I've been using eSalon for many years now. I'm totally satisfied with the product. I've never once had to change the original formula they created for me. It's always exactly the same as previous orders and that's what's important to me. The coverage is superior to store bought products. I also love the flexibility of the ordering process...there are times I want to escalate or delay delivery and it's always done correctly. I'm a big fan.
This is an incredible product! I got the exact color I was hoping for and,best of all, the results really were the same as my high end salon. I don't have time for the salon, but with this product I can multitask. I got tons of compliments.

The color is perfect and easy to apply. The shampoo and conditioner are the rewards for doing your own color. Both are rich and the scent is great. My hair feels better when I am finished that when I go into a salon at home. My first order was not the right shade, but eSalon worked with me to find exactly the right shade. I cannot recommend this product highly enough.
I heard about this product on line and was afraid to color my hair myself. The draw was how much $$$ I would save by not going to the salon each month to color. Once I bribed my husband to assist (those hard to reach places in the back) and tried it, I was sold. I color once a month, have modified the color a little and it is always just what they say it will be. My hair comes out wonderful, healthy and with a shine. I have had many comments (even from people at hair salons) on the wonderful the color and condition.
I really love this product. It's very easy and my hair feels super soft. This time it turned out a lot darker than the last time but it still works and lasts much longer than the store bought ones. I am very pleased.
With eSalon I can get salon quality color for a fraction of the cost. I love the concept of having a hair product formulated for each unique individual, and not just another box on the shelf. I have been doing root touch up with esalon for quite a while now, and to me the rest of my hair seemed dull. I sent esalon colorist a message asking what I could do. They sent me a treat of custom hair color with instructions with my root touch up order. So, nervously, I did it following instructions....'WOW", gorgeous hair color. Vibrant, bright, so many compliments have I gotten. Love it and am very happy. Will continue to do this when needed. Thank You!
My hair has never been colored before. I was worried that it would come out too dark or unnatural looking. Love this product! It was not harsh, did not smell bad, had everything I needed in the kit, but best of all, the color was a perfect match! It covers my gray hairs and looks like my natural hair color. I wish I had done this years ago!
My roots were in desperate need of a touch-up and my reddish brown hair was losing its shine and the color faded too. I can't rave enough on how easy it is to use esalon custom hair color. Everything you need is supplied and premixed. Just put on the perfectly matched color, wait the recommended amount of time, wash it out and VOILA perfect haircolor! So glad I gave esalon a try. You should too!
I have colored my hair for years at home, for the first time it is right shade and highlights, even my hairdresser admired it. Easy to use all your items are included in the package. Very timely delivery
This was easy to use. I literally just mixed it with the other bottle and used it! It doesn't have that strong chemical smell either. Also, the color was easy to get off my skin.
I was pretty skeptical, but I figured I could get in to the salon for a quick fix if necessary. I was very impressed!! The color specialist really did a great job taking my information, and the pictures I provided and mixing me the exact color I wanted. (I have no idea what color my natural hair color is at this point, but I'm sure it's nothing this gorgeous!).
The only con I have is the smell during the coloring process is more harsh than at the salon, but the money I save and the color I come away with are totally worth it.
I loved the custom kit! I had a problem with really goopy feeling hair but the site gave me a great product suggestion to help clarify my hair after coloring.

I am a natural strawberry blonde which is an impossible color to achieve artificially. Since I have been getting older my color has been fading, which combined with my pale skin makes me look a little ghostly ;-). I have tried every hair color you can purchase in a drug store and some at the hair dresser and nothing ever matched my natural color. Until I found eSalon! They have done the impossible. From my first order it has been perfect! My exact natural hair color!!! No funny undertones. And when it washes out it doesn't change color either, it just fades a little. I just had them punch up the red a little and it is simply PERFECT!!!!!!

Not only do I love the custom color created by eSalon, I have received so many complements on the color. And it's so easy to apply with very clear instructions. eSalon makes it easy to do-it-yourself!
I was afraid at first to try this product. But after getting over the fear, I love it. It was easy to use and the color is perfect for me. I would totally recommend this product, just follow the steps in the choosing a color and they do all the work getting the perfect color for you. Also, if it is too dark or too light by your standards, you let them know and they will adjust it for you so you are happy with your look.
Finally... a color that not only covers persistent gray, but looks beautiful and is easy to use. Don't hesitate to join- I mean how easy is it to NOT have to think about running to your retailer and hoping your color is on the shelf? Home delivery? Awesome! Do I miss my colorist? Absolutely...but I can color on my time now and not spend hours in the chair. This is just what I need for my busy self : )
I love the packaging and ease of use of this hair color system. I was also pleased that it instructs you to wash your hair as part of the dye process. I am prone to migraines, often triggered by chemical smells, and this was far less potent than other dyes. Best of all, the color looked just as I hoped - no one noticed that it wasn't my natural color, which was my goal. Looking forward to going a bit darker on the next round.

I have to say, I was really scared to use this product but I am loving it! My favorite part was the personalized instructions which were very easy to follow and pinpointed exactly what I wanted to do. The color matched fantastically and everyone at work thought I had it done in a salon. Definitely worth it, and I am looking forward to having the same color show up next time without me having to stand in the aisle wondering what I got the last time.
I've been to countless salons, used every retail hair color product made, and I've never seen such spot on duplication of my natural hair color. This product covers the gray, and unlike most red hair colors, doesn't look unnatural. I left for a while, but now I'm back! I just can't do better than this.
The shade is exactly the right light brown for my skin tone. I'm able get professional highlights every few months without any trouble. Just be careful to only touch up the roots.
Since I have the right color everytime, I no longer have to try the store brands. To many time I would find a color I liked and store brands would stop making it. I don't even have to think about this anymore, my color comes to me for a reasonable price. I don't have to go to a salon to pay over 100 dollars to color anymore. I just love esalon. Thank you.
I was having a hard time covering my grays and at the same time, lightening my mousey brown hair. They got the color perfect and it covered my grays completely!! Love this product. Well worth the money.
I am 42. Have had premature grey since I was 16. I have been coloring my hair for years professionally. Now I'm trying to save some money and thought I would give this a try. With unruly greys I thought it would be a challenge. When I told the stylist exactly how my hair reacts to color, and what I do and do not like in a color, it's turned out perfectly. We did a slight adjustment to the timing and the second time was a charm. The color is even. No greys. Last as long as professional. It's shiny. And I get lots of compliments!! I love it so much!!! Highly recommended.

I have been using this hair color for some time. I recommend it to everyone. I will never spend tons of money getting my hair colored again. When I first started using esalon, we made an adjustment once or twice to perfect my hair color...and perfect it they did! I have a "thing" about having a natural looking hair color. My hair color looks naturally beautiful. My hair is very shiny and in great condition even though I color it every 6-8 weeks. I get compliments on my hair all of the time. This product is not harsh on your hair at all. I love it! I hope anyone reading this will at least give esalon a try.

I go grey 2 weeks after I leave the salon.... Couldn't keep up! This really is something unique... Started tonight... Easy prep, easy application, no smell, perfect color and super soft! Hope it lasts longer than 2 weeks!

Best hair product out there! Yes it's more expensive than my old one , however it comes with 2 pairs of quality gloves, a stain remover wipe (amazing) stain protect cream , shampoo and conditioner. Well worth the money! !🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I am extremely satisfied with ESalon. In comparison with several hair salons that I have gone to, ESalon color last longer, holds fast to the individual pieces of hair and does not come out "brassy" or fade into other colors that I did not want in my hair.

I loved the color I first choose, but as I have aged and more gray is to be hidden, I found the color was not exactly right anymore. My hair color is beautiful. The directions were clear and easy to follow. Doing the roots first then the full head with what I think was glaze.... took a big chunk of my afternoon but the results are worth it and look terrific. Maybe I'll just keep it easy peasy and only do that 2nd step every few applications? In any case, I'm very satisfied with my eSalon experience and look forward to continuing our mutual endeavor.
