Not even closeI'm sorry but this was not the right color for me at all it has way too much reddish pink color in it. It was supposed to be a golden blonde. Red does not look like gold to me. I don't know how soon I can change this color I waited a while to try it I got the initial shipment in December. I just applied it on February the 6th. I gave it a week to balance out thinking maybe it would change a little over the week and settle into a color I'dlearn to like since it was the first time I have ever dyed my hair but I still am not happy with all of the reddish pink in it. I am 57 this is the first time dying my hair because of losing color from medication and age so maybe it's just that I am morning having my original color. The process itself was easy. I love the way the product was packaged. I think it is a high quality product. I did not have any issues with hair damage or color on my skin or in my bathroom. I think the price is quite reasonable and fact that everything is included in the package that can make it possibly need is wonderful. I definitely will give it another try I just don't know where to go with the colors so I guess I will have to do a consultation before I proceed further. I will give you further reviews when I try the next one. I am happy that they do that people that can help with this process. Maybe I should have done a online consultation from this get-go. Worst product EVER!!!My hair was supposed to be ash blonde and it’s green and orange. If I could give it a no star rating I would. Don’t waste your money or time on this you will regret it tremendously! Now i have to spend hundreds more at a real salon to get it fixed! They ruined my hair!! Die Farbe ist schön, aber sinkt bei der Anwendung übelDie Farbe ist schön und deckt bei mir auch gut die grauen oder eher weißen Haare ab, aber es sinkt bei der Anwendung viel stärker, als normale Drogeriefarbe. Unser Bad hat gute 8 qm, aber ich bin fast etstickt. Außerdem locken die mit Haarfarbe für 11 Euro und man schließt ein Abo ab, was mit nicht bewusst war. Don't loveI was excited to try this until my results were not good. Firstly, the smell was a little overwhelming for me but IF the color looked great, i wouldn't care. I selected darkest brown. Still hasn't arrivedShipped 26th January and I'm still waiting for my colour on 10th February. Previous deliveries came within days and I was very happy with the product. Now my colour schedule is off and I'm going to have to try to get a last minute appointment with my hairdresser or my roots will be starting to show for events coming up in the next few weeks. Sehr schöne Haarfarbe ABER...Zu teuer. Man kann nur den Haaransatz färben. Dafür ist die Haarfarbe einfach zu teuer. SCHADE Ich würde mir eine Haarfarbe für das ganze Haar wünschen. The color pulled too goldI tried adjusting it and I feel like the adjustment made may not even be what I was asking for. I like a color from the look book but I've called and messaged so much, I feel kind of like a bother. They did offer me a free color but if it's not the right color....what will that do? I will say that the quality of the color is good. Great idea...but..Ordered the special offer for the first try. The whole concept is impressive,and professional. The colour was a good choice,and the whole packaging impressive,however my hair after the treatment was dry,very and hair looked dull.I did use the enclosed conditioner. Bons produits mais pas du tout la couleur demandéeQualité et soin j'ai adoré les produits, mais le suremballage pas très ecolo en plus de faire sale (partie bleu déteint sur tout les produits dans le coffret). J'applique à la lettre le produit à la racine puis celui pour les mèches (plutôt rose framboise) étonnant pour faire du roux... Je me dis "attendons le résultat". Je lave bien mes cheveux, les sèche et fais mon brushing... Résultat la couleur tire bien sur le rouge et non un roux léger comme demandé. Alors pour moi c'est la dernière fois ! Not even closeI explained that I wanted copper orange hair (not fiery red) multiple times. Customer service was nice but that's the only good thing I have to say about this company. They sent me two "reformulated" colors for free so I guess I appreciated that even though they ruined my hair. Was going from platnium to orange copper. They knew I was platnium from day one. 1st box the "colorist" felt confident that this would be no problem. Color washed out pretty much instantly. 2nd "colorist" I talked to thought a permanent rather than a demi was best. 3rd "colorist" said it would be a process which I understood due to previously being so light and my hair is very porous. I don't see why, if I needed a filler (which I did) they didn't explain that in the beginning. If you ask to speak to a manager, she is nice in a passive aggressive way. She understands why EVERYTHING was formulated. Even if you had one say demi perm the next say permanent and the next (last) say demi. It's a waste of your time and your money. I appreciated the refund but 20 something bucks can't undo the damage my hair has suffered due to this company. I honestly don't believe a single one of them are licensed. Look at the requirements if you want to work for them. Bare minimum. Don't be fooled. You're better off with box color. Pretty much the same thing. The colour was far too darkThe product was very easy and pleasant to use with no smell at all! However, the colour that was designed for me was far to dark and had a hint of RED not GINGER in it. I requested that I could be made a rich caramel colour that would make my hair look shiny and healthy unfortunately it doesn't! Ruined my hair color, I look like a freak.I requested more natural red tones, and not such a dark base. My hair is literally eggplant purple. It is the most horrendous result I could have imagined. I would have gotten better results buying an $8 box dye from CVS. Now I have to slick my hair back in a bun to hide how messed up my hair is. I feel so insecure about my hair, it’s affected my confidence. I have canceled my upcoming plans because I am embarrassed. I have to go to a salon to get a professional to fix and lift the color. Not happy at all. Not worthI have been ensured as my colour will be same from roots till ends, I ordered dark brown. Colour is awful my roots are much lighter than rest, didn't cover my lights on lenghts, covered only grey hair. Looks worse than using box dye from sainsburrys. I will need to buy another Colour and dye again which will cause more damage on my hair. DisappointedWas excited to use this hair color after all the hype I read about it. The first time was just ok - color was nice but in 3 weeks, I saw a lot of grey. The second time was worse - I saw grey in several places right after coloring and the brown color was drab. I reached out to eSalon but no response after a few days so I cancelled future orders. I just don't see any improvement over the boxed color I get at the store and it is 1/3 the price! I am not new to coloring - I've been at it for over 30 years. Worst Hair colour ever. Burned my hair & lots of my hair fell out.Worst experience I have ever had with a Hair colour. It burned all my hair so much that I will have to cut it off. I always colour my Hair @ a Hair Salon. This was the first time I didn't & never again. It will take a long time for my hair to recover from this. I am cancelling my shipment STAT. Nothing short of a nightmareI would say I get what I deserve ordering color on line but, I think even this is extreme! I sent in before pic of my hair and made special note that I pull red. They supposedly adjusted for that and shipped the color. My entire head is not only red but it is and orange brassy red! I could have done better with a drug store color! 4 days later they have yet to even ship the repair color - I am beyond myself! I’ve not had color in my hair in over 3 years and am now hoping they can even take me back to my original before I applied this mess!! Did I mention I even kicked in extra for the worthless toner and only wanted to go two shades lighter! It was OKI did not use my first order for several weeks because I could not open the small bottle of color. Customer service was great and sent out a new kit. I like the color. Though I followed the instructions, my greys around my temples were barely covered and very noticeable after just a few days - before it was even washed for the first time. Smell unbearable and hair broken off. I used e salon, I lived tge colour and had no problems. This time however was a different story. The smell of Ammonia was unbearable and made my eyes stream. I have just been to my hairdresser to get my hair trimmed as I am growing it. She informed me that whatever I had coloured my hair with had caused it to break off, she showed me tge back and I could see this. I always had long thick hair and want to grow it longer, but she had to cut 3 inches off, I am heartbroken. I am an ex hairdresser, so know how to apply colour, I also used high quality hair products, Olaplex, redken and heat protection on my hair when styling. I can no longer have colour on my ends, and gave booked to have my roots done at my hairdressers. The condition of my hair has been compromised because of e salon colours. FailI've received 2 boxes I didn't even use. I asked for no red or brassy... got it anyways. I tried to call and get hung up on -system doesn't recognize a selection. DisappointingI loved the colour, but my hair was straw-like...incredibly dry and brittle after using it. The colour faded really quickly too. An expensive mistake! I love the colorI love the color but can’t give this 5 stars because it does not do a good job coloring my grays. I have followed the directions to a “T” and stil grays are visible after 2 weeks and I am not a frequent hair washer. I try to go 5 days without washing. So I will need to go back to the salon. Farbe unmöglichAbsoluter fehlkauf ,Farbe zu dunkel und Haare sind strohig ,so das ich mir die Haare sehr kurz schneiden musste und nun alles andere als weiblich wirke ,,also ich bestelle hier nie wieder,,normal müsste ich Schadensersatz fordern.... Like the idea, but not the color, yet.I like the idea of only needing to color roots. But I still haven't found the perfect natural looking color for my hair. Complicated and bad resultDisappointed—I thought the process was more complicated than my over the counter product. I like the color on my ends, but was frustrated that root color did not cover my gray. I had to redo the roots with left over color. Further I found more gray throughout in the bulk of my hair. I get better results including gray coverage and with easy process from my over the counter. I’ll be canceling my recurring order.
