I really like that they communicate with you about your color. I've got really stubborn grey kinky curly grey hair and it doesn't take color well. This past color package is almost there. Just another tweak and it should be a great color coverage for me. Love having my color specialist.

Love this product and the accessory products that compliment the range. excellent service and speed of delivery. Very personal service without any hassle of appointments and salon visits. I have made small changes which have been met exactly by my colourist. Can say this is as good if not better than any colour I have had at salons but with a fraction of the price tag. Easy to use website and very clear choices with fast feedback and responses. I feel I trust what the colourist tells me and have a rapport now even though this is an online service. I was really unsure what to expect when I signed up last year but I can honestly say its a smooth and trouble free way to keep my hair and roots looking great. Thanks

I am enjoying the color and different shades I am getting from this product. I am overlapping the color solution on already colored hair at my scalp/roots it is giving me a darker shade flowing into the red of previously colored hair like the affect of this. Getting many compliments on my hair. GREAT!!

Thank you eSalon. I've had to save money this year and unfortunately, one of my cut backs is going to the salon for professional hair color. A friend told me to try eSalon and I'm so glad she did. It's so easy and does what I need it to to. The instructions are clear, the packaging is nice and includes everything that's needed. Customer service is great. I would recommend to anyone.

I was really sceptical as to whether this would be as good as advertised. So I ummed and arred for ages but decided to try it.
It's fabulous, colour stays in unlike others that rinse out.
Plenty of compliments about how healthy my hair looks and hairdresser said it feels healthy too! Bonus!!!

I was skeptical at first but I've been pleasantly surprised by the results I've gotten doing my color at home with the eSalon products. The color is exactly what I was looking for, just the right shade of auburn. It's very easy to mix the product & to apply. I will admit I was a little spastic the 1st time & the bathroom looked slightly like the zombie apocalypse had taken place but, now that I've done it a couple of times, I can sincerely say that there is really no mess to clean up.
I'm saving about $60 by coloring at home and it only takes about an hour of my time - well worth it. I'm very happy with the results & my husband has noticed & commented on the attractive color.

Still trying for just the right shade, but the color looks good and applies easily. I appreciate the colorist changing my shade slowly so I don't get darker than desired results.

Skeptical me...ordered and received this wonderful product. I stared at it for a couple of weeks...shoud I? Shouldn't I? Until I did...and forever that shall be. I was semi-nervous when I got the email about them tweaking my color choice..but it's hair..life goes on. Words to describe their professional and obvi knowledgeable tweak and outcome of me being a chicken: OMG (1 word) Easy: instructions and application. Quality: took 5 seconds to see it was of the best. Application: FINALLY, there was enough color to treat all of my hair. Shoulder length wild crazy curly fine hair. THIS my friends was a first. I normally have to fish around for an extra blob..and no stinky or burning YAY) Outcome: BEAUTIFUL, HIGH END, SALON QUALITY COLOR. My hair was soft and not a tangled mess. (How did that happen?) I did the flow slo-mo hair swish in the mirror. LOVE LOVE LOVE...can't see using anything else. I was impressed, (hard to do~I have references) delighted and VERY happy. All kidding aside. These professionals are just that, professional and knowledgeable. They have created a product in a niche market, that surpasses the others 10 fold. Try it...Just try it. You won't be disappointed...if you are, shave your head and go with that bcuz you will never be satisfied.

I have colored my hair forever, was never happy with my boring natural medium brown. Esalon has been great. The color that they make for me was a dark brown which looked very rich and natural. I my last order I asked if they could add some gold tones which they did and I absolutely LOVE the subtle but brighter change. Every order has been prompt, I love the fact that that each order is sent according to MY preferred schedule and if I make a change for some reason there is no problem. I would highly recommend Esalon to anyone!

The hair coloring process was easy to do. The directions included pictures which was helpful. My hair looks great and feels healthy. I love the sample shampoo/conditioner they give you in your coloring box. I'm going to buy a bottle of each in my next order.

I asked for a change in color to lessen the red, give me more golden highlights and help cover the gray better. So far, the color has delivered! It is too soon to tell if the gray will stay away a little longer, but I love the new shade of brown. I am very happy with all the products I have bought through eSalon. Thank you for providing a cost-effective and beautiful alternative to the over-the-counter drug store coloring products.

My Colorist captured what I was looking for and managed to get it in a bottle for me. I neglected to get a picture the first time, I 'll take a pic this time. The color lasted as long as I thought it should and I'll be coloring again soon. Great product.

The haircolor that was mixed for me was super! It looked great when I finished coloring my roots and stayed well at least 4-5 weeks. So far so good!!! Just wish shipping was free...

I have been coloring my hair from a store bought brand and it was okay. However, people would mention my "red" hair and I was using medium ash brown. When I caught a glimpse of my hair outside, I saw what people were talking about..it was red. Enter eSalon. I had heard about them and decided to give them a try. I use the Light Brown Ash, and I really love it. At my age (late 40s), I found that store bought color wasn't working for me anymore, so I decided to go with another option that I could use at home and is easy to use. So far, I'm really happy with the way this is working for me. The color never looks "just colored" -I love the natural look of it. I did have to ask them to tweak it for better gray/white coverage, as those were showing at about 2 weeks, and that's very easy to do. I'm a fan!

This lasts longer than previous colors I have used and instructions could easily be followed. The color is also much more on target an can easily be adjusted through a the esalon website.

Today was my 1st time using your product. It arrived very quickly. I was very hesitant and nervous about the color and dying my hair myself. I think the color is perfect! Exactly what I wanted! Your directions and supplies made things very simple and easy. I felt like a pro:) I bought the bowl with brush and clips and I highly recommend doing the same thing. By following all of your steps I ended up with multi diminsional color. I'm very happy and it's good to know another shipment will be on it's way when I need it again. I was skeptical when I answered a few questions, then the product was sent and it was actually the correct color. I would recommend esalon to anyone who colors their hair at home. The color lasts much longer than other products available at department stores and pharmacies.

Thank you to my colorist Paul. I have searched high and low for a color as the one you've formulated and no one could produce. Using eSalon as my last hope, I really didn't think it would work. Received my first order was very impressed with the packaging, details expressed the love eSalon takes in impressing their customers. Then I colored my hair covered all my grays did not stain my skin washed off easily: though they include a stain cream I did not need it. I received Blue Black and for the first time, it did'nt leave my grays blue as other over the counter product my grays were black!; even with the rest of my hair.... I have wrote in to my color specialist to adjust the color to jet black as I prefer a deeper black and I'm confident they will deliver what i need... Cant wait to receive my next shipment..

Strong statement to make! Indeed, but true. This product is excellent, it meets all requirements needed to have the hair color you want. Take it up with a deeper richer color or bring it down some, with adding soft glossy highlights. Having someone who mixes your hair color to meet your desires, is the most wonderful thing to happen to coloring your hair. Finally answers and products for problems you might be having with your hair. Someone who can truly and professionally advise you how to solve issues you have with your hair. Definitely a product I will use for as long as I color my hair!

I have never received compliments on my hair color until I used this product! I am more than satisfied; I'm thrilled! Plus, the color looks the same on week 4 as it did on week 1. I cannot believe the money I've wasted getting my hair colored at a salon! Never again! You get to have your own colorist for color advice, too. Just upload a current picture of yourself, and she will advise you what color to try. Amazing!

I was hesitant to use this product. My hair 'pulls red' when I get lowlights at a salon. I sometimes get a hint of a dark green hue when using an ash color (to get away from the red) at home. It is a little darker than expected but looks better than the color I had!
The package had clear instructions, was beautifully packaged, and had all sorts of unexpected goodies inside.
The tip about washing the color through to the roots for the last minute before rinsing out the color made all the difference.
I wish I could upload photos to show the dimension, and how it looks in indoor and outdoor light.

My hair color is auburn, so as I have grayed it has been very difficult to get the correct shade. When I was in a cosmopolitan area and paid a couple of hundred dollars per visit I could have what I wanted, but with moving and reduced finances no way. It took one adjustment and eSalon nailed the color, shade and tone. The color lasts better than when I had expensive services, let alone the do it yourself stuff you buy. The condition of my hair is also improved. Thank you eSalon for a great product and service.

I have used every Hair Color product on the market and I LOVE this product. It's like going to the Salon except you do it yourself at your convienence. My hair feels so silky and I have gotten so many compliments on the color. If you want to make a slight change to the color, you just ask for it and the colorist will make the adjustment for you. It's just that simple.

I don't know what is in this formula, but once I have coloured my hair, I have the glossiest, softest, most healthy looking hair possible. The colour covers every single grey hair on my head and leaves my hair looking vibrant and shiny. I absolutely love my color team. When I first started I did take a couple of times to get the color I wanted. Like anything there were a couple of errors but the company always took responsibility and would send me the correction color immediately and no cost to me. When I have changed my color recently to a much reacher red they did exactly as I wanted and now my new color is gorgeous and I awakes get compliments. I started getting grey when I was 40 and tried several stylists who claim they specialize in redheads, apparently not true.
Someone told me about e-salon. At first I was weary of it, and, to be honest, it wasn't the best match the first go around. Then I called up and was able to speak with a stylist and 5 months later I'm still a customer. Perfect every time!!!

Color lasts and does not fade. No more pinkish reds, very nice copper and variegated tones! This is the first time that I have ever had the perfect color for my hair! I received compliments on my color from my hair stylist! She said my color was "gorgeous"! I agree!

The Color was Perfect Very Close to the Natural Color of my hair. We all know that's near to impossible with Red in your hair. Mine is a Strawberry Blonde and gradually getting more reddish blonde and then with a lot of grays. It looks great now thanks to eSalon...

This is a great way to do your hair at home and get great results. Everything you need comes together in a neat box. Custom color, gloves, applicators, everything. I loved my color. As I am coming due for a color treatment, I may have them change it a bit for summer. That is another perk of this product, no messy measuring. All you do is mix 2 bottles of liquid. It costs a bit more than Sally's, but much less than a salon with salon results. Beautiful color and has held up pretty well on my long hair.
