a fresh cut at the same time. Thank you eSalon!

My first experience with the coloring was so- so, which was my fault as I didn’t clearly explain what I was looking for. This last experience was PERFECT! The light blonde is exactly what I wanted! The actual application was super easy (my boyfriend did it!) and there was little to no chemical smell. My hair is thick and shiny and super healthy! I am super impressed and will definitely be ordering my color again.

This color I think has got to be the one. Good for summer good for winter and made for fall , spring is not forgotten too!!!!Loooooove it!!!!! A lot of mohagony and a bit of red is the secret sauce.

I love my esalon hair color. The colorists mix it just right. I have not been disappointed since I started with esalon. The shade is perfect and they will change it if you choose.Everything you need is in the kit.

I sent pictures of my current color with pretty deep roots and picked a color I thought would work to match my natural color. I also stated that I was open to suggestions if they thought I should use a different color. Luckily they were actually reviewing my pictures & assessing my goal- they said what I picked was too dark and sent something else. I’m SO glad they did!! What my colorist picked was perfect!!!
And it lasted as long as a salon, never got brassy or red and didn’t dry out my hair.

I love the ease of choosing my color online. There were so many choices. I love how easy i tweaked it for my next order. The shampoo and conditioner in the kit were very nourishing and detangling. The color turned out great. My hair is still healthy. Overall Im happier than going to my local salon.

I asked for a change in color. There is no way to contact the coloristi except by email, therefore no discussion.

I was really nervous to dye my own hair after always doing it professionally. They recommended a better shade match for me and it was perfect! Looks great, lasts a long time, hair feels healthy. Highly recommend! Don’t think I can ever go back to paying salon prices
