Ich habe mir bei der Farbauswahl viel Mühe gegeben und sie ist wirklich toll geworden. Die Handhabung ist kinderleicht.
Leider muss ich einen Stern abziehen. Einen halben für die relativ lange Lieferzeit und die andere Hälfte dafür, dass nicht ausreichend Coloration vorhanden war. Ich hatte extra angegeben, dass ich dicke Haare habe, aber ich musste für die Längen etwas mit Wasser verdünnen, damit ich überhaupt auskomme.

I enjoy the color a lot. But for some reason, the grays at the front where my temples are, just won't take to the color. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 rather than 5 stars.

Am I imagining it or is this last batch of color darker than what I started with. The product is high quality and easy to apply. It just seems a tad bit darker than the last application.

I love the color but wish was cheaper. Eventually I will have have to stop buying cause just got some surprises that our mortgage is going up so not happy about that. I love the color though , love that I have someone helping with right color match and it's made for me.

La couleur n'est pas mal du tout mais les racines s'éclaircissent rapidement et je souhaiterais un poil plus foncé et le reflet un poil plus léger..je suis aussi surprise du prix avec abonnement. Je n'ai pas choisi l'abonnement au départ car je voulais attendre de voir ce que ça donne mais le prix avec abonnement me paraissait très accessible et là il apparaît beaucoup plus cher que ce que j'avais vu. Pouvez-vous m'en dire plus?....parce que j'envisageais l'abonnement mais vu le prix à plus de 20€ toutes les 4 semaines ça sort du budget, le prix proposé initialement n'était pas du tout le même.

Changed my hair colour last night was darker than expected but is nice as I've been this dark before really wanted to be lighter but you can't really tell what the colour is till you try it.

This is such a good company, the colour was to perfection, the only little quibble I would have is that I didn’t think the conditioner was very good that was in the box, that’s just my personal opinion, other people may like it. Will definitely be re-ordering next month again.

A good product, lovely presentation, everything that was needed and plenty of the product for my longish hair.
Unfortunately I was after a natural ginger/auburn similar to my own and the colour was deeper red.
Whilst it isn’t the colour I’d hoped for it is a nice colour, vibrant with a good shine to my hair and smells good.
I would recommend salon to friends and family, particularly if the colour they are after is more straight forward.

Meine Farbe ist super.
Aber nach der zweite Wäsche lässt die Farbe langsam nach. Und nach der dritten Wäsche, blickt das grau wieder durch. Die Farbe hält nicht lange .

Very pleased with the end results however I could not apply to the roots and then the ends so I ended up putting a good amount throughout and then combed it through and leaving it for 25 minutes. I’m lucky that it worked out so well however I will definitely ask my daughter to apply the next one

I don’t know if the colour has been changed since the last order but it’s darker. However, it did cover the greys this time although that may have something to do with the method of application, length of time I kept it on which was a little longer and the fact I used it all up. However, out of all 3 shades of “black”, I preferred the shade in the first order which was a richer golden hue .

I love the color and because it light the gray does show to bad. But we will see how long the color last, as this is the second time coloring after they made adjustments. But still didn't cover all my grey..

Over all the color was okay, but it was more auburn then cooper. It honestly looks more brown. It did cover my grays and the color matches through my hair, but next time I think I would like more cooper in it. I will order again from eSalon because I love the price and convenience of doing it myself! It may just take a couple times before I get the color I really want. The last time I started it took a couple colors to get it right. I'm okay with sticking with this color for my next autoship if it is too difficult to change, but I do look forward to getting to the cooper color I really love!

The color was perfect for what they suggest. However, I stay with 10 more minutes extra with the color and still had some gray hair :( ...Overall, the suggestion and the color they made for me it was more than perfect.

hi, i loved the colour result but was a little concerned that it was only for root application as i have never done that at home myself before, i have always done full coverage.
i found it ok, but a little difficult to apply to just the roots and was constantly worried that i would get some on the length by mistake.
there was a lot of mix left in the bottle at the end which then made me think i had done something wrong, but the colour came out ok, missed a few greys at the front but i think tht was down to me rather than the colour coverage

I have NEVER died my own hair. It was always done by a trusted hair dresser.
When opening the box I had no idea what it all was, let alone how to use it.
Thankfully the directions were detailed on paper and on video. I did select permanent which I assumed was the standard option. Apparently not. It doesn’t washout of your hair like semi permanent 😬.
The color was a little darker than I realized. Although it is pretty and my hair was so soft afterwards. Great color for the winter season instead of being washed out when I have lighter hair.

Love the color just wish it would cover my grays. For some reason it will not fully cover my grays on my sideburns. I always apply on sideburns fist leave it a bit longer but still no full coverage.

je reçois ma commande, la communication a été aisée, en effet, un peu de retard de livraison et je suis partie en congés sans avoir reçu celle-ci. on m'a rassuré et accompagné. j'ai pu finalement a mon retour procéder à la coloration. J'ai les cheveux longs et épais. Deux doses m'ont ete livrées et c'est parfait. la couleur est jolie meme si elle doit etre adaptée car elle ne correspond pas tout a fait a mes attentes. Je renouvelle ma commande adaptée puisque j'ai pris un abonnement. Pour le moment, je recommande )à 100%;

Die Farbe kommt tatsächlich unfassbar nah an meine Naturhaarfarbe heran. Super! Leider kommen hier und da noch ein paar graue Haare durch. Für den Preis, den ich für die erste Bestellung gezahlt habe, ist die Leistung trotzdem absolut okay, für den Preis, der für die Folgebestellungen fällig wird, allerdings nicht. Daher werde ich das Abo nicht verlängern.

A little time consuming doing 2 parts but it's worth it. You can see that difference of the color all in your hair, will have to leave little extra longer for the grays though.

I don't know how you did it, but you sent me the perfect color from the very first shipment! I am 70 and have Salt & Pepper hair, but it used to be medium to dark brown. I was using a mixture of neutral and warm blonde Ion brand, so that the "pepper" would look brown, and the "salt" would look golden. It wasn't working as I had hoped, but I did like the midtone auburn color I was getting. It just wasn't my first choice. So I explained what I was hoping to accomplish with my first order, and you delivered! The funny thing is that I didn't realize it at first. When I used the first shipment, I colored my hair as if it had not been colored before, leaving it on for probably 30 minutes on both the roots AND the ends. The result was my old color of medium to dark brown, which was a shock, but a welcome one. I had forgotten how dark my hair had been. I specifically didn't adjust the color, and on the next shipment I followed the directions, leaving it on 20 minutes, and only the roots, and it was not as dark. Then the next time, I decided to leave it on only 15 minutes and see what happened, and BINGO! There was my Brown with Gold highlights! I realized that basically what I needed was to not try to get 100% coverage of the gray. By cutting the processing time, it just refreshes the old color and "tints" the new growth golden, but NOT brassy! And the new perfect color combo really hides the line between it and the new growth as well. I'm anticipating that I will continue with this same color until I give up coloring it altogether. After about 20 years of trying to achieve this, I'm so happy to have found the solution!

We combed it through this time and the color seemed to blend better. Last time it faded in some places. Hoping this time it will stay darker longer instead of fading to a carmel red in areas.

The hair colour was exactly the right shade! The instructions very simple to follow, and the end result was better than expected! My only complaint is that it didn’t cover the white hair completely at the sides! Maybe that was a error in my application!

Die Farbe die ich bestellt habe, war ein intensives Rot, leider hab ich ein dunkleres Ergebnis erhalten.😔
Aber find die Farbe an sich auch nicht schlecht.😉
Die Verarbeitung war super, nur bissl stechender Geruch, daher bitte nicht die frische Luft vergessen. 😉

This new updated color is exactly the color I wanted! Very pleased with it, however, I have a lot of thick hair, so I didn’t have enough more solution to fully coat my hair. I had to make do with what I had on my head so therefore there is some hidden spots that I missed

Packaging très joli, couleur exactement comme je la souhaitais !
seul souci le temps de pose indiqué de 15min sur les longueurs n’était clairement pas suffisant les longueurs n’ont donc pas pris correctement et il a une demarquation entre les racines magnifique avec une couleur blond cuivré au top et les longueurs, elles, restées ternes avec un blond cendré fatigué. Je vais donc devoir recommander la couleur pour accorder le tout ..

die Grauhaarabdeckung ist nach 20 Min. am Ansatz nicht 100%ig.
Werde das nächste mal einfach 5 Min. länger die Ansatzfarbe einwirken lassen und die Längen 3 Min. weniger. Dann ist es perfekt. Danke

Needed a 3rd bottle of dye for my whole head and length. Unfortunately I ran out of the small containers esalon sent and had to buy more dye for the last part of my hair. Looks almost black so I'm just hoping it fades a bit more to a dark brown after a couple washes. Otherwise, it's easy to use and luckily I can tailor it better the next time, still better quality and multifaceted compared to box dye.. just wish they sent more for people with longer/thick hair.

11/15/23 UPDATE
My hair is back to normal! I was able to speak with my colorist who was very informative and helpful. She also introduced another product to help (hate when your offered add’l stuff when your not happy), but I listened to her, trusted her and now I’m hooked on the wonderful smelling Weekly Retreat I believe in commending a job well done and that’s what I’m doing here. Thank you. P..S. I’ve been a constant customer since 2018, and love coloring my hair at home when I’m in the mood and in the comfort of my home.
My hair is breaking off. When I shampoo my hair it is extremely dry, and it’s near impossible to get it to lather. My hair very is listless, and full of electricity too.
My hair used to be so pretty, as a matter of fact the student body voted me as having the prettiest hair in the entire class.
There’s a ton of broken hair on my shower drain and hairbrushes too
All the above I would say, started about a year ago.
Have y’all changed the quality of your product?
There’s a great possibility that I’m going to cancel my membership. And that’s so sad.
Hope this Review gets read by upper management or someone that can do something for customer retention.

J’avais mis 2 étoiles mais je mets 4 car ils m’ont remboursé du fait de mon insatisfaction. C’est vraiment professionnel de leur part car j’ai rien demandé, je m’en prenais qu’à moi-même.
La couleur ne m’a pas brûlé. J’aime le packaging et les accessoires. Mais la couleur est horrible ! Je suis poil de carotte et j’ai maintenant les cheveux plus foncé que ma teinte naturelle !! Je regrette de ne pas avoir pris le plus blond possible en numéro !!

Ein Stern Abzug, da mir die Farbe zu dunkel war. Jedoch ist die Qualität und die einfache Handhabung super. Die Haare werden schonend gefärbt und glänzen schön.

This color is just a little darker than my natural color, but better than the first color which was to red.
My natural color is a little blonde than the ash brown color sent, but it’s manageable. I have not had time to apply the highlights I ordered so I can’t rate them yet.

Very easy to use product but I don’t think the shade is what I wanted. My naturally black/brown hair has just developed a slight brown tint to it (very subtle) but I think I would’ve liked a bit more lightening,

Though I love the color, there doesn't seem to be as much of it as there was before, so I find it difficult to saturate the areas that need a little more to tackle the stubborn grays. Thus, the grays at the hairline, particularly my temples, don't get the coverage they used to in previous applications. This has been happening for the last 3-4 applications. Also, I requested large gloves and got small in this last order, which barely fit my hand and made the application more difficult. This has been great option for me over the years, but, lately, the experience needs some improvement.
