Absolutely love this color..I tried my old one in between and all I can say is, I'll never switch again.,You can definitely feel and see the difference, 10 fingers up:)
I have had more compliments since I started using eSalon's custom hair color than I have for any other hair color product. My hair stylist is even impressed.
I love that I can interact with the colorist each month before they mix my color. Was last month too brown? Too coppery? All I have to do is let them know and they alter the recipe. My hair is soft after coloring and doesn't smell weird. This is a find!
I don't have to stand in a store trying to figure out what color I want, nor do I have to go to a store to purchase it. It comes directly to me and I set the time line. They guarantee your satisfaction and I have absolutely no complaints. The color is long lasting and I had to change the delivery date because I thought I'd need it on the same time line as a store or salon purchase. What else can I say but I really love this!

I had to miss an appointment (I live in another town) and so ordered this up as a way to keep my hair in good shape between appointments...even my colorist said it was great quality and a good match!
The color was right on for me! I have received lots of compliments on the color. The process was similar to what I have been using so it was easy for me. It costs more than the drug store brand but not nearly as much as a salon color job and is lasting longer than what I had been using. I highly recommend it and have told my hair-coloring friends!

My daughter has been helping me color my hair for years now, ever since the gray started coming in. She has bought me professional color from a Beauty store and told me the esalon color is by far the nicest color she has seen on me. So that sold me, lol, covered my gray beautifully and blended in well with my natural color. So I gave esalon a 5 star rating!!
I love my custom hair color. I get compliments all the time. This product is easy to use, makes my hair soft and shiny. It looks so much healthier than any store bought color. I use mahogany and some red. I've asked for a tad more red for fall. I can't wait to see what it looks like.

This was my first time ever using a mail order hair color so I was unsure. The color was great, my hair turned out better than I expected & it is really soft! Only downside I see is I'm going to have to color every 8 weeks instead of 10 weeks!
I never thought I would colour my hair from something that was delivered to my door. I'm very fussy. And need my hair colored at least every 3 to 4 weeks. The custom hair color covers all of my gray. It lasts long and it gives an extreme shine that is lovely. Highly recommend it
I have used many different hair dyes but this color chosen for me by my specialist at esalon was by far the best coverage & is still vibrant after several weeks!
I was skeptical at first but felt if it was a drastic epic-fail I could just pop down to the drug store for a MissClairol!!
But I'm never using Drug Store color again!!
All the items needed ftom start to finish are included! Even two pair of gloves!!! I am most impressed with the ease of use and all the support available if needed.

I was very impressed with eSalon. I was referred by a family member to just "try it out". Since I had been coloring my hair myself with products from Sally, I thought it couldn't be any different. I was very wrong. My color came out so much better and it looked natural. Before the first wash it was a little dark, but it lightened and it honestly looks like my natural hair color. I forget sometimes that I even dyed it. The coverage took out all of my greys and the color experts picked a shade that really accentuates my skin tone and eyes. Overall, I'm incredibly pleased and will continue to use.
I loved the color and application. The roots are starting to show up along the hairline and the color has begun to fade. I may not be able to go the entire 8 weeks without a touch up. What do you recommend?
As one who has a lot of stubborn gray, I found this product to cover well and look great - I'm into it about 3 weeks now and still looking good. Easy to use instructions and no problems with sensitive skin. Color was perfect for me and I am extremely happy. Thank you e-salon colorists!
I was reluctant to choose something as important as hair colour without a face to face consultation. However, I thought I'd give it a go, as they say 'nothing ventured, nothing gained'. So, I went through the process, being very careful about my selection. I have to say, I am absolutely delighted with the results, colour doesn't fade, really good coverage and hair is soft and shiny. I would really recommend this product and if anyone has any doubts, don't!!
This was my first eSalon experience and I was nervous, because I've never used permanent color before. I have found that there is nothing to be afraid of! It has been a month since I colored my hair and the gray is just starting to peak out. The color that was developed for me is so close to my natural color that my roots are barely noticeable! And it isn't any more difficult to use than a box kit from the drug store, so I will most definitely indulge again. So far, so good!
Every bit as good as the salon! I have been using eSalon color for about a year now and I have been 100% happy with every single order and ever contact made with customer service. They have always been kind and helpful with every question and request I have had. I love my custom hair color! I absolutely love the way that my personal colorist helped me get the color just right. I used to have problems with my roots being too light and the rest of my hair getting really light, no matter what I used or how I used it. My first hair color actually came with two colors, one for the roots and one for the rest of my hair. It was perfect. Now, I only need one color and it works great. I love the color itself, it is shiny and rich. I will use this service as long as it is available. I recommend it to all of my friends and family. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

This was my first purchase with eSalon and I loved it! I have very long hair and they sent two bottles. I had always used 1 and it was never enough. The root area bottle was a different color that the bottle for the rest of my hair. It made sense after coloring my hair. Before, the ends of my hair would always be much darker than the root area. Esalon really knew how to mix the perfect colors for my hair and I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. Thanks eSalon!

I was very skeptical of using a product at home,they've never turned out...either bassey, red or something awful. But the prices you pay every 5 weeks at a salon ( which would change no matter if they did the same exact thing) it was always an unpleasant surprise. But now, with eSalon... I am so happy! My color is natural looking ,and I'm not sitting in a salon for hours on end again. I'm using the extra money I'm saving from my hair on my 9 grandchildren's " needs" and not my hair!!! I love the coloring that was made just for me. My hair is natural looking, like my color from my younger years. I was eerie on following thru with coloring my hair but i braved up n I'm glad I did my hair looks great! It's shiny, manageable, full of bounce and soft.
My granddaughter notice right away because she didn't want me to color it because I won't look like a grandma but afterwards she said she loves it. Makes me look young. My 2 daughters didnt notice at first but when I finally told them they were like "Cool Mom, You look cool. I like it."

I was very nervous when I saw the colors in my hair color but was also very excited to try it. Jennifer nailed it!!! This looks 98% like my natural color. I love it! Will definitely recommend you to my friends.
They listened to my wish list and made sure I didn't do something to my hair that wouldn't look good and made other suggestions. Gloss color was my favorite step with the dark brown and copper.
I really like the eColor hair dye. I have been using it for about a year and am happy with the results, it lasts as long as store bought and salon dyes without the aggregation of having to spend 2 hours in a salon.
This color was used to touch up my roots since I have hi-lights. I went a bit lighter than my natural color. It definitely helped extend the time between hi-lights.
I was nervous about coloring my hair for the first time. The color came out looking very natural, hid my grey and still allowed the natural highlights come through the dye as different shades. Would definitely recommend to friends.
I am so happy to have found eSalon. The formulas are great, with a great coverage and glossy finish. The instructions are easily to follow and its a real treat that it is personalised to your requirements. For Summer the eSalon team lightened my usual order. Another plus is that as soon as the eSalon package comes though the door I know its time to colour my hair, resulting in my hair looking good all the time.
I love all the products from eSalon , and if the color is not exactly right the first time; they will work with you until it is what you want. The shampoo and conditioner that comes in the kit is excellent--very moisturizing, yet does not weigh down my baby fine hair.
Opened the kit very impressed with the setup everything in the kid was self-contained. Easy directions No harsh smell. Really impressed can't wait to see what it looks like when it's dry I will be getting another order next month.. Been a week now still love the color and the texture of my hair. These folks are miracle workers. Just from the website and a wonderful phone call from my colorist, I got the perfect color and actually did this myself.
My first time trying this custom hair color and love it! It last longer than when I pay BIG money from a stylist, it's great priced and your request/concerns are heard in order to create exactly what you want.
It works as easily as the 10-20 minute semi permanent store bought haircolor treatment I normally use, the procedures I used beforehand and the steps used during and to finish up the procedure are the same as well. I was just as careful as I always am, preparing, then following the easy instructions and this hair coloring treatment, shampoo and conditioner worked very well. There was no bad smell of any part of the products, the shampoo and conditioner smell very nice. My personalized kit included everything needed and was packaged nicely and not wastefully either. The color match up was as close to my description as I wanted it to be. I sent 'before' pictures too, now I m sending 'after'ones. I am satisfied with everything. Its more expensive but only by about $8.00. Though it saved me a trip to the store. Now I'll test to see how well the color holds up so I can write another review in about 4 weeks. This is a very good product though for me its just as easy to use store bought home coloring, so I'm 50-50 on the plan to use it again, or not.
I do love my color. It's a rich brunette with subtle auburn hi-lites. It looks natural and my hair is so shiny! I do get a lot of compliments on my color. Also, I like the tips that come with the instructions for application and the conditioner included makes my hair feel so healthy.
