Not good. Scalp burning. Too harsh.Too many chemicals. Harsh that it burned my head and damaged my healthy long hair. I will never use again. I want off this plan. It's expensive and not worth the money. I like natural products for my hair. This coloring had chemicals that ruin your hair. Very unhealthy. And it burned my head when I put it in. It still is very itchy and flaking. I don't want this product again! Please cancel as I do not want to reorder. If possible I would like a refund. Not the Color For MeThe color experience was great-it was easy to apply, fast, and left my hair silky, soft, and shiny. However, my custom color did nothing for my hair. It did not look as if I had colored my hair at all;it left maybe a hint of gold that no one but me noticed. Even my family who knew that I was coloring my hair asked what happened to the color because it looked the same after I dried my hair. Also, there was no gray coverage-I have minimal gray...just the odd ones here and there around my temple or popping up in random spots (guess that is what happens right when you turn 40!), but the color didn't hide them at all, which was disappointing and the main reason that I was coloring my hair for the first time in over a year! Oh well...love the product itself, but the color just wasn't for me. Roots way too brassyMy overall hair color is OK, but my roots are so brassy that my hair looks obviously and cheaply colored, and I already need to recolor to address my roots, even the day after I used your color. Awful Product!!!I have colored my hair for more than 25 years and have used various products. I have never had a product dry my hair out like eSalon's product did. My hair literally felt like straw and the color faded to a nasty brassy color within a week. I had to go pay a hair stylist $120 to fix the damage done to my hair by this product. I would give this product -5 stars if I could. Unfortunately, in order to leave this review, I had to select one star. If you are thinking about buying this product, spend some time looking for real reviews. Pretty much my same colorI sent in two pics and a pretty clear description of what I wanted (brighter and warmer/redder), but the the color I got is barely different from my natural color. Not what it used to beWhen I first started using this hair color, I was thrilled with the product. It was a 2 step process then and worked better than any color I'd ever used. Step 2 was a wonderful serum-like liquid that made my hair soft and glossy. The gray was covered for 8 weeks. Without notice, the step 2 glosser was no longer included with the hair color but available if you paid extra for it. Also, unfortunately, my gray didn't stay covered for any more than 3 weeks. Custom Hair ColoureSalon is a brilliant brand with great packaging and smart business model. The dyes usually give a close result. However, the smell of the chemicals is very strong, it makes you worried and probably damages the hair. The colour did not last for too long either. I started to see white hair after 10 days. Not quite what I wantedMy roots are off from my ends. I noticed the percentages on the bottle for my roots were more golden blonde and less copper and the ends has more copper... SO UNHAPPYI have been using eSalon for a few years and loved the fact that it is delivered right to my door. The color which was suppose to be a Golden Mahogany turned out to be a reddish color . I used it and when I tried to change my color I was informed that no they could not do it. But even with that said, I still continued to use the product. My big problem was last August 2015 I received my shipment and put the color on , followed directions as usual. The next thing I know my hair is falling out in clumps. I always had long thick hair, but not anymore. The last shipment sent to me sits in my closet. I assume something was wrong with that last batch, but with that being said I will never use their product again or recommend it. ChangeI've noticed that the last 2 times I've dyed my hair, the gray on the side burn area and on the top has been showing within 2 shampoos, I only wash my hair maybe 2 times which I've always done in the past. One of the reasons I kept buying your product was because I didn't see the gray for quite a few shampoos, has it changed? I've changed absolutely nothing. Custom Hair ColorI really liked this product at the beginning but last time I used it I had a problem. After coloring my hair, I rinsed as directed and used the shampoo and conditioner. The whole right side of my hair was coated with thick, sticky, waxy goop. It would NOT rinse out; I had to re-shampoo my hair. I was actually afraid that it wouldn't come out at all. This feeling is most likely caused by residual color still coating your hair and/or scalp.To remove this coating, we suggest using a clarifying shampoo.
